Im happy with how my daughters nails were painted and how nice they were to her. Im happy with my nails besides the underneath. They did amazing with my moms nails but same thing with underneath.

V did a fantastic job even though it was the end of the day. Thorough, professional, excellent. I just needed a little pamper and she took care of me.

I LOVE my nails! I went to another nail place that said they didnt have time to do my nails. So I drove over to Beauty Nails. I had never been before but I had seen it. I am so happy that I went there. They were busy and were supposed to close in an hour but they said they could definitely do mine and my friends nails. Not only were they fast and efficient but they did exactly what I wanted with my nails and were friendly. Im DEFINITELY going here to get my nails done from now on. I am beyond satisfied.

My daughters and I went to get ready for back to school. We got our nails done with designs. They were very pleasant, socialable,not rushed,the space was clean and bright. We will definitely be going back!

Had a full set of acrylic nails put on, paid $10 extra for gel polish, the guy did not allow enough time to cure (less than half the time the light is set for) and before the night was over the top coat bubbled and peeled off and base coats are rippled. Called & made an apt to have fixed, stressed timing was important, arrived early and waited until 20 mins after my apt only to walk out the door. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I currently have been getting DIP for about 1.5 years & I stick with Anna as she is AMAZING. I also appreciate that when she says 20 mins: thats what she means. Scheduling is tough with these kind of services & she does an awesome job.

Went here for my first time and I really liked it. I got acrylic nails (almond shaped) came out really cute. The girl name Thuy did my nails, shes good at what she does. Ill continue to go here for sure. Prices are reasonable also.

Me and my friend went there after a bad experience at another nail place and I could not possibly be any happier! I wont go anywhere else ever again! Anna is so amazing as well as all of her nail technicians! Me and my friend go every week or two like clockwork! They are all amazing at what they do and every single time we leave, we are so happy and obsessed with our nails! They are always willing to try whatever crazy ideas we go in there with and they are super sweet! I was even late for an appointment and they still catered to me and always stay late for us! Im so in love with this place!

Very nice and timely could be a little more tidy but I’m not fussy

The nail technician cut me multiple times and when i asked for a discount she said the most she can give me was $5 off??? She drew blood multiple times and i had to go to work with these cuts. My hands were stinging all day for the next few days and the most she could give me was a sorry. Totally unprofessional that she cut me to begin with, but the way it was handled was even more inappropriate. NEVER again!

I dont get manicures often and this was my first time going to this nail salon. I walked in without an appointment and they seated me immediately. I got a Gel manicure and i would say it was done fairly quickly. The manicurist did a very good job. Ill definitely go back.

Went for a spa pedicure. The man completely rushed through. Barely cleaning my cuticles or cutting my nails. He was ready to paint my nails before he was even done cutting my cuticles. I left before he painted my nails and they still charged me full price and left with a hurt big toe.

Loved my nails, but none of the equipment looks like it has ever been cleaned or sanitized. They dont even rinse off the equipment inbetween customers. The staff was nice to me, but rude to my friend. Probably wont go back and would definitely not recommend to anyone who values cleanliness

Ive been going here for 3yrs and theyre fantastic. Anything you want done they can do. Staff are extremely friendly and will fix what you dont like. Comunicate what you like and dont like with them and they will work for you:)Very clean inside and keep up with sanitation.

Fair prices, huge selection, decent timing for waits and the sign in book is a nice feature. The space is well furnished, attractive, and comfortable. I regret to say that every time Ive had a manicure (shellac) my nails have been filed down and become too thin to sustain themselves, causing breaks and chips prematurely. This is disappointing because my nails on average are incredibly strong. Zero issues with pedicures though and I have not tried dip or acrylic here.

I have been going consistently since March 2019 and have almost always had a 5 star experience. Anna in the first chair is always up for any new nail idea I have in mind, and they are always beautifully done. Sometimes there is a long wait but they can take your number and call you when a spot opens up.

My wife stopped by here to get a full set of acrylic nails done. The wait was very short for her. She probably waited 10 mins Max ( it was extremely busy so this is not a bad thing) before they were ready.They had her nails finished within an hour. Let me tell you ...there are men back there doing nails and wow he did an awesome job. Didnt catch his name and if I did I would recommend you requested him. My wife was very pleased with their work.FOR THE MEN : There are seats inside to sit and relax while waiting. They have a few magazines or just bring your phone or something just to occupy yourself.FOR THE WOMEN: definitely stop by here if you havent already they are worth your time. She plans to return here, they do really good work.

Got a shellac manicure on Friday and 1 nail peeled off this morning (Tuesday). Called ahead to see how long the wait was. Was told there would be openings in a few minutes. So i hung up the phone and immediately went there (10 minutes total from when i hung up the phone & when i got there). Waited for close to 30 minutes not to be helped. When I went to cross my name off the sign-in sheet the girl I talked to on the phone was very rude. She said to me She is almost is done. To which I replied that I need to go. Her response was You said you be here in few minutes.Dont waste your money and time going to this place. They are rude and clearly dont care about fixing their mistakes.

Scheduled an appointment for 6.I showed up at 5:45.They were busy, so I waited until 6:45, still had not been seen. Apparently some woman took my appointment. They did get me seen as soon as they could. But, the sign in paper on the counter when you walk in is clearly not effective and it’s a bit impersonal. I’d prefer they verbally asked your name and IF you have an appointment.Didn’t remove all of the first color on my nails, so the color shows through my “polish change”.I traveled here because my usual nail place had gotten new techs that weren’t up to par.However, the prices are good here, I won’t be returning

I’ve been going to Beauty Nails for over 10 years since the new people took over I’ve never had a good experience my review I posted a few months ago clearly isn’t on here anymore but I decided to give it another chance seems I have $200 in gift certificates and yesterday I left with every single one of my fingers burnt I was in tears as they were doing my nails and they look lousy and she put the stuff on so thick that there was a huge bubble off my nail from my Cuticles!! A few months back when we were there two of the text for fighting severely one of the ladies was working on my daughters nails

I love my nails! They were so nice and gentle with my nails. This was my first time getting tips and I LOVE them!!

Well first off I went in for a mani pedicure, just nail polish and thats it. They filed my nails down to put nail polish on which I thought odd, they were very hard to understand with the masks on. And my nails a absolutely destroyed. Never going back. And then the price went from $45 what the board said to $60. I was not happy about that either.

When I asked her to be more gentle she got really angry with me & began talking about me in Vietnamese to the others. I told her when a customer says they were hurt or cut the only response should be I am sorry!She didnt care she made me bleed.Some of the guys are nice & caring but for the most part this place should be shut down for how terrible they treat their customers! Who do they think pays them? No appreciation or respect for their customers at all!Their nail polish is all old & out dated.Absolutely hate Beauty Nails! First things first Im the realest. The employees of this place are extremely rude. I asked for something very easy and they messed it up. The woman who did my nails was very rude and didnt even try on my nails only to pull out her phone and watch Netflix after she was done.

First, they charged me 65 dollars for a manicure and pedicure when the board says 40. She made my mom bleed, never said sorry, wasnt friendly! My nails arent completely painted, and it was painful!! On top of everything they arent clean! Now we are in the car fixing our nails because theyre so rough! Never coming back again!

Beauty Nails is the worst nail salon Ive ever set foot in. The oldest man staff member fought with me over every suggestion Id made...even at the request of removal of my previous set. He cut through 2 of my nail beds causing immense bleeding and pain in both fingers. He then proceeded to file the SKIN around it until my finger was raw. He then spent 30 minutes filing my nails in a shape closet to a choad than a coffin, and topped it all off by charging me the whopping $50 fee. Keeping in mind I, a women who gets new sets bi-weekly at a much lesser cost with much greater quality. If you care about your nails health or personal apperience, Beauty Nails is the LAST place to go.

For the price I wasnt impressed, barely a foot massage, no scrub or hot stones, you cant tell if the tools are clean, they dont open a new package in front of you. Nice job with the painting of the nails but those are not the things that matter most to me.

Worst manicure ever. She was aggressive and it hurt, even made me bleed with the cuticle clippers. Never saw her sanitize them before or after that. She put my hand in a bowl of cold water, who knows if it had been changed at all that day! The basic mani I got didnt even get a top coat, the polish bubbled, the whole thing was destroyed by the next day. I still had ragged cuticles when I left! I rarely get to spend money on such frivolous things so this was very upsetting to me.

I got there and signed in but it took a while to get my nails done and then when they were being done the lady who was doing them messed up on my right index and had to file off the dip and she burnt the skin under my nail

Ive came here for awhile I usually like everyone who has done my nails but I went today 8/27 and i had someone new who was completely rude and never said a word to be but what color do I want.

Terrible experience, I went there and the women were very rude to my friend and I. While doing my acrylics the woman skimmed my finger with the filing tool and made me bleed plus got mad at me when I pulled away with surprise. In the end I was very unsatisfied, the nails were crooked and uneven. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money and time and I would never suggest it to anyone.
