Been here several times and I love it every time I come. I absolutely love getting my nails done by Max, Henry, and Julie. All of the people here are super friendly and I love how much they pay attention to detail.

The lady that did my deep powder, soak my entire fingers nails a couple of times in the acetona, several times instead of taken her time and doing with the aluminum foil and the cotton one by one; when removing my old deep was rough, just removed with the drill….at the end my hands were so dry that I have to asked for the wet towel, didn’t apply any hand cream….I ‘be been in the past in this place, but today, was just awful.The lady that did the pedicure, not as rough as the other one, but the same experience, no cream, no nothing, even didn’t remove the little foam that they put to separate the toes. I went after work and I was in my tennis shoes, didn’t offered a bag for my shoes.Definitely, not going back. Horrible customer service:(

This is my very first time getting acrylics and they made sure I was comfortable and helped me pick out my nail color and everything. They got me a drink and made sure I had the nails done except as I wanted for a first time. They are extremely nice with great pricing for nails. Definitely coming back here to get my nails done. I came back here a week later because I broke my nail while playing with kids and they fixed it exactly as it was before.

First time & last time here. Had a pedicure on their upcharged chair, which was covered in powder from someone elses nails. The service felt rushed and the tech was rough throughout the entire process. Overpriced for what I could have done at home. My polish on my nails chipped and came off 2 days later. Overall, not a great experience.

Never going back again. Too expensive for bad quality. They dont use high quality products so nail services do not last long. They do not perform the services you request, but only whats convenient for them. They did not care today about losing a customer after complaining to them.

Unfortunately Ive been a customer for over a year. On Friday the 12th I did a new full set (powder)On Thursday the 18th one nail popped out, I came back Friday and they nicely fixed it. On sunday the 20th. I paid them another visit because my nails just kept falling off? (10 days from the day I did them),, they told me they were too busy and asked me to come back another time.So I went back today, they tell me I am over the 10 days and I have to pay AND accusing me of doing it on purpose !!!! Very rude and unprofessional, this is how they treat an old customer :)

I came twice back to back but I won’t be back again. I get my nails done at other nail salons near my neighborhood all the time this one is the worse. Other nail salons put protect paint my real nails so that they will be protected underneath(remain strong and grow long) but here they don’t do that and I didn’t realize. The first time, 2 of my real nails broke in half(so painful) and the second time my nails started to break so fast and my real nails were all damaged. My fingernails/the top half of all my real nails are completely damaged. I have bruises in my nail beds. I’ve never been experienced this in my life. I went to get my nails taken off here because they where all just so broken and I’ve got my nails taken off enough times to know that they use the machine, painless. When I came here the lady took of my nails with another nail and it was pretty painful because my nails are already so damaged. She charged me $10 to do that when I could have done that myself with a credit card at home, which I would have don’t if my real nails were not so damaged and hurting. I only came twice and that’s all it took for my nails to become extremely damaged, I won’t be back if that’s what y’all want. I paid $270(tips includes) just the two times I’ve been here, I don’t mind paying for good service because just like y’all, i serve people too, but this was absolutely terrible. I’m so disappointed because I thought I would surly be back but y’all are actually unprofessional.

My friend and I went in on Sunday. I asked for a new full set because my natural nails bend easily and will separate. She told me I didn’t need that, and proceeded to do a fill instead of a new set like I asked. The lady who did my toes didn’t shape them correctly and left sharp points. Now it is Thursday and my toenails have caught on things and broken and my finger nails have separated just as I told the tech they would. I overpaid for the subpar service I received. Very disappointed.

Clients and technicians wearing masks, washing your hands when you enter, checking in on iPads and distancing clients from one another. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication to safety and cleanliness! I definitely will be back again.OH AND my toes & fingernails look fabulous!!!

Absolutely amazing salon! Went in for a pedicure and I had the best service. Great Price and they have tons of nice color to choose. They clean my scalp and my foot is so nice and smooth. This is my first time coming here and Ive yet to be disappointed. Very relaxing atmosphere and beautiful salon! They did excellent job on my pedicure. They scrubs my foot and cut all the hangnail. They gave me a good massage and my feet felt so good. Best service and experience I ever had!

My pedicure was great, but my nail had ripped so they couldn’t put any polish or powder on my nails. They still charged me for a full manicure and I have a special event tomorrow, so now my nails look gross for the event.

This salon is very beautiful and the service was outstanding! I had the pedicure and it was so relaxing. They smooth my foot and cut all the cuticles so it felt so good. They even gave me a nice foot massage and boy I sure need that! Im so happy with my toes and the servyi got here were amazing!

My husband and I used to love this place. We were there at least once a month if not twice when we moved to the area. I gave 4 starts because it is very clean, the nail techs are friendly and attentive, however, my encounter with the owner on one occasion was so distasteful I have only returned to use what was left of a gift card for eyebrows. I am not going to explain the entire situation because I do not believe in making a place look bad because it didn’t work for me, but it had everything to do with the fabrication of the shellac color matching sets that do not match and the owner refused to change the shellac on my nails when I told and showed him the colors do not match. It was very drastic and noticeable. I was in a wedding and the colors did not match. LSS... it may be great for you but not for me!

I’ve been coming here since I was in high school (I always brought my friends here and family), and I haven’t gone anywhere else even when I lived far away. Since COVID happened I feel like everyone here is in such a bad mood, it made me not want to come back which made me sad. Also it’s really expensive compared to other places. I used to think it was worth it. I was disappointed when I sat down during this pandemic and other people’s nail polish and water bottles etc. were at the seat they sat me in. They aren’t cleaning in between customers like I would have expected. I’ll have to try another nail salon after 6+ years.

3 stars for the poor job and the quality of the manicure and pedicure. Other than that very nice and friendly stuff! Reasonable prices in the area.

Finally found my permanent nail shop. GREAT SERVICE. No wait, even though I accidentally scheduled my appointment at a different location. Katie and Sue did amazing pedicures for both my husband and I. They were funny and kept us laughing the whole time. Lee did my mani and was so detail oriented. Not one flaw and even went the extra mile and put another coat when the color wasnt just right. Even at checkout, Tina insured I was happy with my visit and educated me on how to recieve discounts on future services.HIGHLY RECCOMEND this place to everyone!

I had received such professional service at Nails of America. They did a great job for a affordable price. An they did great job for such a great deal! It was literally a steal for me. They fixed my dry heels so I was really going to have a smooth Valentine message feet! Plus, my wax was nice and they did a great job with it quick and painless. For my facial I am happy got my blemishes and black heads off before VALENTINES! Recommend!

The place is absolutely beautiful. Went in to get full set done for my birthday. The nail tech was so sweet a and did a fantastic job. She gave me free designs because she found out it was my birthday. Id never go anywhere else to get my nails done. The customer service is amazing here and they truly take interest in the customer that come in.

Very impressive, they really know how to run their business. I came in with my niece for some quality time for the two of us. She had a pedicure too while waiting for me. Staff is so nice and professional. The ladies are really great with kids. I had a manicure and pedicure myself. The tech who was taking care of me took her time make sure everything is right just how I like it, no rush, no steps skipped. They have a great selection of good quality products, beautiful colors to choose from. The place is very clean and well organized. LOVE IT ! We both had a really good time, will come back. Nails is the best nail salon I have ever been to. My aunt works in this area and this was her go to nail salon. I recently visited her back to Katy and I just cannot seem to find a nail salon in the Katy area that is just as good as Nails of America with reasonable prices. All of the decent nail salons in Texas are ridiculously expensive. Nails of America does an amazing job at a reasonable price.The salon is extremely clean. The staff is nice and friendly. They do not bicker in another language in front of you like several other nail salons. They have excellent manners. They are quick and efficient. You can get a manicure and pedicure at the same time.TIP: If you want to book multiple appointments at once (like for you and your giflfriends), call a few days in advance. This place is super busy and appointments fill up fairly quickly, especially on the weekends. Even if you are going solo, I suggest making an appointment several days in advance if you are looking for a specific time.

My very first time and I can definitely say worth the drive went to see UOH and I can say that they lady gives a very comfortable, relaxing environment. Nails of America is all for a reasonable price. Giving a very professional service. They really take their time to do everything putting an effort to it. An i had gotten a great manicure. An PLUS they are really Hygienic. I am totally a neat freak so when i see them use Buffers, Files and Liner only one time! I was hooked. Really like Nail of America recommend to book an appointment.

I go see Mindy to get my nails done & Tracey for my pedicures and its fabulous every time I go in there.Mindy always humors my strange requests for nail designs and I constantly get compliments on how nice they look.Traceys pedicures last longer than any pedicure Ive ever gotten. She knows the things I like so I can just go & relax.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I waited 45 minutes to get my nails started on after being told the wait was 25 or less. Then waited another 45 minutes for my pedicure, and eventually just left. Disappointing, I will never be going back, and the attitude of the girl at the front is poor.

I had my eyelashes done there. I decided to try them because they were closer to my home. The young lady who did them had done a great job. I was informed to come back in for a refill in 4 weeks, which is what I did. They charged me $90 just for a refill. I know I did not need that much work done within 4 weeks time. Ive had my lashes done plenty of times at an actual known eyelash facilities before without the need of such an extensive refill. Its been six weeks since my last visit. I called and asked how much for the refill. I was told $80. He told me that it would be that much because I took too long to come back. That answer did not sit well with me considering that I came back for the refill the last time when I was supposed to and was charged close to but more than the same price he quoted me. I felt like I was robbed and that they were attempting to rob me again. When I voiced the obvious to him, he immediately got off of the phone and called the assistant manager Brittany to the phone. She had no clue on how to answer the my question about me being OVER CHARGED during my last visit.I feel taken advantage of and I will NEVER return to their establishment again. If you go to them, I suggest getting prices, fees, and inflations for whatever reason up front. Make sure you pay whatever is quoted to you and not a penny more. Dont let them rob you like they robbed me.

The staff in here are well-trained and really skillful. My tech took time and really careful go through everything with my nails. She didnt make any mistake at all so I was really happy with that. This is definitely a good place to come for nails

I am very pleased since Ive started going here about 6 months ago. They are very friendly, courteous, quick and very clean! They have a large assortment of colors to choose from. I have not tried all their services, but Im sure they do good. Very hospitable by offering you something to sip on while youre getting nails done. I would recommend them.

I was cut four times, only one of which the manicurist addressed with alcohol. My fingers hurt so bad now from where they bled. The Polish does not even go up to my cuticles or all the way to the sides. I was left with dried polish on the bottom of my fingers. Everyone seemed more concerned with getting to the next costumer than paying attention to the customer in front of them! Very upsetting. I dont have much money so getting my nails done is a treat. Sad that it was wasted and will have to be redone.

My friend has been raving about this salon for the longest time and when I went to visit her. I decided to check this place out. When I went in I was blown away with how fancy looking this place is. Its very clean and the techs are very polite. The nail tech working on my nails was very gentle and every time I ask her to do things a certain way he comply. When she was done, I just love how my nails looked now! I highly recommend this salon if you live in the area!

Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had! The lady that did my nails made it seem like I only had the option to get powder with shellac over them because I was ruining my nails by having them soaked and filed down every time I get them redone and Ive been getting acrylics for about three years now ... I had never had them soaked before today.. After telling them Id never had them soaked before today they repeatedly told me that I had been getting them done wrong Ive gone to them three times before today and again not once had I ever had my nails soaked.. My nail technician told me that I could get acrylics today, after I told her I wanted a light pink color, then when I was ready to get my color changed they could do shellac over it and that is what I assumed was happening.. But by the time I realized that was not what was happening it was to late. She was also very aggressive, she pulled at my arms like I was a puppet. And I chose not to say anything because I am not a controversial person but my sister in law convinced me to go back in and say something. Somehow my experience got even worse the owner kept arguing with me telling me that I have always been getting my nails done wrong, that getting them filed down was wrong, when I want a new set; when going from a light to a dark color ( I have done just that three other time at this nail salon ) after telling him this he said they have made some improvements.. I was there two weeks ago please tell me how many changes could have been made... and the nail technician kept telling me that this was not what she told me and there must have been a miscommunication and she was pinning it on me when it was obviously her fault.. she also told me that she could redo my nails and give me what I want but she would have to soak them and refile them down like I was inconveniencing her like the 50 dollars plus tip I just paid werent in some way going back to her.. and as an argument that didnt need to happen continued the owner picked up a stamp card slapped it down on the counter and wrote 30% off and told me I could get 30% off of my next visit and the argument went on for a little while longer and eventually after having enough of it I said no its okay I dont need 30% off my next visit because I will not be coming back! My nails also look terrible the color doesnt color all of the nail at the sides and when you look at the tip you can see the the clear pink powder.. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

The customer service is outstanding every time I go. Mindy does an exceptional job on my nails, she always knows what I like. I always get compliments on my nails. I recommend everyone to go visit Mindy because she does such an amazing job and is always very professional.

The place is Like any other nails place. If you are a new customer be prepared to receive a poor customer service (not really nice treatment) and the worse you also get the less experience technicians working on you. Im not sure how often you have to ho, to get the tratment you see other customers received but You can see the difference. Perhaps is my nationality??The gentleman at the front is really dry and even rude. I go here because they have the girls chairs for my daughter manicure, but not even the quality is worth the price. Go to 20 Nails for better quality and Price.

Had the most awful time today . The nail technician didnt want to do what I asked for, i didnt want my cuticles grinded off as my fingers were very sore from chemicals, he said he couldnt soak them to soften them before my full set and didnt offer an alternative! Decided not to get them done when the manager said they could do it another way and then apologizes that his staff didnt offer an alternative, at the same time my daughter was getting her nails done for college nothing difficult, white full set ! She made such a mess of her nails and cut her fingers so painfully with the grinder that we left part way thru her nails being finished. Awful Awful time, will not be back !

2 stars for great ambience but overpriced for shoddy job done. Girl ( cant remember her name) with short hair dyed a gold color was rough with the nails, breaking them as she filed. Cuticle looked so rough when she was done refilling my nails and applying shellac. She basically berated my choice of nail color, the brand I chose and my decision to wear my nails short because of my job. When I asked her to trim some loose skin which she left behind from filing, she angrily did while mumbling to herself that I shouldve just trimmed it at home. She was done with the entire thing in 30 min. And she and the guy who did my pedicure were talking about another customer in my presence! Wasnt a good experience - not for the price they charge.

Too expensive but consistently great! Nails, feet, eyebrows are always consistently great! Prices are about 110 for mani, pediatric, brows.... crazy huh

Worst experience i had so far! The tech didnt pay attention how she turned on hot water on... then cut me twice. Very rough handling.. pamper me became torture me. One hand done with some attention, the other was just swiped by the instrument barely and moved on to hurry up with ne and my annoyed self at this point. I chose not to have a nail polish done on both fingers and toes so i can get out. Not coming back and definitely do not suggest! When i was asked what happened i explained and i still got charged. And in pic you can see previous nailpolish AFTER pamper me manicure... uggghhh

Its hit or miss. If they are busy you get sloppy service and get blown off if you are 9 months pregnant and want a bottle of water!! (Im still not over it!) The cash only tipping is for the birds!! When did that become the norm?? I was shown where i could go get some cash, which i already knew where i could go, but was just baffled that they really couldnt add it to my total. Also, that policy does not apply to everyone, it just depends on how big of a deal you make it!

Love this place but like all of the other nail places in Katy, the only draw back is that you need cash for tipping. Just makes it inconvenient to go to the ATM.Very nice and relaxing ambiance and the staff are great!
