I absolutely love this place, it has great prices for great work. They are very clean and very professional, the customer service is great, I have been coming here religiously after moving back to Texas, I dont plan on going anywhere else since finding this place.

I’m the regular customer for pedicure at First nail spa for many years. It’s a place with adorable customer service. In these years whenever I visited I felt more relaxed and pleased.Good job ms Tina, I must appreciate your efforts and professionalism.

We were regular customers until now. Sadly our 17 year old niece was viciously attacked by one of their customers as she was entering the establishment. The African-American woman asked my niece is she was Mexican and when she responded yes, the violent grown woman attacked her and NOONE did anything to help her! Not eve call 911! They refused to cooperate with the investigation and said that the cameras they have are just for show and DO NOT WORK which is as terrible as NO ONE offering our niece any help! Shame on everyone who failed to do the right thing! The police is investigating this vile attack as a Hate crime and also because my niece is a minor!

Always enjoy coming here. They are sanitary and professional. They also do excellent full sets. My nails dont break and they last almost 4 weeks before I need to refill! Excellent customer service, make my kids feel comfortable as well

I have been a customer at this nail shop for years, and was very satisfied with quality of work, but lately It seems that I am always disappointed and dissatisfied with services that is rendered, especially pedicures.My observation is they’re trying to hurry through services so they can get to the next customer.

Hi I personally think that this place has great service and is very gentle especially with kids And usually whenever I try to do my daughter’s nails she complains and she didn’t complain one time.

I have been coming to this nail salon for years and they never disappoint! i don’t even live in katy anymore but make the drive out to get my nails done at least once a month. the staff is super friendly and they always take the time and effort to make sure you’re satisfied. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.The photos attached are from the past several times i’ve had my nails done !

I really like this place because they have very reasonable prices and when one of my nails broke I went back she fixed it for free and even tidied up my other nails while she was at it! Excellent customer service.

I first took my 4 year old autistic daughter and they were really sweet with her. Then I decided to get my nails done there for my wedding last weekend and they look just as amazing as they did the day I got them done. Havent lost a jewel and Ive been rough on them. They will be my go to salon from now on!

Ive tried so many nail shops and this one is by far the best! Whether I get shellac or acrylic, they always come through with perfection. They are so kind and welcoming, no matter how busy they are. Affordable and clean, this is my hot spot!

This shop is close to my house, so I thought I would give them a try. I was very nervous because in the past trying new shops has gone so bad for me. Im excited to say I LOVE them!!! Amy did a wonderful job, shaping and refilling my nails! I have not been this happy with my nails in a long time! Found my new shop!!!

Came here for an appointment and it was a wonderful the staff was nice. They also toke time and made sure I like how my nails where coming out each and every process. Would recommend to anybody :)

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We had horrible service! I called ahead of time to schedule for 3 full sets and 3 pedicures. If you know you are busy and may not be able to accommodate your customers. Why would you proceed to waist the customer time!? When we arrived about 10 minutes ahead of time. We had asked for specific nail techs when the apt was made. We were told to do our pedicures first and then we would get our nails done by the techs we had requested. Yet nothing was said to us about not being able to fulfill our services. After one of the nail techs finished up with one of his customers, he said he was leaving and for my friend to come back tomorrow. My friend left after her pedicure and not getting what she wanted. My daughter and I were still getting our pedicures which I was told my nails would not be done with the nail tech I asked for because she was about to start with someone else and another nail tech would do my nails. By this time my daughter was frustrated and didn’t get her nails done and had to have another nail tech finish her pedicure because the nail tech she had was horrible. I continued to wait for my nails to be told it’s to late and to come back tomorrow. WHAT IS THE POINT OF CALLING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND NOT GET THE SERVICE YOU ASKED FOR. This is what’s wrong with nail salons now of days. To worried about money instead of CUSTOMER SERVICE. DAMN SHAME!!! First nails & spa will never get my business nor my families. That is a promise. Very unsatisfied no longer a customer!!!

I really loved going to this salon with my mother for about 1 year. But recently, my mom’s index finger has turned black and the flesh behind it is decreasing. She has gel polish on her own nails. I have sores behind 2 fingers on each hand. They take extremely long but the final product is not great, (over 2 hours for a simple acrylic refill) and nails are ready to fall off in a week. We also tip extremely well because they are friendly. Will not be returning.

My first time here and this is now my favorite place to go feel like the queen I am. My goodness, I dont know where to start... When I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked what services I wanted. Only came for a pedi and they sat me in the pedi/ massaging chair (which also works phenomenally) and was offered beverage. I accepted a water and Sophia was EXCEPTIONALLY AWESOME! She spoke really good English and made really good recommendations. I didnt even feel her scraping away at my dead skin cells 🤩🤩🤩🤩 that girl is TALENTED!! I will be a regular 😊.

My first visit was also my last. I stopped at this place bc a friend recommended it, and I thought her nails looked. When I got there I was seated right away which I did like, and I told the lady I wanted coffin shaped clear nails with glitter. After the service I noticed 3 of my nails came out very badly shaped and my two index fingers had different size nails. On top of that, its been a week with my nails and one already broke off. Im disappointed I wasted money here.

My nail salon for over a year, great service, they offer drinks, coffee etc. Relaxing experience, they offer a variety of manicures and pedicures. I recommend it.

If you go to this nail shop, you are wasting your money and time . The people are disrespectful and they have horrible customer service ! The powder they put on my 1st nail was not the color I wanted so I ask the nail tech to change it and she begin to go off on me and be disrespectful because she did not want to change the color . She begin to go back and forward with me while her other coworkers hop in on the conversation . One of the other coworkers begin to yell and curse at me and charge at me like she was going to harm me . They also locked me inside and my daughter outside and force me to pay for my nails that were not close to finshed . Choose wisely when you pick your nail salons
