Enjoyed a last minute pedicure, they had capacity. Tiffany was gentle and cleaned up my feet. Nice scent to lotions. Decent price.

Ive been going to Queens Nails for over 15 years. During that time Ive never been disappointed. They have always gone over and above to ensure that I leave as a satisfied customer. The owners have done an incredible job taking care of their employees because the turnover rate is very low. I highly recommend them.

The staff was really nice I received the dip powder for my nails, I like the pink color I chose however whatever clear top coat they used started peeling off the third day. Now my dip nails look matte. I work in healthcare, so yes I wash my hands a lot also, I do wear non-latex gloves the majority of the day. Still Ive never had a top coat come off. Ever! Again the staff was nice however, Im not happy with the price I paid for this quality.

Love the way my nails turned out. I got the dip and got my nails shaped oval. I don’t know the name of the lady that did them but this is the best place for dip nails and is so much affordable than other places $35.

Wonderful service! Ms. Lee provides such a warm and welcoming environment that I ultimately do feel like a “queen” coming here. Highly recommend!

First visit and very satisfied found them online and they gained a new customer! Prices are VERY reasonable and so many color choices! They offer dip powders, gels, polishes. Ms. Lee did exactly what I asked for! Went in for a fill and fix one broken nail. I always do acrylic colored powder with a coffin shape and they are on point!

They can not do nails unless you is 60+ years old. They can’t shape and my nail was crooked. I just got one fixed and a color change. She messed up my shape and the one nail was put on crooked. This is somewhere I would take my grandmother. It should not be named Queens but MawMaw.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I took my GF here for the 1st time since our normal place we go was booked and she needed to get her nails done before we went out of town. So we stopped here to give it a shot since it was close by. Worst mistake ever! As we walk in we were surprised that there were no customers in there. My GF tells the lady (which we were not greeted btw) she wanted a full set and showed a picture of what she wanted. The lady pulls out a small amount of colors to chose from (with a small attitude) and then tries to push a color that wasnt what was in the picture to my GF. As she started putting the nails on (coffin style) my GF noticed she was putting on different sizes on. As she tells her they are not the right size the lady blows up very rudely and said its because your nails are different size!! Folks my GF has been doing her nails for years and they have never put on different size nails on! I know because I pay for it and inspect what I expect before we leave! So anyway, the lady starts to rudely cut off her nails and said I cut off and you go and pointed at the door. We were in total shock we were getting treaded this way! This is not good customer service and we knew then why there were no customers there as we walked in. As my GF asked her can you please take off the part you glued on the lady gave her a cotton ball with some chemical on it and told her you take off!! As we left I was wondering what in the world would make this lady treat us like this since we were her only customers at the moment. I believe she knew she would not have the colors my GF wanted from the picture she chose and it make her upset. This is why she was literally trying to push her to get one of the colors she had. Folks, it was no special color either. It was a yellow with a natural hombre style from pinterest that we thought would look really nice to try. After this experience my GF decided not to even try this color mix anymore. We went elsewhere and were treated and greeted like normal customers should be treated. I dont normally post reviews good or bad but this disrespectful and horrible customer service at this location made me write this post to warn others!! Thank you.

I went here because i read the great reviews about this salon. i went to take off my solar nails and get a manicure. they lady basically thinned out my real nails and she triple coated the nail polish. therefore once i got into my car, the nail polish was coming off. i will never go back to this place again. my nails look horrible still, and i got this manicure in november. my nails are still thin. i def. will not reccommend this place to anyone. there are better places like Christine nails near highway 6. the lady is awesome and friendly. the whole manicure and pedicure is 30 bucks all together. this place is way expensive....

NEGATIVE -5 STARS!! first time i went was awesome. I believe kim was the one who helped me out. After that i got worse and worse service. The last time i went some guy ended up doing my nails and really tired to convince me to get powder. He used something to thin out my nails but the drill bit he used was all jagged. I started tearing up. I wanted him to stop because it was so painful left my nails uneven and sore. He started dipping my nails in the powder it ended up looking like crap. It was the worst service. I will never come back. Go to kristines nails. They are amazing off of fry and clay.

This place is bad the manager is very rude and greasy poor job on my nail will never go back again even if it was free of charge

Come here all the time and get let down more and more each time. Very disappointed. Over priced. They change the price every time. The nails dont last that long
