I visited this place once before quarantine and then last week I wanted to have my nails done, so I decided to give them another try. Nothing is wrong with the saloon and the employees but only this was my worst manicure I ever had, I think the lady just skipped one step and forgot to cut the cuticle and now in less than a week the gel is peeling off. Definitely I’m not going back.it was not worth 60dollars.

Love this nail salon. Its the best imo because of how clean they are. Every guest gets brand new unused equipment, they make an effort to chat and get to know you, keep you comfortable and reschedule next visits. Theyre great, unbeatable quality!

I went in today for a Deluxe Pedicure and short full set, my full set with Tina was good but the pedicure was awful from Michelle I believe her name was, like I will never go back it was not a good experience because of the pedicure! I normally go to Tiffanie’s Nails but wanted to try something different never will again!

Worst salon i ever dealt with, although she asked for 15$ regular manicure with polish only i gave her 20$ and asked her to keep the 5$ Tip ...after i got home I realized the terrible job she did on my nails, which she kept saying “beautiful nails, I couldn’t believe it’s your natural nails “ but she messed them actuallyI went beck, to see the manager...a lady took my complaint and asked me to wait, i waited like 20 minutes she fixed them ...little better job, not terrible like the first, but still not going back...❌ there is thousands of better salons around

This is the go to salon for my family. Theyre extremely hygienic and friendly which is something I look for considering my mother is a cancer patient with a low immune system. They know how to take care of ingrowns very well without hurting you! Waxing is also very pleasant here. Would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. Helen the owner does a very good job of running the place!

On 06/06/20 I called and they were closed she stated that they closed at 6 when on their website and door it says 7pm. I agreed to come today 06/07 to get just my eyebrows done and when I got their she said they were full and If I could come back later. It’s almost 3:30 they close at 5pm I have other things to do today! I just said that’s fine and left! I will never come back here! I will go back to my old nail shop! For the price you can go elsewhere!

I was so happy they had walk-in (especially during lunch hours). They salon was clean and neat. They offered a great mini- facial for 40 dollars; great soft music, nice oils and moisturizers. My facial Tech, Helen was great,prompt and professional. I recommend them to anyone in the katy area. I will be returning.

Seriously one of the best nail salons! They always take care of me with every single thing!! No matter if what I want is simple or complicated! I have been going to them for over ten years, and believe I have tried several other places in between but not a single place comes close to how they take care of me! Helen is super kind and Tina is my go to person!!! Highly recommended! :)

I love this shop! Ive gone here for 3 years. Their prices are very reasonable. Tina does fantastic, thin nails. Be sure to ask for her! Make an appointment if you want a particular nail technician. Otherwise, just walked in. If its going to be a long wait, theyll tell you to come back later. This shop also does eyebrow waxing and lash extensions.

Very posh decor, mimosas & more ! Staff is (for the most part ) friendly . They did as good a job as any but you will pay a good $40 more and you won’t get the neck massage, hot stones .... then I walked outside and realized the toe nail polish was suppose to be the same as my nail polish - but until I walked out in sunlight, my daughters and I were like “OMG!!!!! How did we not notice that major difference inside ?! ( low lighting, mimosa lol)? But, this is my first visit right before a homecoming so maybe they were overworked ? It’s definitely worth a TRY, but I am cheap so I probably will be trying soMe where else where I get my usual, for a lot less!

Ive been going here more than 10 years. Helens the owner, and she runs a tight shop. She always has the newest product, but will advise you on the product that will make you happiest. Her waxing is also on point.

Everyone here is really friendly and they ALWAYS do my nails perfectly. Ive never had an issue with this place. Their prices are pretty reasonable as well!

My experience here was good, but outcome was terrible. i got my eyebrows waxed, and they put this soothing eyebrow swelling gel on it so the swelling would go down, and it ended up burning the area around my eyebrows. i have a wedding to go to tomorrow night and now i have scorched face. and i also got shellac french tips, like i have for the past forever, and two days later, theyre a light green color. and the tips are dark green. i am very unhappy and do not recommend their services to anyone.

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT! I went to have a facial done by Aliane. When I arrived, I was met by Helen who met me with a smiling face and sweet demeanor. I instantly felt comfortable and noticed how soft her hands looked. I was taken into the private facial room with soft, beautiful music and began to relax from my stressful day. The cleansing, steam, exfoliation, (Whiteheads! Lol) and moisturing, massage and the entire experience was wonderful. I mentioned I wished they had facials for hands, she said they DO! Called a Royal Manicure complete with hot rocks! My next adventure awaits. I walked out of the facial room with rubbery legs I was so relaxed. So if you are looking for a way to melt away your stress, minimize your age lines and restore your youthful glow.... Definately check this place out. I would give it a 5 Star rating. Experience it for yourself.
