I had high hopes for this place but the only thing good about this placw is the nice decor and nice pedí chairs. The cuticle cuts on my toes and hands were not good and the end result didnt look good. The shellac polish on my toes werent great, could have been cleaner and better applied. I got dip powder on my hands and they were thick and textured, not very smooth. The nail tech also cut my pinky while shaping it. For what I paid, I dont think the quality of service was worth it. Also, no spa music, just radio (sunny 99.1...really!?). The pedicure seemed rushed, and again, the cuticle cut on my toes was not as good as I would have liked it. Not giving this place a second shot.

By far the best service and nail salon I have ever been to. The whole place is built beautifully it’s elegant and classy very clean and well designed. My feet are SOOOOOOO SOFT!!! The owner is so personal and hands on excellent customer service and respect. I could go on and on. You have a customer for life thank you so much. (Yelp)

The nail tech rushed through my nails. I expressed my concern to her that the nail color did not look like the one i had chosen. She completely ignored me. The lines for the French tip aren’t even straight! Cheap work. $72 spent and i have to go somewhere else to fix their mistakes.

I love love how they took care of me. So glad I did an appointment because they got so busy really fast. However that didn’t stop them from taking care of me first and taking their time. Sean did my nails and he was thorough and he did an amazing job with my nails! Will be coming back

I love this new nail place!! Tina (Mgr)was so friendly on the phone and when I arrived! Cindy did my nails beautifully! I’ve gone to the same place for about 12 years in Katy, so I was a little afraid of trying someone new. Cindy was meticulous! My nails look fabulous. Tracy did my pedicure. Loved the entire experience. The shop is beautiful!!

This is my favorite nail salon. They are so nice and it’s very clean and comfortable. Lots of colors to choose from. I love the location too being near Costco and places to eat. Can get a lot done on one spot!

Today was my second time visiting this location and - just like the first time - they were awesome! Cindy was my nail artist today and she was great, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The building is very nice and spacious. Also, they get you in and out as soon as possible. The owners are also extremely kind. 20 minute drive is worth it!

First visit here. Jenny is the best!!!! First time ever that I wasnt unhappy about how my gel polish was removed and she made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. This is also the first time Ive gotten a name so I can go back to her specifically.

Found this place because I wanted something by my job. Everyone was nice and Paul did an amazing job, I think its the best set I have ever day. He is very nice and I will be back and he will be doing my nails everytime and I told him that.

This place is Amazing! So clean, very nice staff and relaxing ambiance. I’ve been getting dip nails done by Cindy going on 4 years now and I’ve never had any issues. LOVE LOVE LOVE Dip Nails and Cindy does the most Amazing work! I’m trying to add pictures to this review. The pics with my red nails show my long length nails after 3 weeks (needing a refill) and they still look good! The pic with my pinkish nails are my new nails from today. As you can see, if you take care of your Dip nails they will last and totally worth it

I fell up on this place looking for a nail shop that stayed open a little later than most. I had a great experience at this nail salon. The people are friendly. They took the time to clean up my nails and didnt rush through like most places. This place was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. I love coming here. Consider this review a recommendation.

This place is disgusting. They DO NOT sterilize their instruments! At all! The guy who was helping me grabbed the instrument from his desk (the naive me thought it was sitting in some sort of a sterilizing liquid) and cut my cuticles. Put the instrument back into his desk. And then 5 minutes later grabbed the same instrument to do another manicures or pedicure. Concerned, I asked another lady to show me the jar where he kept that instrument and there was no liquid! Just cotton! I will never come back and unless you value your health - dont go there either.

I used to go to another nail salon in the neighborhood but stopped due to uncleanliness, poor quality finally I found here. Theyre vigilant for each of fingers, talented and she do an absolutely amazing job every time! Quiet to relax unlike other places love it. Must take my daughter their soon! It was a nice and relaxing experience for me.

I tried Nail Trend for the first time today and I am thrilled! The shop is bright and clean and very relaxing. Anne did a wonderful job on my nails and my pedicure. 5 stars all the way!

This is one of the best salons Ive found in the area. High quality work and commitment to making sure you are happy when you leave. This is literally the type of service I would expect to find in River Oaks. All the ladies are super sweet and this is one of the best pink and white ombre nails Ive ever received. Ive been doing nails with Cindy for a while now but this place is just classy with such great character. Everyone here gives great service and waits on you exceptionally. Cindy is wonderful here however Im sure the other ladies give the same great service as well. Love love live my nails all the time. They aim to please. Female Asian (didn’t get her name) did mine and it was the fastest, worst basic pedicure I ever had. I still have some rough skin on my big toes. Another Asian lady did my 18 yo son and he still has some rough skin. 20 second massage with the basic pedicure. I’m also not sure their instruments are sterile. I didn’t complain to them but I did not leave a tip (1st time I have not tipped) and WILL NOT BE BACK. Very disappointing as this place is close to my house. I’m new to the area so been nail salon hopping to find a place I love.As you can see, I just discovered she also left old polish on my toe. 🤦🏻‍♀️

First time coming here since it was closer to home and shame on me . Iv left with such a sour taste to never come back ever and won’t recommend anyone to have this experience . I came in knowing what I wanted . Had a refill done on top of my already nails . To look at the menu for acrylic refill to be 20 . Then they say oh no is 45 dollars after my nails are done... they charged more for color ( 35 dollars which I said ok. ) but to charge more for shape and length and not include that in their written advertised prices and have hidden fee and never mention it if it’s okay or not . . My nails are shorter than I came in . The shape is in theory the same as I had before ( I came in with oval nails ) and they look worst actually . Uneven and my nails don’t even look similar . Some coffin and some oval. I couldn’t even get the clear coat because I’m going home to fix my nails . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. And Iv been doing my nails since I was 15 and spent all this money . I wouldn’t of mind but to think for this I was ok paying 20 because it’s what 20 dollars worth looks like . Beyond disappointed and again shame on me .Edit: I can not reply to the response for whatever reason on here that I received but I’ll put it this way . No price was ever mentioned at all. All that I asked was can this be refilled . He said yes . And we talked about colors. At the front desk I specifically pointed to acrylics . And he knocked but not much words were exchanged . But no price was ever brought up, I would know considering is my money I’m spending. So to sit and just tell a bold lie. That’s profesional. This just proves my entire review. And while I was going to delete it but wanted to bring this up to your attention. I appreciate the empty “apology”

The owner told the lady doing my nails that she had to stop doing my nails and do an appointment that was scheduled to get serviced. I asked if she was to leave me with soaked off nails and he looked straight to me and said yes! The woman continued to do my nails and tried to assure me that she wanted my business, as I had been a regular. Sorry to say I will never spend my hard earned money on that kind of client service. I walked away with the lesson to be better and more appreciative to my own clients. No one wants to be treated like that.By the way, as of today over 900 people have looked at my photo. Food for thought. As a local guide for my community I must be completely honest with those who follow me and trust my reviews.

I love this place and Anne does my nails perfectly each time! I let her know what I am looking for and she gives me her expert opinion ( which usually ends up right lol ) and I’m always happy with the outcome! Very clean as well! It doesn’t feel like they are rushing through their job just to get you out!
