Had a pedicure here yesterday. It was the best pedicure Ive had in recent memory. The younger gentleman with glasses did a phenomenal job (I wish I remember his name). My heels have never been softer.

Very affordable nail salon! My leg and foot massage with my tropical deluxe pedicure was great, didnt feel rushed like it has at other places. I would rather come here than pay twice the price for a fancy salon because it has a bar inside.

I came with a friend as a walk in. I’ve been here since 3:40pm it’s now 5:14pm they finished my friend’s and she got a tip and powder dip manicure with a pedicure. They sat me down next to her turned the water on. I assumed to get me ready for the next technician to begin with me. Well my friend was finished and they finally decided they wanted to start on me. I decided to lightly decline and got off the seat and walked away. At no point during the period that I waited did they say “we will be right with you or sorry for the delay” instead they kept me waiting and assumed I would leave my feet in cold water for the last hour and a half. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed after reading all the reviews I was very excited to come here for my first time. I won’t be returning for the lack of customer service.

My aunt took me to get my nails done here. I do not go often to get my nails done, but if I could go regularly and I lived in the area, this would be my go-to spot. I enjoyed being greeted upon arrival. Those there made me instantly comfortable with their friendly smiles and were so personable! Really appreciate the cleanliness and thorough sanitation here. It was also my first paraffin wax experience and it was pretty amazing. Tammy did an awesome job on my nails. She’s very detail-oriented. Request Henry for your pedi! He does an excellent job and gives great massages. Definitely will recommend this place to others.

Tammy, the owner, did my pedicure and the wifes manicure. She is super friendly, sweet, and very talented. The shop is clean and neat, the employees are all very good, and we always enjoy our visits. Weve been 4 or 5 times since she opened the shop and highly recommend them for your nail needs.

Very rushed, got a set of acrylics and various nails came out crooked, fill wasnt even around the edges, the nails weren’t symmetrical. honestly a waste of fifty bucks

Monarch Nails & Spa is quaint, clean and the owner is inside working along all the co-workers. I have followed Tammy around for years and have never found someone comparable to her level of professionalism and talent. Tammy has been doing my nails for 7 years. She does an amazing job! She now has opened her own salon, Monarch Nails and Spa, and even though I live in the Heights, she is so good that I’m willing to drive to her shop in Cinco Ranch. She has a great staff too.

Thus place is under new management, Tammy did an excellent job on my nails. I did a pink and white ombré set. I got lots of compliments. So happy I came here. Will definitely be back.

The nail salon is under a new administration and the new owner Tammy is simply the best person in houston to go for ingrown nails, I was actually scheduled for surgery and while waiting for surgery I went to Tammy and she helped me and save me from surgery, now I travel to see her wherever she goes.

My second time here and it keeps getting better . Tammy is wonderful friendly, skilled and dedicated. My real nails have never looked so good. Im hooked had the basic mani/pedi both times and was extremely happy. Even brought my boyfriend with me this time .I think she has gotten a pair of regulars in us.Thank you Tammy for your services.

I took my gf to this nail salon yesterday because the whole pandemic thing is kinda stressful for her, so I’d like to do something nice for her. We met Tammy, the shop owner, she was friendly and resourceful. The shop has 10 chairs and very clean, Tammy also offered us some drinks (free of charge) from red wine, white wine, to coke, water, etc. i was surprised because of the hospitality. I dropped my gf there and tried to run some errands. An hour later, I came back and saw the satisfaction on my gf’s face. She told me that Tammy was skillful and easy to talk. She complemented that the massage was amazing. In general, I don’t know how but my gf had an amazing time at this nail salon. Definitely, my gf will be back to this shop.

The staff is so friendly I coughed and the lady doing my nails asked if I needed water. She did an amazing job and she didn’t take a long time maybe an hour I got dipped nails and I have never had this good of a quality nail mine also lasted 3 1/2 weeks. They do walk in appointments and I recommend this place if you want it fast

I went in BC they advertised a special on dipped powder. Went in, super nice people, I picked my color and I thought all went well. I got home and realized, they were completely uneven on shape, had divots on the top and they didnt push my cuticles back to get the powder all the way to my cuticle. 4 days after I got them, a crack appeared across the nail. Called in and they said I could come in and fix it. Not even 2 weeks later, 2 more split down the middle, across the nail in the middle. Some are thin layers of powder (you can see thru some of them and theyre hot pink!!!), some are thick and the nail that was corrected almost looks like a bubble nail. Sadly, I wont be returning. On to the next place for nails :-)

I came with my mom to get manicures. I got the dip powder and she got the shellac. Wonderful service, very friendly, and they did an amazing job. Will definitely be coming back again!

Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. Gross and unprofessional!!!!!! Trying to charge me for the ugliest set of nails I have EVER gotten and then pass me off to three different techs to finish my nails. While manager Nancy is the one who started my nails, but decided to pass me off to two of her other employees. Then I had to wait another 10 min for the nails to get soaked off. Along with them redoing them THREE times!!!!! She said I can just pay for the ugly ones and come back for free another time..like yeah okay. Now I’m late to my next appt and I have a wedding this Friday. Thanks!!!

I visited this nail salon on 11/11. This was my first visit here and I saw an advertisement on FB for $35 dip nails. I thought ok Ill try it because my normal nail salon was booked. Walk in and immediately get taken care of by the OWNER who took FOREVER!I came in at 1pm and left a little after 3pm. Never in my life have I been at a nail salon for this long just for my nails!So then 2 days later my nail BROKE!!! And another one cracked! I was livid because these are my real nails and they are long!So I go back and get them fixed and they girls were awesome. They fixed my nails.And also today which is almost 2 weeks my pinky nail breaks off! I can tell you, Ive been getting my nails done for years and I can make them last 3-4 weeks before they start breaking.Do yourself a favor go somewhere else! The $10 that it saved me has only caused me problems. Id rather spend the extra $10 somewhere that does my nails correctly.If I could give it 0 * I would

Recently Under new management in the past year. Just love the new owners! They do an Excellant job on every service I have had, mani-pedi, solar nails, gel nails, dipped nails(my favorite) and eyebrow wax. Some of the services actually cost less than before. The new decor is very relaxing. They have water, soda and wine. The owner is very gracious and always makes sure everyone is happy and getting good service!

I had went to this salon once before and got my nails done and had a good experience so I decided to go back today to get a shellac pedicure and manicure . I first called the store to make an appointment and ask for prices. I told the lady I wanted shellac mani and pedi color and she told me $50 even. I then said ok and made an appointment for 11:30 notifying her I only had an hour if 2 people were going to be able to work on me at once and I was told yes. I arrived there 11:25 and realized they were pretty busy. I was told to wait a few min. No one actually started on me until 11:45 but before they started I told here again, I only have till 12:30 are you still going to be able to do it and she told me yes. So she gets started then tells me no shellac on my feet, that thats $45 alone. So I said forget it just clean them and paint them clear. Which she did but still left spots of my old dark red nail polish on my nail! By this time its already 12:10 and I ask her if shes going to have enough time for my nails,she replies yes but with no massage so I ask how much is that,she said same price...So now after they assured me 3 times they would have enough time, they do not and want to charge me same price for less service! I understand its holiday season and its busy but that is why I asked, so I got charged $25 dollars for them to remove my old nail polish on my toes,file them and paint them clear..and still have old nail polish on them! I asked why am I going to get charged same price for manicure with no massage when its not my fault you are not able to give me full service in the time requested. This whole experience makes me feel like its such a waste of money to do this, the poor service you getbut they just keep taking your money. And rude on top of that when I approached them about the manner. DONT GO HERE if you want your moneys worth!!!!!!

I have been to many spa places, but this place sucks. They are very rude and not at all friendly. I will never step into this place ever.

I went to the please and a lady cut my finger and she kick me out of the salon she worked at Apple nails off of Ellridge before she worked there on New Years eve she left my hands without no nails and she kick me out of the store my husband was so mad he argue with her because she made blood all over my hand very horrible place you are not supposed to treat people that way I had an infection in my hand she ruined my whole month they should fire her

Over call they said 3 weeks was fine to get a refill but when I went, they said I couldnt get my nails refilled and instead kept asking if I wanted a pedicure/manicure or a new set. I kept telling them a new set would ruin my nails so when I declined they kept trying to get me to do a new set. overly wasnt to happy as they were trying to get money off of me. I got white gel and made sure not to touch anything and when I woke up I had light brown pigmentation on my nails. I tried using EVERYTHING to clean them and they look dirty. my homecoming is in 2 days and my nails look horrible. although my experience with this visit was not the best I praise them for staying 30 mins after they closed to finish my nails
