Jennifer is a perfectionist and it shows. She does an excellent job and is always double checking and correcting, if needed. Store is immaculate and employees talk super soft and are sooo polite. Best nail salon ever!

I have been getting pedicures for 20 years. I’ve lived in multiple cities in Texas. This is, by far, the best pedicure I can get. My only regret is that I live an hour from this establishment. I have been going here since they opened in 2009. Even though, I haven’t lived in Cinco ranch or the west side of Houston since 2006. My parents do, however, and this is how I was introduced to CR nails. I have *literally* never had a better pedicure than here. Walking away with baby-soft toes and a beautiful color? Awesome. Also, I’m a restaurant manager, and I am, to say politely, hard on my feet. I’m tired, callouses, pain, cuticles, I’ve got it all. This is the only place in Houston, and it’s surrounding areas where I walk away feeling like an entitled teenager (in foot years). Honestly, though, what I really appreciate is the care and gregariousness of the women who work here. Friendly, kind, conversations, relaxation, attention to detail. Granted, I, at one point in time, drove 40 miles at least one a week, (admittedly maybe a couple times twice a week), whilst super pregnant to have a pedicure I may (or may not have) needed. (No. If you’re 8.5 months pregnant, you need every pedicure you can afford.). My point is, this business was genuine. The services are absolutely stellar, the color lasts and doesn’t chip (I get regular polish-not gel for pedis), toes and heels and everything are baby soft, the atmosphere is calm, and there is a great attention to detail. I absolutely would recommend this establishment to anyone. I absolutely would also recommend to become a regular customer. Everyone has off days, but the people here are kind and take pride in what they do, as they should, because they do it very well.

The staff is friendly, polite and doing their job like theyre supposed to. No complaints there. The place however needs some serious attention. When you walk in, it smells like a hundred damp towels (bad ventilation?). The place is untidy and chaotic. Their least expensive express manicure and pedicure cost $32 combined and do not include any massage whatsoever. No massage is acceptable - its their business, they run it their way. But not using any lotion is unacceptable! They dip your hands and feet in water for a such a long time and then dont use anything to moisturize it (barring the little oil they use on your fingertips). So basically, for 32 bucks, youre getting some sort of filing, polish and foot scrapping. I dont think its worth it.

3.5 stars. The lady was nice but the nails are not that great. Shape is pretty bad and there are some bumps and a spot with no color. I got dip powder with a pointed shape(almond or mountain point) so not the easiest but I still expect them to do a good job if they say they can do it. Wouldnt go back but they might be better at regular manicures and acrylic.

My first experience there and I walked out of there with a nail file cut on my big toe (see photo!) and NO compensation for their mistake! I didnt ask for it because I was hoping they would take responsibility for their actions and they didnt! I was charged full price!! The salon is beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and even attentive to my sunburned legs and feet. The nail polish application was great on myself but they were sloppy on my 10yr old daughters! I loved the nail art though, very classy for a grown woman! Overall, I doubt Ill be back! :(

I have been taking my daughter and granddaughters to CR for years and not once have had a bad experience.Judy has a spotless spa, cleaned after every Customer - not to mention that every single employee is professional, friendly, and does excellent work. Fair, honest, and treats all customers in a kind and professional manner.My girls will not go anywhere but CR Creative Nails when they want a day out.

They are nice until you have a problem, then they are atrocious. Went for three years then new person took off half my eyebrow while waxing. They insisted I pay even though I was in tears and next time I came back and asked for the other lady that had always waxed my eyebrow before, I was rudely told in front of everyone that they would do my nails, but not my eyebrows! They were so nasty, I just left. Horrible customer service.

I love CR nails! The staff is very nice and does a good job. Theyre also willing to experiment on designs and really do a good job. Theyre also fairly cheap in their prices, a good mani/pedi for $35 in Cinco Ranch area.

Staff is friendly. Facility is clean. I got the Valentines Special for me, my mom, Aunt and daughter.

They are really frIendly except for one of the men who said he was tired and did a poor job my oldest daughter by making her hand bleed and not putting on lotion on her hand when it was included in the package. Also, i do not think they are experienced because my hand bled like my daughter. THERE WERE NO DISCOUNT FOR MAKING MY DAUGHTER AND MY HAND BLEED. I DO NOTrecommend their FRENCH NAIL because it is uneven. The nail polish isnt distributed properly and not straight. I definitely could do a better job myself! Also, if you are doing both manicure and pedicure, there are two different people doing it and have to pay tip separately. OVERALL, THEYRE NICE JUST NOT SKILLED.
