First time for my sons haircut at this location as a walk-in and was pleasantly surprised with the great service and overall technique for the style requested. Tu, our stylist for the visit, is professional, quick, and listens to her clients requests. Interior is clean and organized. Will be back as a regular!

Reliability of service from a consistent tech is what I look for. Notes on my account don’t mean much if I keep getting a different tech every month. If it weren’t for Jackie at the Cinco Ranch location, I can’t honestly name anything that compels me to keep choosing SportCuts for my basic needs. I’ve had 2 or 3 other techs and enough disparities in results that I went back to Great Clips and Supercuts numerous times. It was by chance that I came back to SportsClips, still looking for a decent tech, when I found Jackie. Stellar service, great conversation, very professional and timely. She keeps me coming back for my next cut every time.

I thoroughly enjoy the ease and use of the app to make my appointments. I had a different stylist previously, but she left the industry and was nervous to get a new one. Tigi at Cinco Ranch La Centerra was awesome! I was in and out in 30 minutes and my hair looks great! Definitely going back!

Ask for Rita if you value your self esteem and appearance. You wont be disappointed. I travel across the city to make sure I get exactly what I need. Intuitive, brilliant, and not afraid to ask the right questions. This is the only reason I still use Sport Clips after years of on and off disappointment with people with no passion. I have been going to Sport Clips for several years and have followed Doris to two different locations. She has kept me neat and trim from my flat-top days to my now longer white hair and beard (Santa Claus). I always recommend Sports Clips at Cinco Ranch to my friends and neighbors. I also enjoy the products available, beard treatments, hair spray, and especially the shampoo to keep my hair and beard a very Christmas white! Thank you Sport Clips and especially Doris.

Nice place and facilities, reasonable price, I like the app where I can schedule appointment and pick the stylist. Big difference though is the people. Specifically the stylist I always use. Doris. Tried others but Doris is personable, does a great job, sincere questions she asked like she truly cares. Thats the difference.

Super rushed experience; I was the first customer in, the moment another customer walked in, you can clearly tell she was trying to rush me off to get to him. (I got the MVP which is the highest tier)The fade was awful; you can clearly see a line around the sides & back, she did not do a good job blending it in.Won’t be coming back to this location.

Give this review because the lobby had two customers no wearing a face mask, so I took mines off they told me that I have to put my face mask on, so I did I felt racial discriminated because I was brown and the other was white. How does that work if only one person got to wear a face mask and the others don’t.

Being new to the area, I needed a place that I could get into quickly. I have been going here know for over a year and have always been treated well. I have not had a bad cut nor had to wait for long periods of time. If you value your time as I do and like to look your best, this is the place.

Worst experience ever. I had to tell a lady 4 time to redo my hair and finally wasnt even close to be good as supposed to be.

We absolutely love Sport Clips. My son loves all the ladies there and they always do amazing work with his light blonde hair. They ALWAYS do a great job with precise cuts and styles. Not to mention they’re patient. 😊

At checking in, it showed 26 mins. My son was called after 45 mins and I was called at 60 mins. Also to note that they called a person who was listed after us. We all were ready for ‘First Available’ so it shouldnt have happened. It was not that they were busy. There were four stylists. Anyway not a good experience and wont come back again.

Its good for what it is. An average haircut with nice perks. The quality of your haircut could be different each time depending whose chair you end up in. The MVP is great. Relaxing and enjoyable. The more particular you are about your haircut, though, the more Id recommend looking elsewhere.

Dont go to Doris for a high and tight bald fade. There was a long wait for Jackie and now I know why. No one wanted Doris to butcher the job. I had to leave with a chili bowl instead of a fade.

Jackie, my barber, is the best and most professional of all the ones I have tried over the last few years. A wonderful barber and a great person.

Horrible experience here...several times. Their ridiculous online scheduling tool is absolutely pointless. It’s a real shame bc there are a couple really good hair cutters here.I’ll never return.

Most of the girls have fading skills.

The stylist was fast and friendly but I had to remind her several times on how short I wanted my hair cut. Even then she was unable to give me a fade. I would try this location again but not with the same stylist.

My last trip to Sport Clips, I used the online check in. Once I arrived, I checked in at the front so they knew I was there and kept getting passed over. I kept getting told I was next and kept getting passed over. I left and went to Great Clips where the online check-in worked as it should and got the same haircut for less.

Chinell is awesome, so I go back!Check in online feature is useless. 6/4 My “suggested” show time was 4:04. I was here and checked in on time. It’s 4:24 and the time is still showing 6 minutes. Mei blatantly moved someone in front on me.4:36..... and still waiting

I have been going to this Sport Clips location (and down the road before they moved here) for years. Theyve been very good lately about wait times. Usually no more than 5 to 10 minutes.There used to be select stylists I would prefer and some I would avoid, but now theyre all pretty good.

I have followed Doris from a different location to the Cinco Ranch location. She has cut my hair for about 5 years now, from a flat top to my now longer hair and white beard. Santa loves Sport Clips!

I go there to get my hair cut every month or so.... My experience there ranges from really good to pretty bad. My haircut isnt that complicated, but every other time i go someone finds some way to mess it up... for example, i tell AND show them i want a TINY bit off my bangs... chop chop chop my bangs are butchered and gone! Anyways, I give it 3 stars because I DO have good experiences, its just a 50/50 chance.

Just got a haircut from a girl who seems to still be training, and is new. Her name was Rebecca and couldnt cut hair for the life of her. Girl just ruined my hair for the next couple weeks. How are you going to train somebody on a customer? I know you need a degree but at least put them through a test first or something. This is not the first time Ive had my hair completely butchered at this location, get more consistent. The only reputable thing about her is that she was nice, and that goes for more than a couple of the hair stylists at this location, and is thus the reason for the 1 star, otherwise Id have to find a way to give you zero. They could also barely work their checkout, had a guy standing there for a solid few minutes trying to pay for a damn haircut. Switching to Roosters. Was a customer for over a year and cant stand getting a hit or miss haircut here anymore.

I am horrified by the haircut I recently received by Pei. I am a 43yo business man and she gave me a marine style cut. Buzzed half my head down to stubble. It will probably take a good 2 months for it to grow in and fix. Had to get my money back and used bad language, which I am embarrassed by but that was how upset I was. Awful experience

I only go to sportsclips whenever I need to cut the top of my hair. Honestly everything went well with my haircut here until the lady cutting my hair touched up my edge up. The right side of my edge up is messed up. its uneven and the lady cut out a chunck of my hair from the top where she messed up my edge up. Now i can cover up her mistake because of the way i style my hair. But I must warn those who come here and quite frankly to any sportsclips. Yes it is a cheap price for a decent haircut. But alot of these ladies arent train properly when it comes to giving us gentleman those crisps lines and edge ups that we can receieve from a barber. I will not be coming back here and I hope they stop making mistakes
