I’ve been taking my boys to Moe for years now and I have never been disappointed. As a mother who looks at every detail of a cut I’m always super satisfied. My kids feel and look good and that makes me happy. Everyone always asks us where we get cuts from so that’s also a sign that your cut is on point. Moe is personable and his shop has a great family vibe. Thankful we have a barber that we have confidence in with every appointment. Oh, & he is on time! No, waiting hours! Not very friendly. No one greeted us at all. I walked in looking around and they all just looked at me and turned their heads. White boi outside in lobby asked what I was there for, I said I called earlier and was told the best time for walk in was 3 pm. He made a face and said okay. Than walked off. Once he was inside the the main shop he went to a barber chair and looked at me asking,who going 1st? Didnt ask me what I wanted or anything for my sons cuts. I had to kind of insert myself. Then he just kind of nodded his head like okay. Im from out of state, so their lack of friendliness was quite off putting and made me very uncomfortable. SPEAK to your potential clients when they come in vs just staring at them! Ask them what theyre looking for vs getting ready to cut their or their childrens head. Be personable. Be friendly!

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE WITH LOVELY HUMANS. I promise you, your under good care and ask for Moe! The energy put into quality/shave/design by the hairstylist is well worth noting.They are willing to work with you and the ideas you may bring to the table for how you would want go shaved design to look. I brought in a sketch of how Id want my shaved undercut to look like and Moe executed it flawlessly.

Finally, a shop that loves cleanliness! Its spacious, clean, and everyone has a great spirit. You can tell that it is a well run business and that customer service is their priority. They go beyond plain haircuts and really treat the scalp and hair.

More cuts good place and can be considered a master barber..it is expensive for the head guy to cut but its worth it for a master barber

Staff is super friendly, and everyone of them is a aster of their craft. Prompt service is available by appointment. Moe had me in and out of the barber chair with the cleanest cut in Houston/Katy. The best place to get your haircut in Katy ! Moe and his team are amazing beyond words ! They go above and beyond to make sure their clients are well taken care of . Sometimes I forget to schedule an appointment and just stumble in and still can get a haircut within an impressive time as someone will find a way to squeeze you in between their booked appointments . You have to understand the level of professionalism here’s exceeds any other barbershop I have ever been to . Typically you expect to hear barbershop gossip and nonsense unprofessional barbers disclosing their business however here everyone is very professional . They are always speaking about how to empower each other and the community and it’s really refreshing and inspiring to hear EVERY-TIME I visit . We had such a wonderful experience. We were able to walk in and be seen. We had a to wait a little but we expected that. Justin cut my sons hair, which is no easy task, since he just turned 2 and has no attention span. But Justin was super patient and kind to him. Didn’t get frustrated when my son moved around. And they are reasonably priced.

The MASTER! Moe is amazing. Always incredibly satisfied. He has cut my sons hair for the last 7 years. And has been my husbands barber for much longer than that. His appointment system is great too!

If you live in the Katy/Houston area this is the Barbershop for you. The Barbershop is always kept clean, the restrooms are always clean as well. I have tried every barber in the shop and they all are amazing barbers! I typically go to the shop owner (Moe). I have gotten my haircut here for about 3 yrs now and I will not go to any other Barbershop. The cuts are always consistent and he listens to what you, and how you want your hair cut. All of the Barbers are phenomenal! I trust them so much most of the time I let them decide what type of cut they think will work for me. They have a ton of creativity and apply it well. I drive from South Houston just for the cut.

Nice, clean barber shop. Cant say enough great things about Phareaux. I came in with my 12 month old son as a walk-in and was helped immediately. I was nervous about how hed do with his first haircut, but she was SO GOOD with him, he didnt cry at all while sitting by himself in the chair. I scheduled an APPOINTMENT!!!! To make a long wait short, I was told when I got there it was a few people ahead of me, I was about to leave then, but was told just wait Ill be right with you! I end up waiting for over an Hour!!! Until I waked out!! I have tipped this barber very well... every cut... and to be treated like that... WOW!!! note to barber you will lose many good paying customers if you continue to break APPOINTMENTS!!! People have other things to do thats why we schedule APPOINTMENTS!!!

Just looking at other people cut. Seems like a good place. But they take longer than 25 min a head. Sat for about an hour and realized one of them took too long on a kids head then I left. Didnt want to spend the entire night there. Seems like they took appointments. So if you think of trying them out then I would do that.

Took my son to Moe Better Cuts and Phareaux cut his hair. We were very pleased with the haircut and customer service! Phareaux works well with children... even fidgety ones.

I really would like to say that this was my 1st time at the shop on Saturday 7/6 and when I 1st walked in the shop it had a warm feeling to it and the owner Moe spoke and was very nice and the shop was very professional and clean, and I had made an appointment online through the boosky app which I found this barber named Reaux ( RO ) and she was very nice and polite when I 1st met her she was warming because Lord knows it is hard to find a good clean shop and a good barber in general,but overall everyone one these ladies and gentlemen are great at what they do and very engaging with there clients so I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs a fresh cut because they are great group of barbers 💈🤠🥳🎶🥰🏳️‍🌈😎😀💈🎶😄🤠!!!!

I moved to the katy area over a year ago and had a hard time finding a barber for my 16 years old son. We came in as a walk-in and was seen in less than 15mins by the female barber. She was warm and inviting, and at times even engaged me in conversation. My son loved his haircut and felt like she really listened to what he wanted and give him the look he desired . I had no problem paying her what she asked for. She really did a great job on my sons hair. Next time I know to make an appointment to be seen quicker.

The female barber at this salon ruined my hair, she couldnt even do a simple hair cut. Im a barber myself once I got home I had to fix it, she left many hardlines and it seemed as if she didnt know what she was doing. I went to this barbershop because of all the great reviews and also because I didnt feel like cutting my own hair, I wanted it done professionally. Her clippers werent zero gaped right, it was very uncomfortable as she placed the clipper to my neck. She then overpriced, $25 for just a taper, nothing more. It wasnt even a full all around cut to be charged that way. All the guy barbers there seemed great, it was just her in particular, so if youre going to get a cut, dont get it by her.

Brought my cousin from out of town for a hair cut. He was a walk-in and he got excellent service! In and out in no times. There was a comfortable waiting area for me to wait for him.Seda did an awesome job and took great care of my cousin visiting from Fort Lauderdale, FL.

He took his time and cut my hair with detail which I appreciate.One con is that you need to set up an appointment before you go here, I had to wait about an hour since everyone else who had appointments were being attended first even if they came afterwards.This place is highly recommended
