My Son went in while at store next door. Would love to share a picture of the back of his head. Really, cant cut a straight line. Did not fade it as asked and even showed a pic. Guess she was having a bad day not putting your name out there because, not going to ruin your rep for a bad day. Wont be back just for the fact you were rude. Sorry never put a bad .

Absolutely destroyed my hair. Went in for a simple trimming of my layers, and ended up looking like I was attacked with a weed whacker. I could tell the girl was new to the profession as soon as she started working on my hair, due to the time it took. But I figured it would be fine. Good lord. I now have to wear it up until it grows back out.

To expensive for what they offer. I will not going here for a shampoo/cut/style.

I loved my last visit here. I have had highlights and a root retouch. They did an awesome job plus it was very affordable. They also had covid measures so I left safe during my visit.

While my haircut was solid, (albeit, they cut more than I asked for) this location NEEDS to work on their customer service and hiring criteria.I showed up, got the basic cut, and made my payment via card. I like to pay my tips in cash, and began digging in my wallet for $1s, when I began to get over-the-top scolded by the hair stylist for not tipping and putting $0 on the receipt.She then proceeded to berate me in front of two customers, which left me too flustered to fend for myself. I am naturally withdrawn, and do wish I had handled the situation differently. However, it was embarrassing and unacceptable.I have had other family members come to this location and get bad cuts, so consistency is not their forte. Its a shame, because this location used to be a solid spot a few years ago.We are in a pandemic, many of us are monetarily and psychologically struggling. Get it together.

Ive come a few times now, and I will keep coming back! Alex cut my hair this time, and she was wonderful! She took such care in doing exactly what I wanted. This is the first time Ive had a hair stylist that trimmed just what I wanted! Im so pleased. Also, the ladies here are all so kind and friendly, and they did a great job with all the safety requirements during COVID-19.

I called in and they were actually able to work me in as soon as I got there (had only a ten minute drive from home to store). The lady who worked on me was very polite and made sure I was very comfortable with the cuts she was making. After five minutes it did get a little awkward with the stylist but I’m socially awkward as well!

Rosario was great. She did a very good job cutting my hair. I will go back to her.

Beware of Rocio if you have long hair. I asked for 1-1/2” trim and she took 3”.

Wow, just wow. Sign in on the tablet (or online) to reserve your spot. This is a nice feature, except when the person who is ‘first’ in line isn’t at the shop. One would think that person is removed from the list. Nope. The next person is called, but the #1 person just stays on the list, and if they do show up, the next time a stylist finishes with someone and calls #1 (who wasn’t there to answer the first time) is miraculously taken next. All the people who HAVE been patiently waiting at the shop get passed and have to wait, even longer. So if you want to get a haircut here, just sign in online and show up whenever you want, you will eventually be first in line, but never have to sit and wait in line like everyone else. Won’t be back, waited for over an hour for two simple haircuts. Only got one because the kids could sit still any longer. The lack of customer service just baffles me.

I must say after rushing through this weekend trying to find somewhere to get the kids last minute hair cuts, I must say the lady here are awesome and we’re very patient and got the job done. Working in corporate management I know all to well the stress that comes with dealing with customers and their demands, I hate to see employees accused of being lazy like I read in another review, what I saw was those ladies working hard to please every customer that walked in the door in a timely manner, it’s ridiculous to think you can walk into an establishment that’s already maxed out and expect to be seen before closing. A simple call ahead to see if they are still accepting customer is how I avoid this inconvenience and these ladies do a great job at accommodating their customers. I hope their management appreciates them just as much as us loyal considerate customers do.. LADIES OF SUPER CUTS GRAND MORTON YOU ROCK!!!!! If they don’t appreciate you here we will gladly follow you wherever you may go!!!!

I will start by saying this location has amazing service! Everyone is very friendly and does a great job. I know this personally cause I walk in for a hair cut all the time and sometimes have to use different people. Kia is the manager and she is top notch. I would highly recommend her, she is amazing. All in all would recommend this location to anyone!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with getting a haircut. I entered wearing a mask (also known a a fishing buff) before seated I was told to raise mask above my nose witch had slipped sown talking to them, after seat I proceeded to try to adjust mask to work with the apron. Kermit? My stylist name ??? Lost her patience and said I’m not going to tell you ten times.... and this point I politely told her I’m going to leave. She then raised her voice and started to tell me to leave ?? While the other stylist started to call her supervisor. While the mask was on I asked why they were so impatient and rude??? Long story short just go to sportsclips and avoid the headache, they also had mask you can wear just in case you forgot your own.

Lulu did an amazing job on my hair. i had a bad experience with hair color that was done at another salon . she was able to fix it for me. i loved it!Lulu dose great job and she has beautiful personality . :)

The staff really cares about your happiness here, Ive been coming here for awhile. Lu is fantastic and takes her time to do the job right. Kia is also fantastic, either one and youll be in great hands.

Sandra and Rosio should not be at that location. I came with my hair needing a shampoo and they both refused to do my hair at that location. I stated that I would need a shampoo. They looked at my hair as if I was an Alien. I do not recommend this location at all. They told me it is impossible to do my shampoo. I never knew that Mexicans could be racist towards black people but they have been.

Always a pleasant experience to go to Supercuts next to Kruger in Katy. I have had many haircuts by Lu. Still loving the art and magic she does in every hair cut. Ask for her. I don’t live in Katy but every time I come by I will go and ask for her. Recommended 100%.

My regular haircut place. Clean and friendly staggs. You can check in online so that you do not have to wait there for a long time. They will give you a free haircut after 10 visits. The good thing about it is you do not have to keep any cards with you, they put your visit in the system and will tell you if you become eligible for a free haircut.

My stylist is back! I was super excited to see that my stylist Lu is back at this store. I’ll be coming back again regularly.

Ive been to this supercuts 4 times. All with different people helping me. The 3rd time I wasnt too please with my cut after the fact. So I went back 4 days later(today) to get it fixed. The lady that fixed my hair was Lu.. Lu is so very sweet and she really wants you to like your hair. She fixed my hair for free because I came back within 7 days.. so if you dont like your hair within 7 days they will fix it, no problem.. now I love my cut. I recommend this store for sure. SANDRA AND LU are very nice and will do their best to do the job you expect from them. I will go back again and again.Ps. The hrs on google are not the hrs they have on their door. They close at 8 Monday thru Friday, 6 on Saturday and 5 on Sunday

0 stars for health concerns! My wife went in for a hair cut (waited nearly 30 minutes even after signing in online.) The stylist was about to put a used smock on her (without a neck protector.) My wife noticed the scissors/comb still had hair on them from the last customer, she asked if she would be getting new scissors/comb. Th stylist paused and said she could clean them. ALL of this should have been down before my wife sat down! My wife did not feel safe getting her haircut there, so she left. BEWARE!

Ive gone here a few times and have been very happy with my experiences. The store itself is very clean and well taken care of. Kia is very friendly and always does a great job. I look forward to my next visit!

Friendly, no wait, but haircut uneven. Would go back to sport clips in the same shopping center before here, and its a bit cheaper.It was just me and 1 hairdresser the entire time I was there. Obviously not a place that is liked very much. The lady that cut my hair was nice enough and talkative, but an uneven haircut really kills any perks. I was able to fix it when I got home, but not something I should have to do.

Kia has been cutting my hair for over 2 years now. She is always very professional, detail oriented, and willing to work with you if you want to try something new. This location is always clean and organized too. Everybody has always been really friendly!

The person who cut my hair did a great job. She was nice, funny and noticed my cowlick. I used to go to those $5 places but Id definitely pay more for a great haircut.

Both my sons had a haircut today and both of their heads look like an amateur cut them. I truly believe I couldve done a better job with zero experience.

We came here after having a terrible experience at Great Clips. I’m so tired of business being lazy. If your sign says you close at 5:00pm I would expect to be see when I get there at at 4:15pm. Change your sign to say “Stops taking appointment an hour before close.”

Went in on a Monday at 2. There were only 2 stylist and both were cutting when I walked in with my 2 kids. Neither greeted or acknowledge me. We waited for about 15min. Then when it was my turn the stylist I had was very nice. The other complained how tired she was and how shes been cutting for 2hours non stop. Well I thought to myself that is your job.

Lulu did an Amazing job. I wouldnt let anyone ekse touch my hair. We will be coming back forever

Ive taken my son here (6 years old) for his haircut for about 6-9 months now. Never really have an issues. The hair stylists know him now when we come in and accommodate his energetic and fun attitude. Many places ive been to before, the hair stylists seem to get upset or frustrated with kids when they are active, talk to much, ect... Sandy and Bree I believe are the 2 who have cut his hair the most and seem to like him. Wait times are always short.

Great hairdresser Kia, but location is too far from where we live.

I went in today at 5:30 pm with my nephew to cut his hair and we were turned away. They close at 8 pm and said that since we did not have an appointment they could not service us because they were booked. There were 3 customers when we walked in and I did only see 1 person cutting hair. More staff may be needed but if there is 2.5 hours to close I dont see the need of turning me away. I ended up going down the plaza to Sport Clips instead. Extremely disappointed.

Totally dissapointed. I would give them a zero but not an option. Two employees were free and I was left there waiting. It did not seem that either one was going to provide service so I left. Not going there again nor recommending it.

I should have listened to that other review about them complaining.I go in to get a mens haircut. Never had been here before. And will never come back. All the stylists do here is complain. The atmosphere is awful because all they do is gripe about their bosses and about other places they have worked.But ok. Thats fine. Hate your job. The managers actually sound pretty bad. But I really dont wanna hear how much you hate your job here while youre doing your job on me.I asked for a simple fade and they couldnt even do that. Just did one length.Honestly I would rather pay the 5 extra dollars and drive a little further at sports clips than go here.Both stylist were just complaining (one more than the other) the ENTIRE TIME. Im disappointed in my haircut and disappointed in this location.If it helps and management reading this, I attended Thursday 1/12/17 at around 1:30-2pm.I heard that management watches the cameras live or something and also heard that the hiring manager at sportsclips only hires attractive female receptionist. So you see. I heard a lot.Best of luck in the future. Like I said before, I wont be returning to this place.

I took both my boys and they cut their hair great and the wait was not long.

Hair cut was average but the stylist beat me to death with her comb. Not sure who she was taking it out on, and no I was not rude.

Sandy is great! She will listen to your request and work with you to get the look that you are wanting.
