Called Goofys to get a 2nd quote. They were about 1/2 the price (part & labor) of the 1st quote. Very nice. Explained the how and why if the repair they did. The 2 guys I spoke with was very nice. I also had a cosmetic repair I wanted done. They ordered the part will I paying for my current repair. I have no complaints.

I said I needed a tune up can they take me in that day. Yes of course bring your car in. 3 hours later I get a call . Sir we put your car on the diagnostic machine and you need a tune up. That will cost you $456. Four plugs four wires and a electronic box. $456. I’m sorry I can’t afford that I said . Ok well that will be $85 for the diagnostic. I paid the $85 but I will never be back again. Took it to a local mechanic I found by good luck. $277 parts included. Don’t make the same mistake I did. These guys are goofy

I went to Goofy’s garage and got taken care of by Eddy the Manager there.My first impression was great, they definitely have great customer service. But what is good customer service if you can’t repair a vehicle right?Well, they did a great job Fixing my 2012 Toyota Tundra. It was a major repair, replacing the rear differential. I had done research on pricing and I must say they are very fair. They took care of the problem and did a good job.I did have another issue (non related to differential) with my truck and they took it back, spent time figuring out what was wrong with it and worked with me on pricing to get it back on the road.I want to thank you guys for a job well done and I would recommend anyone to come to this mechanic shop to get your repairs and maintenance done, these guys will take care of you.A happy customer always returns and I know that they really want their customers back and they show it with their workmanship and attitude. I will continue to give them my business.

Bad attitude and always trying to get over if a customer doesnt ask for a diagnostic test why would you do it and try to force a customer to get more done than what they come for and when they refuse the work you all still charge for the diagnostic, Im glad I wasnt there with them you wouldnt have gotten a dime. Speaking up for the women you take advantage of and one of those women happens to be my mom.

I bring my 07 TL here to get work done...mechanical,paint, after market whatever. Also my fiancé’s Kia Optima as well. They are good guys with fair prices check em out especially if you live in the Katy area!!!

Highly recommend Goofys Garage. They made repairs on two of our vehicle. Both times we received excellent customer service and a fair price on the repairs. We also had them tint our daughters truck windows while it was being serviced and they did an excellent job. We will be returning to Goofys Garage for any future repairs.

Goofys Garage is a gem that I found on West Little York, I felt very comfortable because of their ability to explain what needed to be done and why, in terms that I could understand .
