John was friendly and professional. Great Customer service is not something I associate with auto places, but here it is apparent that is their M.O. Made me feel very welcomed from the time I walked through the door and when I left. He explained to me the diagnosis of my car and gave me several options before just doing the service. 100% 10/10 would recommend and will be back for all my auto needs. It’s great to have a reliable auto service in my neighborhood.

John was very personable and made my experience less stressful. I was able to take their shuttle home and they even brought my car home when it was done because it was easier for me (I have 5 kids and couldnt get it right away). I will be back!

As a woman, every time I walk into a mechanics shop I feel like Im going to get conned, robbed or sold something I dont need. This was never the case with these people. I ended up coming here 2 years ago because another shop told me I needed to replace my brake pads and rotors and made it sound urgent. Something didnt seem right to me so I came to this AutoCheck and they said, nope my brakes were fine and didnt need anything done for a few more years probably.Since then all maintenance and inspections have been done here. Theyve never tried to upsell me on anything. The guys at the front desk are jovial, polite, helpful (and not condescending). Never had a problem and Id recommend these folks to anybody looking for a reasonable place that treats you fairly.

I first visited here for a state inspection and they were super friendly and very earnest. I went back and had them do my shocks and struts and an A/C vacuum and recharge. They gave me a very reasonable price, great customer service and a great warranty on the work. Friendly staff. Rented a moving truck from this location. Staff was very helpful. A company called and wanted our truck but they held it for us based on our reservation.

Good customer service, the only service I used was renting a truck. Charged full day rates but was only allowed to rent the truck for 2 hours, some kind of discount would have been nice. U-Haul would have been 75% cheaper.

The BEST vehicle repair shop in Katy!!! On time, reasonable prices, and quotes given prior to the repairs. They fixed an AC problem when no dealer, nor other Katy repair shop could figure it out. The most honest, hardworking guys who treat female customers respectfully too. Since the AC fix, we have gone to Kingsland Auto Check for more than 20 years for all our vehicles. The staff here is very trustworthy and knowledgeable about the vehicles they maintain. Competitive pricing and quality service.A couple of years ago I had a service done to flush my brake fluid. Due to the age of the vehicle, one of the plugs to drain the fluid for one wheel was stuck and they did not want to risk breaking it. So rather than run that risk, they only charged me for 3 of the 4 wheels (75%) even though they probably got 95% of the old fluid out. This is just one example of their honesty and integrity.

All three cars have been serviced at this location since 1998. Excellent and expeditious service. Job always done right. We have no complaints about quality of service. Pricing is reasonable and normally is less than at dealership service. Fair and honest!

Very Good place to take your vehicle for repairs. I used to be in the vehicle repair business for two national companies and I know the difference between the good and the bad. These people know what they are doing and are very fair and reasonable. Only complaint is they are often too busy to give instant service, but that is the kind of place you want to take your vehicle! You cant have quick, fair, and done right at the same time so I choose fair and done right...two out of three aint bad

Clean shop, great work, polite and honest staff. I took my truck here for a second opinion after I was suspicious regarding another shop’s quote. Auto Check confirmed that the major work they had quoted me was unnecessary, saving me at least 300 dollars. Very pleased.
