This is an amazing company! They completely replaced my fireplace that was in terrible shape. They came right over and gave us a very reasonable price. Thet are very professional and it was a pleasure to have them working on my fireplace (I was working from home at the time) I highly recommend them!

Im sure many of us rarely use our fireplaces but probably needed to firing last months storm. Weve only lived in our house for 2 years and didnt plan on using it so never had it inspected or swept, but after using it we wanted to have it checked out to make sure we were good to go. We saw many of you recommended Barons so we gave him a call. As expected he was pretty backed up with services following the storm, but he was prompt to put me on the calendar, even though he was scheduling 3+ weeks out. I didnt hear back from him after scheduling but he showed up promptly at our appointment time and was helpful in educating us on our fireplace, how it worked, options for gas log inserts, and efficiently completed his service. He was up front and fair in his pricing and we overall had an incredible experience using him! Zero complaints here!

I am very impressed with Ted of Barons Chimney Services. I initially called him to inspect/clean our chimney in our new home. He is very knowledgeable and I felt such peace of mind knowing everything checked out fine. He even set us up with a gas log set (very competitively priced) and installed them. We are not very knowledgeable in the gas log fireplace arena so I felt very comfortable with his expertise and opinions. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with everything. Highly recommended.

Ted fixed our remote-controlled fireplace and installed a gas log kit in our external fireplace. Very happy with the experience. Ted did what he promised, when he promised, for the price he promised. We also appreciated that he did not try to upsell a product we didnt really need, but gave us all the options and made a recommendation that worked for us.

Great service! I first called Moore’s and they came and ripped me off and I tried to get them to come back and they lied 10 times. If you use Moore’s you are making a huge mistake. I called Barron’s they came the next day fixed the issue and fireplace works great. Owner very friendly and does great work.

Could not have gone any better. I highly recommend Barons! I just recently purchased our first home so I did not have a lot of knowledge when it comes to chimneys/fireplaces. Ted was extremely pleasant, answered a lot of questions, explained everything that he was doing, and left the house spotless. I felt very comfortable with him in our home. He does not try to up-sale you on things you do not need. He mentioned that we potentially will need to have an extender added, but we should wait till we use the fireplace to make that decision. Very impressed with Ted and the company.

I called for a “problem” with my gas logs (not even sold by Barons) which wouldn’t turn on, no gas coming out, and he gave me a quick solution to change the 2 d-cell batteries behind the switch. Problem solved. This is the kind of business I want to do business with. Highly recommend just based on this Interaction. They’ve earned by business next time I’m in the market.

Ted the owner of barons is on top of the chimney services industry. He goes way beyond just cleanings. If you have masonry repairs needed on your firebox he is the one to Call. This guy is here today and will still be in business years down the road.
