The employees were very kind to explain the asurion warranty so i could keep my phone and pay only a $29 deductible for a cracked screen vs paying $229 deductible to lose my phone and try and find an affordable one in todays market, paying the difference and activation of a new phone.

I use my phone for work allot. Right after I got to work the screen gave out. I stopped by the store and the guys were very helpful and got to work on it right away.After about an hour I got my phone back and they gave me a run down of what happened and how they fixed it and the general condition of my phone. I highly recommend them for fast service and making a bad Monday get allot better.

My sons IPhone wasnt charging properly so we took it toubreakifix. The gentleman at the counter greeted us politely and asked how he could help. I told him the problem and he cleaned out the charging port. After testing it to see if it was charging (it was) he sent us on our way and DIDNT charge us!! I will continue to use this company for our electronic needs!!

I took my IPhone XR in yesterday because the charging port had stopped working. I assumed I would need a new port, or possibly a new phone, and was bracing myself for the estimate. The young man who helped me took the phone, cleaned the port, etc. and comes back to tell me it works just fine and only needed to be cleaned. I asked how much I owed him and he said, nothing. Obviously they could have charged me to perform that service. I appreciate any business that empowers their front line staff to do the right thing. He didnt have to ask a manager for permission to not charge me and he could have said I need a new port and charged me for that as well. When I need an actual repair I will gladly take my phone back to this company.

They are always friendly. I have used their service for quite some time now with any cell phone issues and never haveanyproblems. They always take their time to explicitly explain everything.

I came in here to get a phone screen protector. They did not have the particular screen protector that they recommended I use and pointed me in the right direction. They werent just trying to sell me something that was in stock instead of the right thing I needed while I was traveling. Great staff!

I brought my phone in to get my charging port fixed, was going to be $100. Instead of charging me for the part they cleaned out the peot for free and saved me $100. Absolutely wonderful service.

My sons tablet wasnt charging. Their cords were working fine, so I jokingly said, well, can I have that cord? He gave it to me! They were so nice. And gave me suggestions if the problem continues. Definitely recommend them!

I bought a new phone at T-Mobile and asked them to transfer my song playlists from my old phone. After a lot of effort they couldnt do it so they sent me to this store. Jordan here was just amazing. He was very knowledgeable and he patiently spent 3 days helping me with the problem. What incredible service!! And he didnt even charge me! Highly recommend!!

They fix more than phones. not yet in my case, since they called and told me my ps4 was working fine when they tried to get it started after I brought it in (still dunno why it decided to act like it had a hard drive failure) but, that was an opportunity for them to easily take advantage of me, and they didnt, and they also gave me free warranty if something *does* break with it. next time any of my electronic gear gets busted, I will definitely haul it over here.

They replaced my phones charge port and it works so well now. They did a great job.

I went in to see if they could repair my moms Iphone. She passed a few months ago and had tons of videos and pictures on her phone, I frequently looked at them and thankfully forwarded a few to my cell, but all of the sudden her cell phone stopped working. The gentleman in the store at the time tried to replace the charging port and battery but neither fixed the issue. I was heartbroken and it took everything within me not to cry in the store. They didn’t charge me anything and apologized for not being able to fix it, I know it wasn’t their fault because they definitely tried and I appreciated the kind genuine character of the guy helping me, it meant a lot. I’m hoping I can find a way to access the photos and videos. I would definitely come here again. I brought my iPad here several years ago and had the screen replaced and it has been working great ever since. I highly recommend.

Everything with the repair went great and the price was low compared to all the others in the area.Only ONE thing..if we leave a phone number to call to or text for pickup alert, maybe its not a good idea to alert the phone that is being repaired instead. Terrible experience with a Google Pixel 4a screen replacement. They are purportedly google authorized, however could not get a screen replacement right in multiple tries.After initial replacement, noticed the day after that the screen came unglued and was lifting on the entire left side of the phone. Have been back multiple times since, they keep on warranty repairing the screen and same issue comes back either immediately or within a couple days - screen lifting on left side.This is not even to mention their price gouging - online estimate clearly showed $139.99. When coming into store they first quoted me $329.99. After questioning that they said they looked at wrong screen price and changed the pricing to $179.99 and claimed that online website pricing (with estimate clearly shown in email appointment for same location) is inaccurate and a national average. For the record, the pixel 4a screen replacement estimate online on ubreakifix.com is still $139.99 for this location.TLDR: Do NOT use ubreakifix for Google phone repair - their pricing is higher than through google directly and the quality of work is severely lacking.EDIT: responding to boiler plate response from ubreakifix below - there is no other issue with the phone, and the pricing discrepancy was for a screen replacement alone. To their credit, after asking about it on the general website (not specific to this location), they acknowledged it quickly and did process a refund for the pricing difference.Saying not everything is fixed with a screen repair is quite ironic - for ubreakifix, that apparently means the screen itself may not be fixed either and will detach from the phone days after their replacement.

I had an xbox one, and I called in to the shop and got an instant answer, they told me exactly what was wrong with it, and charged less than most other stores would, I didnt even have to pay tax. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone having malfunctioning electronics.

Virtually every phone carrier has contract service with this group and they do one hell of a job. They are expedient and work hard to try and make it as easy as possible to conveniently solve an incredibly inconvenient debacle.

I had a great experience! Charging port on my Galaxy A10e was messed up, the charging cord kept falling out. Texhnician said their store couldnt replace it because its soldered in, but he offered to clean it to see if it made a difference. After cleaning it works perfectly. Went to pay and he said no charge!!!

I brought in my sons laptop to replace a broken screen and they told me to come back in a month (they said they were backed up and made an appointment for me) and to put in a deposit for $24.99 so I did (thinking it was to hold the appointment slot). Then when I came back they said I had to call a number and to ship the laptop. Then I get another charge of $24.99. Didn’t know I signed up for a monthly insurance on a laptop that hasn’t even been fixed yet!! Very unhelpful and wouldn’t even fix the laptop and I’m out of $50 already.

Shattered screen had it back in 45 minutes and looks new great place will use again but hope not to......lol

I had gotten locked out of my phone. Not only were they able to restore my accessibility, but they also noticed my phone had battery bloat and would soon break my screen. They were able to replace the battery. Now I have a restored phone, a new battery, and no broken screen. Highly recommend.

Wow! I was certainly impressed! The team figured out the problem quickly and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. I had gone to my phone carriers store and they said the phone wasnt worth saving. It was dead! They recommended I go to a BIG BOX store for a diagnostic check. I couldnt get an appointment for 7 days.... I wish I could remember the technicians names that helped me! They were able to fix my special Sonic The Hedgehog CD player. It would have been much cheaper to just buy a new CD player, but I love the look of my Sonic one. So the cost was worth it to me. Good service and quality repair work. Id use them again.

Expensive they quoted me 250 for a scree replacement, I found dars tech services and they did it for 150

Second time I have used them in the last few months. First time they fixed a nasty problem with my iPad very quickly with excellent results. This time it was an issue with my cell phone and the service was very responsive, very professional, and very quick! I have been using the location at North Oak and Vivion Road. Highly recommend!

I recently had to have an expert work on my cell phone. I arrived at the store at 4900 N Oak Trafficway shortly before lunch and was immediately greeted by the technician. He listened to what the problem was and attempted to resolve the problem. Unfortunately it required more extensive work. While I was working with him about 6 additional customers came in and a second technician took care of each of their situations. My problem required 2 hours of repair so I left and returned a little early. The necessary repairs finished. But, again many customers came in and were promptly served. Every customer received the same courteous, professional, and expert service. The location is easy to find and the store is very clean.

They was the only place that had a temporary screen for my S10. The service was good and fast along with great customer service and the prices to fix your phone are reasonable. Every other place wanted 75 and up just to transfer data from one phone to another but not them i was really happy with the price i paid. The battery on my iPhone had been dying very quickly. So I stopped in and asked if they could fix it. They got me a new iPhone battery and fixed it in one hour! And Will, (the associate helping me), also helped me clean a hard to reach area of my laptop and put back in some missing screws. I didnt allow them to complete repairs HOWEVER their price was OVER double what I ended up paying at cell depot off blue ridge blvd. A couple of other things as well; They itemize the “repair” as a whole taxable ITEM rather then a parts plus labor repair. So you are essentially taxed on a lot of labor you shouldnt be getting taxed on. I also asked to keep my old digitizer and was told that they would need to speak to a manager to give me my old parts back. Yes i needed the faulty screen to send back for a refund from online. Overall im glad i did a quick google search and went with another store that got me in and out in 20 min, fixed it for less then half what this place quoted, and had no problem giving my old screen back to me.

I brought my phone in for a screen repair. The repair was fast but I noticed after a few days the corners were slightly raised on the bottom. I didn’t think much of it but the first time I dropped the phone the screen cracked because it was sticking out from the case. They did not honor their 90 day warranty. I’m not leaving the 1 Star for the fact that they didn’t honor the warranty as they have no way of knowing that the incident didn’t cause the corners to stick up. The one star is for the repair job that caused another crack within a few months. I will be taking my phone elsewhere. Beware if you use these guys and if you do inspect the repair in detail. I should have brought my phone back immediately after I noticed the corners were raised but I didn’t think it would be an issue.

Same-day and quality work, was disappointing that the price in person was more than what was posted on the site. There werent any special circumstances. The price was still reasonable so we had the work done anyway. Though disappointed with the inaccuracy of the site advertising we are NOT disappointed with the result -- my sons 3aXL works good as new. Ill consider them next time... and Im sure there will be a next time.

Went to get a repair on my iPhone screen. They didn’t have the right screen at the first store which made me go to this one. They charged me $90 and were not able to repair the home button. About a month later the screen broke in my pocket, having been put under minimal pressure while working. Frustrated, I took my phone to the Apple store having heard that they do a better job with their repairs. The Apple store, because I used cheap replacement parts, required that I send it in for 3 or 4 days instead of the normal hour or so (including fixing the home button). The guy at the Apple store told me that uBreakiFix uses very brittle glass that doesn’t last long. They want you to keep coming back. If you have an iPhone just go to the Apple store. It will save you from many headaches.

After spending hours on the phone in chat sessions, phone calls, Sprint stores, Samsung sent me to these guys. They reinstalled the last botched update and I can text message again over wifi!
