So very grateful for Ron! I did have to leave a message when I called but I was called back the same day and received prompt and courteous service. The problem with my computer was found very efficiently and everything was explained to me in terms that I understood. I was very impressed with how quickly Ron made sense of our computer system asthis was his first time looking at it. I strongly recommend this company.
