Brought in a brand new IPad Pro 11 with no damage, that was still under warranty and they said the best they could do was $400. I would not recommend selling anything here, they will low ball it and make it seem like your product is worthless.

They did a FABULOUS “Same Day” repair job on my Apple iPhone.I came in with a Cracked Glass & Mohammed noticed that the Start Button needed to be changed as well.He changed that also.I got out of there, with my “Like New” iPhone 6Plus, for less than half of what another repair shop (in OP) had quoted me.* Even though this Shop is located in the River Market Section of KCMO, it has lots of free parking 🚗 right next to it.

Called during working hours as it looked like a business in the City Market with good reviews. A young child answers phone and rudely asks What do you want?, then laughs and says, Im just messing with you. Leave a message at the beep. Maybe due to COVID the kids are at home, which is understandable and admirable, but for a business, unprofessional and a waste of time.Appreciate your response, but had checked number and called again.

The worker had a attitude from the moment I came in was very rude & threw a lowball price on a new device would not recommend waste of time.

Service was prompt and reasonable. They paid attention to my problem and explained repairs logically.I plan to use them to recover photos from an old HP notebook.

Recycled 2 old laptops and 1 monitor! They had sit in my closet for 4 years-I live downtown and LaptopsKC is so convenient for all phone, monitor, desktop and laptop needs. I wanted some extra RAM on the particular model I saw posted and he was able to throw in an extra 4 at a great price.
