I got a screen replacement for my phone that cost less than other places. And when I discovered that the stylus pen didnt work with the new screen the man there offered me something that would act as one, and he did not charge me. I didnt keep it but I appreciate him being kind and helpful. The Lord Jesus bless him. I really do appreciate it.

Do not trust these people with your phone. I havent seen my phone in three weeks. They said they would send it off to be fixed and it would be ready in three weeks. Ive read the reviews and none of them say that they send them off so Im sure they are experimenting with mine. Especially because it is the iPhone X. Its honestly very sad that they think messing with innocent peoples things is fine.

I came in needing a screen protector and the guy was so patient with me and made sure I had it the way I wanted. I highly recommend this shop. Great people. Been going to this store since i bought my first iPhone from them 3 years ago.

An employee here helped me purchase a gutted iPhone with the screws intact so that I could repair my iPhone SE and not have to guess which screw needed to go where. I was on a short time frame and he was very helpful. On an unrelated note it smelled absolutely DIVINE inside the store. Idk what air freshener they use, but I need it in my life!

Im pretty certain people leaving positive reviews are family/friends/associates. Heres my review from an actual customer: purchased a phone on 7/18/2016 after seeing all the Craigslist ads for an iPhone 5c, only to get there and find there were no 5cs. They had one 5s. I was given the wrong price, but they honored the incorrectly (lower) price. Heres probably why: I was told it was a NEW phone. Upon getting it home and further inspecting it, it wasnt new. It had small scratches along the frame and abrasive marks near the charging port. Ok. Was still a good deal...fast forward to the next night...the phones screen goes blue, phone shuts off, never comes back on. I take the phone back to them on Wednesday. The manager isnt there and apparently hes the only one capable of doing a refund. I was told to leave my name and number and that the refund would be processed without me having to return to the store. On suspicion, I go there the next day, only to find that no refund had been processed. They finally issued my refund, but after the lies, inconvenience, and bait and switch, you guys get only one star.

The attendant working was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, they couldnt fix the battery in my phone for a reasonable price, but it was a comparable quote to what other stores charged in the area. The store itself is really dumpy. Not professional or clean at all. Looks like a badly managed pawn shop, with junk strewn all over. Its nothing like the crisp, clean, modern cell phone stores youd find in most strip malls. Its a very dated and run down location. I dont think this place is horrible, but I wouldnt leave my expensive electronic equipment with a place this disheveled.

Kayjay is run by professionals, they are efficient, friendly and on top of their game. Their hospitality is top notch as well. Wasted 3 days. So called tech said he was able to fix my device IF motherboard wasnt broken. I came back he said it was the battery. Then after multiple trips back and forth he still wasnt able to fix device, but continuously claimed he was almost finished working on it multiple times I told him just give me the phone back the way I brought it in. Still insisted and broke the back of my glass iPhone 8 Plus. After the third day of him telling me to come back and pick it up he had me waiting for hours while he tampered with my $900 phone. Never let these people work with devices worth money. Then after that he decided to put someone elses screen on my phone, be rude and hang up in my face while informing him that it wasnt my screen. Jonathan is unprofessional.

I converted from paying my phone bill online via GoSmart because I didnt know of any store I could visit to pay it in person. Online it was costing me more due to tax. At KayJays Im able to pay my bill for the orginal price, and the staff is lovely. Id recommend this establishment to anyone.
