Dropped my laptop off 13 days ago to be repaired. Paid extra $49 to have it expedited. Haven’t heard from them since. Their doors have been locked during business hours and dark and no one answers the phone. They have disappeared with my money and my laptop! Calling police Monday.

Was looking for PC service. Sign on door suggested closed permanently by building owner/manager - Joe with number to call to reclaim property left there.

Tara did everything she could to revive my sweet old busted Mac- and charged super fairly for the amount of time spent on it. Her expertise is superior, my mac was just too far gone.Decided to mourn its loss and start anew. She helped me find a used one at decent price with the specs I needed and transferred everything over so it was just as I had it in my old one.

I had a bad experience with the service provided by Best Buy/Geek Squad which resulted in paying over three hundred dollars on a laptop that still didnt work. I took said laptop to A Class Computers. They charged me half of what the Geeks did in less time and actually fixed my laptop. That was several years ago and I havent had any problems since then. I referred someone to them today and realized I had not yet left a review. A Class Computers is a class act!

Not going to lie a bit expensive, but with a touchscreen laptop I get it... Tax refund well blown in half.. I guess.

All I needed was a couple of screws to fix my laptop. At first I went to Best Buy, where I bought the laptop originally, but they flat out turned me down. They said they couldnt replace lost screws, said that screws for laptops are very hard to find, and that I should just get a new one. Really?I walked into A Class Computers and the screws were replaced in seconds! No hassle, no bother. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I took my computer in when it would no longer boot thinking I had lost a lot of important data and was thrilled when they called and told me it was repaired up and running and everything was restored as it was. Very friendly and good communication throughout the process. Great job!

Wont find a better group of tech computer repair people anywhere. Friendly, knowledgeable and over the top service! Prices reasonable and I felt like my service tech I talked to understood exactly what I need to repair my computer and did what they said they would do with out any extra hidden charges. A Class Computers is my go-to computer solutions store. Richard has been able to help us with a variety of computer challenges, most of the time at the last minute or under emergency circumstances, and able to complete the work in the same day. 804-0000 is on my speed dial at home and at work.

I had been very frustrated with three screws on my laptop that were stripped screws. Terri was there and was able to remove these screws from my laptop in no time. She was also kind enough to find three screws to replace the ones that where messed up. service was fast and great. would recommend coming here for issues.

A Class Computers has been very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. I feel comfortable with all of their staff, from the owner to the technicians. I think they are trying hard to make this company a success and properly serve the customer. Its not brain surgery nor rocket science . . . and I think they have competent people. They backed up my data and didnt lose any of the data.They also made right a previous set back . . . which was not a big problem at all. They tried to return my computer in a very timely manner, turn out, I would have waited for the correct operating system. Next time I had a virus they took the time to load the XP Pro and didnt even charge me. I did not complain, but they just went out of their way . . . because, Microsoft Word runs more completely on XP Pro so they put the XP Pro back in . . . as I said I was not complaining but they did it anyway.We wish them continued success.
