Honestly everything was great. Mr. B was nice and friendly and amazing and pointed into right direction. You can tell he really wanted to help and not just scam! He knew what talking about. Very polite and respectful! Great communication very organized! Honestly great. I only give four because noticed was scratch on my computer but that’s on me for not checking and just taking it so check your stuff to make sure great! But honestly amazing will be going back in future when needed!

I met with the technician Braden I explained thatI needed my computer back by Saturday.I said all I wanted was a memory stick added he said he suggested upgrading I said no.He suggested a tuneup in person for $125 I said no. When I went to pick up my computer I met with the arrogant disrespectful owner and ended up paying the $125 that I said no to. I will never recommend or do business with them again.

I would give them five stars, except for a lack of selection in replacement parts. When it came to replacing my ssd, there was only one price point given for each size ssd (250,500,1tb etc). Would be nice to have cheap and expensive options.The work itself, the customer service, and the friendliness of the staff in itself, are all five star. Highly recommend, though maybe bring in your own parts.

My laptop wasnt booting up at all. I was feaking out. I needed all files to be there and undamaged after repair. I was met by Alex when i entered. He eased my anxiety by acting professional and understanding why I was in the state I was in. I dropped it off Friday, got a call Saturday telling the diagnosis and what he could. Bought Dell Inspiron 15.6 7000 series 2-in-1 UHD 4K Touchscreen laptop. It turned out, the laptop had a bios password. It had bad battery and hibernated all the time. I TRIED HOURS after HOURS to wake it up. I finally did it. On the top of it and the worst part, it could not display 4K UHD resolution video/movies. The very next day, I told the seller about it. And, I returned it. The seller did NOT give me a full refund of $350 purchase price plus tax. The seller just gave me about half of it and blamed me for the defective laptop. BE CAREFUL and WATCH OUT for yourself when buying a computer or laptop from this seller. This COULD HAPPEN to you. It WILL BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE since the seller does NOT REGISTERED under BBB. Any advise on how I legally could get a full refund would be appreciated. Is there any government agency that can PROTECT consumers like YOU and ME from this BAD SELLER?

Brought an old computer to their store on a Friday. I needed data transfer and a refurbished model. Staff was very helpful, did not try to sell something I didnt need. It was ready the next day (even though I wasnt in any hurry). It is working great. I chose them because of reviews, good decision!

We dropped a shelf on our stores laptop and they fixed it quickly. They were honest about the fact that they could fix the monitor but warned us that any hard drive damage might not be evident for some time. Luckily it has been working fine.

Alex has repaired my macbook twice now—both times the prices were extremely fair, and the service was completed within several days. Computer Solutions is the best repair shop in the KC metro area—support them!

I am very disappointed at the lies I was told by Alex. I brought my laptop here because it was not charging or coming up and i met Alex the owner of the store and he said he would diagnose what was wrong with it and call me at 2pm the next day and i said ok, paid the $35 diagonistic fees and left the store. Come 2pm the next day he didnt call so i called and he said the computers mother board was damaged beyond repair and could not be salvaged, i felt so bad because that meant i had to buy a new laptop and according to him to transfer the information on the laptop would cost me another $100. Make no mistake Alex is a very good looking person, and he has a pleasant but strict, a bit rude and persuaive attitude and i told him so because he encouraged and persuaded me to buy another laptop from his store then i wouldnt have to pay the transfer fee, after chatting with him briefly i let him know i would think about it and get back to him on my decision the next day. See, i am currently pursuing my 4th professional college degree even after getting my Masters (which i didnt disclose to him when he let me know he had two degrees), so not only did i really need the documents in my laptop but i knew better than to take the word of a merchant hook, line and sinker. So from his store I went straight to another computer store on the same road as alex store and guess what?? Not only did they have my laptop fixed and running perfectly in less than 24hrs, they confirmed to me that my laptop was in perfect health and there was nothing absolutely wrong with my laptop besides the charging jack and guess what??!! They did not even charge me any diagnostic fees and they called me to let me know my laptop was fixed and i paid a very affordable low price. I went back to Alex and he tried to justify it. Well, long story short he claimed he opened my laptop to check which I very much doubt and he tried to make an issue out of it but i really just wanted my money back, he gave it to me and i walked out only to realize it was $25 well whatever really! I am just glad I got some money back and I really do not care if he gave me the full amount or not as he claims he gave me the full money. I am happy my laptop is working and to think I had already gone to walmart and bought a brandnew laptop for $279 thinking that the second computer store will tell me same thing like Alex did and I didnt want to waste any time waiting.Alex you did not check my laptop, how can you tell me that my charging jack was ok and my mother board was damaged beyond repair?? When it is the direct opposite, a careful and diligent expert will not make mistakes like that, aimed at wasting a customers time and money. No apologies, nothing from you! Well, say whatever you like but I now know that most of the reviews here may be written by you.

I had a broken screen. Fixed my computer on the spot and took no more than 15 minutes. Customer service was unbelievably great.

Called to find out if my laptop could be repaired. Said that I had to bring it in. I knew that it was the monitor because when I connected a separate one everything seemed to be working. When I got there CSE said that the motherboard was fried without even testing it. Either they were feeling lazy that day or just werent concerned with helping customers. Needless to say that I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone..
