High praise to Tony.B at the 612 E 99th St store. He was friendly, helpful, quick, and obviously knowledgeable with a simple -- for him -- repair to an iPad. Cost? Unbelievably reasonable! My first time there, but I certainly would use them again.

Cheapest and most respectable repair shop in town . Had my phone repaired in under 30 minutes. Tony was very pleasant to work with and made sure all of my needs were taken care of . Will definitely be back again!!

Went in to get a Samsung phone repaired and found they had one of the best prices in town. Their tech was helpful and went out of his way to explain what was needed and tried to find the most economical solution.

My daughter broke the screen on her iPhone and called to get an estimate on how much it would cost to replace it. The man on the phone was very friendly and after she gave him the details, he gave her an estimate but that it would be better if she bought it in so that he could actually look at it which she did a couple of days later.

Not a big fan of leaving negative reviews, but the craftsmanship and the quality of the replacement screen were both substandard. The metal ear-piece was no longer flush after the repair, and my notification light instead of being blue is now blue & green. Both of those things I could live with, but now the screen has fine cracks throughout it. I didnt drop it or anything. I dont abuse my phone, and have managed to break a screen twice in the last 8 or 9 years. So anyhow, I wish I would have paid more, and had an original screen put back on my Galaxy, instead of getting the cheapest work done.

They will put in a new screen for $65-$125 but your phone will never be the same. Mine was not put back together correctly twice and cracked again in less than a month. They offered to put in another one for $65, but I fear it would just break again due to poorly sourced parts and/or workmanship and dont want to waste any more money on this phone. Phones are so cheap now, its not worth the $100 to repair the screen if the work isnt garaunteed. Beware, they do not guarantee thier work and will not give you your money back. I was also told that the crusty spot on the back cover was just super glue and I could clean it off easily (not true). I am not sure what I did to them to deserve my phone returned in such poor condition or why the would ever use super glue on an installation. It was nearly new with just the crack when I brought it in, but it was returned with the back warped and the screen showing visible light around the edges of the phone. They are the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. You could probably do a better job yourself if you have the time to watch the how-to video on YouTube. If this wasnt my backup phone, I would have been much more upset. -3 stars

Im not one to write reviews in general, most of my visits to places are great, but I came in here for the first time today and I wont be coming back. When I first walked in the man was dealing with a black woman and not being very pleasant, she walked out and accused him of lying to her about how to get her phone taken care of so he jerked it from her hand and proceeded to do it for her with an attitude. When it came my turn The gentleman helping me was rude, wouldnt let me test my phone before paying until I said I wouldnt pay till I tested it. The screen wasnt properly put on and when I confronted he made excuses saying the phone was bent as I saw him bending my phone. But I will give credit where credit is due, the screen does work, but its not put on properly, he just commented if you dont like it you can get it done somewhere else but not for as cheap as we do. it was an unpleasant experience to which I wont be returning to the store due to how rude and unprofessional the man was.

Got my iPhone cracked screen repaired and every since my phone hasnt been the same. Had to go back 3 times because every time I left thinking my phone was fix I had a different problem when got home. First it wasnt swiping and I couldnt even bring up the flashlight...Second Time the Touch ID wasnt working... third time not swiping again. They have the lowest prices around but I wish I would of just spent the extra money and got it fix somewhere else.
