On around the 25th or 26th of February I called Ntech because my laptop Was giving me a cooling fan error message that the system had detected… So, he comes and picks it up has it for about a week, was supposed to put a new fan in it but felt it wasn’t worth it so he sent it back to get his money back. All right so let’s fast forward to the following week, I pick up my laptop from him get home and try to power it up because I had some schoolwork to do well it didn’t turn on.... He did not tell me it wasn’t turning on. The only thing that worked was the power button was glowing. According to him it was a motherboard issue which OK if that’s the problem then why didn’t you further investigate And do all in your power to fix it and to let me know what the issue was that it wasn’t turning on so I could’ve let you know if I wanted you to continue working on it. I put my trust in this company to fix my laptop not give it back in inoperable condition but was turning on when I gave it to him.All of his reviews are so good. I don’t know if he’s discriminating because I’m disabled and don’t make tons of money but whatever the case may be it’s not cool at all that my laptop was turning on (granite with an error message) then I get it back and it won’t turn on . He can’t provide a diagnostic reading that tells what exactly happened... I’m not happy! I have classes that are strictly done online. So I had to scrounge up enough money from family to buy a new laptop so I can finish classes!!! Next time I have a computer issue I’m taking it to my dad! At least I know he knows what he’s doing and Well actually try to fix my computer not give it back to me in operable.

I recently had an issue with my laptop and I brought it in to be repaired. I had no idea what the issue was and I expected to pay a lot of cash for the repair. Turns out it was a simple fix and the bill was way less than expected. The gentleman who repaired it also was very helpful at explaining to me what was wrong. Ill definitely be using them for any future needs!

They had what I needed (a web camera) when no one else did (see covid-19 and the huge influx of work from home employees). Despite the supply/demand laws being in his favor, the owner only charged me what youd normally expect to pay (online retailers were charging 3x for inferior products). And, he even offered to service the device should I ever need it. A little hard to find, and a bit of an unorthodox store front, but the service I received made the trip worth the search. If you can, you should go a little bit out of your way to help this good businessman do good business!

Mo has been a Godsend!!!!! He has repeatedly listened to my needs and customized a system to match it while coming in at a reasonable price. His followup service is also awesome. Unlike box stores, his relationship and customer service does not end at the sale. He has continuously followed up when I have had hardware or software issue and come up with solutions for me.

The owner, was beyond helpful. He was honest, swift and thorough with the inspection of my device. He sold me an alternative device for the same price it would have cost to repair my device. The other computer was much stronger and better than the computer that I came in with.

A complete rip off.....I sent my computer to br repaired due to immediate crashes...... He charged me $120 bucks without even repairing the problem.....And he tells me after he reviewed my computer, that he cant guarantee results, and that i pay him by the hour....Why would i pay for something not fixed!!!!!! So we got into a legal argument, and i plugged in the computer as soon as I got back to office.....and it wont even turn back on....

Moe and Frank were very helpful in aiding in my computer crisis. They helped diagnose why my computer wouldnt turn on. Turned out that i had a bad motherboard, he helped me find a solution where i could keep the good working parts of my old machine while giving me a good deal on another machine to suit my needs.

Dr. Jafari is an excellent person with whom to do business. His rates are extremely affordable and he does not waste any time trying to upsell you. I had an old Dell with a fried motherboard. He went through quite a process to recover my hard drive and the data contained therein, and put it into a better machine, all for a beyond reasonable price. Just received my 7 year old laptop back for Dr. Mo and what can I say? This laptop has never been faster. Boot ups that took 5+ minutes to get to the home screen took SECONDS! Programs that take minutes to load and operate work at lightning speed. The traditional disc hard drive was replaced with a solid state drive and all files and programs were transferred (no need to hunt down the program discs and reinstall). And it is so quiet. This puts my newer (2 year old) laptop to shame. I highly recommend Dr. Mos services, especially to those who feel that nothing can be done with their existing equipment whether it is for work or personal use.
