When we moved to the north land we first were insured with Allstate through Donita Hunt. I will tell you that her service your attention to detail and her strong advocacy for her customers has caused us to stay with her for almost 15 years now. What has also been a joy to see is as she hires people into her organization and new people come on board they have the same high-quality level of service that she has all along. Her people are very responsive and helpful whatever your situation. I know many times I have needed to do licensing of vehicles and didn’t have my insurance cards and they were very quick to get those sent right over so that I did not have to wait. If you are not currently insured with DONITA HUNT maybe you should reconsider that decision! :)

This has been an awful experience. We have been with Allstate for over 10 years, and had been very happy with the customer service and handling of our accounts until we started working with this branch. Horrible communication from the beginning, less than honest answers and weeks before a callback on time sensitive matters. This office is in shambles. Look elsewhere for quality insurance and agents who demonstrate honesty and care.
