Theres something very, very wrong at this American Family agency. My elderly mom has been with AF for over 30 years in KC, got switched to this agent after her local agent moved his business - we discovered this agent had erroneously reported the square footage of her home as DOUBLE what it actually is - per a survey that never happened - and had been charging her significantly more for premiums. When she brought this to the attention of their office, the office staff insisted and PROVED they brought the discrepancy to the attention of David Beard.Nothing.She canceled her policies, then we complained to the State of Missouri and American Family Corporate - got a fluffy response, but interestingly - she got a check for thousands $$ in a refund.Really?!

Very good pancakes. Coffee was a little bitter.

Great service and personable

Mr. Beard has came through multiple times at the last moment for me. He even gave me his personal number for when he is out of the office. I might not see him often, but when i do, its like im talking to family.
