Tyler truly cares about his clients, on top of him always being professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for personal line or commercial line.

Outstanding agent.

Had a terrible experience with this agent.He is extremely unprofessional, slow to respond, lacks customer service skills in general, and overall a cocky (for lack of a better word) agent. We cancelled our policy with him (because what we were quoted was never what we were billed....almost $200 more each month) and 3 months after cancelling we are STILL being billed by Farmers. When we ask Tyler about it he blamed our new agent calling him “lazy”and refuses to take responsibility for his part. Really he just wants to be difficult because we cancelled our policy.

Was better when Demara worked there. Ohh-la-la. What a cutie.
