I really like this place. The homes are nice, it’s in a great area and it’s pretty quiet and peaceful. The only issues are belowThe city handles trash/recycling and are completely careless and don’t allow trash/recycling to be put in covered bins so every trash day looks like a trash apocalypse. Sadly enough people don’t care to clean up their trash/recycling that has blown away and it’s gotten to the point where when I’m walking my dog it’s almost hazardous because of the plethora of things on the ground for him to get a hold of. If I ran a complex this would not be something that I’d send out a gentle email about. This needs to be taken care of now.

These seem like nice places but when your phone calls arent responded to it is difficult to get in and see one. Call Falcon Falls and if you are really lucky you will get to talk to Alexis. She is a real gem if you enjoy being treated like trash. Look somewhere else, but avoid Falcon and Parkway.
