This has by far been the best place I’ve ever lived. Even from the beginning, the office staff has been amazing and were so great at being communicative and answering all my questions via email when I was moving across the state to be here. The apartments are extremely nice and unique! They maintain the historic feel VERY well. Location is also wonderful! The entire time I lived here, any concern or question I’ve ever had has been answered in a very timely manner. I cannot stress how friendly the environment is here. I’ve lived in dozens of places in different cities and states, and this is absolutely the best apartment/renting experience!

Josie and Sammie were very quick to respond to all my emails and made my move in and move out hassle-free. They both went above and beyond and Im truly grateful. Thank you girls! 🌸🙏

I have lived here since early December. I have had absolutely no issues and love living here. The staff is amazing and responds to every concern with promptness and care. This location is amazing, with stuff continually being added in the west bottoms! The parking is great, as well as the outside landscape. I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough.

I recently toured this complex and it is so cool. They kept the integrity of these beautiful, historic brick buildings, while providing modern living accompanied with a list of high-end amenities. Sammie was the manager who toured me and she was so kind and helpful. She seemed to care about what I needed out of a living sitiuation and made me feel very comfortable in times that currently inevitably uncomfortable. She was very informative and answered every question I had, and also followed up with me after. Kudos West Bottom Flats and Sammie.

I just moved into these apartments a couple months ago and am so happy with how it’s going so far. Staff are super helpful and responsive and the building itself is beautiful and modern but still maintains the history of the building, which I love. Perfect space for me and my kitty!
