My car is fresh and feels brand new. He then also buffed out some scrapes for me on the outside front panel. Again, nothing short of excellent. His follow through and diligence is to be commended. The before photos show just how nasty our carpets were from having two senior dogs and a puppy at the same time...big time messes and stains...we even had a large paint stain that had been there for years that I was not expecting to look better at all - it is barely noticeable now! Excellent cleaning of home carpet! I deliberately waited a few weeks before posting to see how the cleaning held up. I can honestly say that after having used more expensive commercial carpet cleaners, this cleaning more than matches up. The carpet has been revived, heavily trafficked areas are not noticeable, and walking barefoot throughout the house feels just as cushy as when the carpet was first installed. Jon was professional, personable, and helpful throughout. I most highly recommend!

Jon was absolutely great! He is a very nice guy and upfront about everything. He comes to you so the convenience is wonderful. He showed up on time, (actually 10 minutes early). His attention to detail is what sets him apart. The price I payed is exactly what he quoted me, even though he did alot of extra work like take off all the paint from door dings and he even went the extra mile to remove all the stains from the seats. Which is very impressive that he was able to do that! The quoted time was 3 hours and he even finished a bit early. I highly recommend giving Jon a try. You will not be disappointed!! Hands down the best detail Ive ever gotten on my 2016 4Runner TRD Pro. Mike did an amazing job prepping my SUV for winter - he even was able to make my few door dings (where the paint transferred) almost unnoticeable! I will never be taking my vehicle anywhere else. The ceramic coating makes my car look brand new - even better than when I drove it off the dealership lot 2 years ago. I had a great experience working with Jon. I opted for the ceramic option for ease of future maintenance and peace of mind. Jon is very detail oriented, during his initial inspection he noticed a small scuff/mark in the plastic trim around the mirror (likely left over from the dealer). He managed to get most of it out with some plastic trim restorer.Throughout the process he was very communicative, texting me updates and pictures along the way, which I really liked.I think that Jons work speaks for itself looking at the pictures he shares on his website as well as the other reviews here. What stood out to me most was his flexibility. One of the nuances with ceramic coating is that it should not be exposed to water for the first 24 hours following application. My original appointment was on a Friday and it was expected to rain. I texted Jon the Monday before the appointment and he was able to schedule me in on Wednesday to avoid the rain.Overall great results, great experience, great guy to work with.

Jon did such a great job on cleaning the interior of my CR-V. I had a few months of buildup of pet hair from my corgi that sheds ALL the time. Between the pet hair, salt stains from winter, and a pup cup of whip cream from Starbucks that had spilled all over my front seat, my interior was quite disgusting and embarrassing. Jon was able to get all of this out and make my car look fantastic. Black interior (in my case) is hard to keep clean with my job and dog constantly taking a toll on the inside of my car and he was able give it the attention it needed.
