Bought Groupon for my husband as a gift. Called and called only to be hung up on repeatedly. Groupon refunded avoid this place.

These guys done my car. The paint was good but it had some scratches. They done it so well that now there are no more. The paint looks like new. Thank you!

Dropped car off 9:30 for a 10 am appointment. The place was closed even though posted hours indicated they open at 8 am. I was calling them when one of the workers arrived and told me the owner was on his way in. Soi left the keys and called back 1 pm. THe owner asked me to remind him what I wanted done and stated I could pick the car up at 5:30 pm. I drove by at 3 pm and they had not started. This was a gift for my wife who is very upset her car has been unavailable all day with no expectation for completion. She had afternoon appointments that were cancelled.. Not exactly a positive experience.. I like supporting local businesses, but sadly, I cant recommend this one. I’m not expecting a quality job based upon the business practices.

Called this Business to get some prices and what they do and I told him I would call him back because I was waiting on hearing back from other places and he hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and rude

Scheduled an appointment for 11am, upon arrival the business was completely dark as if it hadnt opened at all. Tried calling and texting several times but no answer.

I called and set up an appt. for A Sunday 10am. Very disappointed. The owner/operation did not show up! Tried to reach him by phone and text, no response. Very unprofessional for a business to set appts and not keep them.

Horrible experience. We bought a groupon for car detailing. Made the appointment two weeks in advance. We left the car on Tuesday morning and was told our car would be ready Wednesday and it wasn’t ready and we were told to pick it up Thursday morning, arrived and it wasn’t ready and Matt told us to come at 4:00pm instead. We arrived at 4:00pm and they hadn’t done anything to our car. A complete waste of time and money. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. If you aren’t able to complete a job then don’t book so many cars for the same day. On top of that we had this booked for two weeks, how can you be so disorganized that you have too many cars booked to complete two weeks in advance. It appears that Matt doesn’t want to honor the groupon deal and merely wants to take the people bringing their cars the day of and paying the full price on the spot. I would highly recommend you start to improve your service and work ethic or close shop.

I called to make appointment to come in the same day and they said ok what time can you be here. I told them right away and then mentioned I had a Groupon and was immediately told sorry we are too busy today. Totally unprofessional. I ended up trading in my Groupon purchase. Stay away from this place.

Stay away from this place at all costs. I had to call three different times to try to make an appointment. Each time they told me they were super busy and would call me back in 10 minutes, and they never did. When I finally got a hold of someone and scheduled the appointment, they told me it would be done by 5:00 p.m. The morning of the appointment, when I dropped it off, I confirmed that they were open past 5:00 so that I would have time to pick it up after my engagement that ended at 5:00 p.m. I told them Id be coming straight from Plainwell at 5:00 and would therefore be there shortly after it was done. I called three times between 4-5 p.m. just to confirm that it was ready. Not once did they answer the phone, so I drove over since they told me it would be done by 5:00 anyway. When I arrived, they had not even begun to work on my vehicle. The person I spoke with, whom I presume was the owner, proceeded to argue with me and tell me that he never said it would be ready by 5:00. That was a flat out lie. Not only was he lying to my face about a conversation that I had with him, but he was extremely rude. I have no idea how this place stays in business. The absolute worst customer service experience Ive ever had. And unfortunately, this was purchased through Groupon, so I have already paid for it, even though not a single bit of the service was ever performed. I highly advise people to stay away from this place.

These guys are excellent. When I dropped my Camaro off it was covered in mud and in just a few hours I picked it up looking brand new. I highly recommend top notch and will certainly be back in the future.

Tried to schedule an appointment via phone many times and text. Finally got through to a person and immediately asked me if they could call me back in a minute. I knew he would not. Got my money back from the Groupon.

I had my Moms car cleaned and detailed by Top Notch yesterday. Her car has never looked better!! Customer service was great- they worked with my schedule for work, they were friendly and did an amazing job with my Moms car. I would recommend that everyone goes to this place if you want your car sparkling clean!!

Had my car all day and they did absolutely nothing. When I showed up at 5 o’clock to pick up my car, the owner was gone and had my car keys with him. Absolutely the worst place to take your car. Do not, under any circumstances, even if it’s free, take your car to this place.

I was very underwhelmed. My radio touch screen has a huge scratch in it. I was told pick up before 5pm and due to a miscommunication pick up was closer to 7pm. Floor mates were not put back in the correct location. Certain areas were not properly cleaned including the middle center council and the entire back section where the extra battery and grocery bags are kept. The attention to detail was extremely disappointing for the price paid. And the scratch on the touch screen wont be repairable. Safe your time and money and do it at home to avoid scratches.

Bought a Groupon for a detail and tried to call to schedule and they said I would need to pay full price. I already purchased the Groupon. Will never use this company

So last night someone threw up in the passenger seat of my car-half in, half out. My car is only 5 months old, brand new so I NEEDED it cleaned the next morning and I was in a rush because it had to be before school. But I have NEVER had an interaction with a company that talked to their customers with the most utter disrespect. On the phone, they replied to me very rudely, and sarcastically. The phone call shortly ended, when they abruptly hung up on me. I was being very polite... That is NOT how you treat paying customers. I would never reccommend this place to anyone. Johnny on the spot- was very quick, efficient, respectful and polite. I HIGHLY recommend Johnny on the spot in Portage. They made room for me to fit in, when I really needed it even after calling several places that werent able to take me.

Did a great job both inside and out. They got rid of a horrible smell inside. Will definitely go there again.

Only took a few hours and my car looked great inside and out. Other places I’ve taken it to I’ve had to leave over night. Definitely reccomend the guys at TOP NOTCH.

Very disappointed with owner’s rude behavior. We have bought a Groupon deal for this place and when we called to book an appointment, we were not welcomed. We went there to book an appointment as their response on ph was not so good and found extremely rude behavior from owner. Staff was good but Owner came to us and ask us to cancel the Groupon deal as he was not interested in providing service to those who bought the deal. I have checked Google review before buying the deal but unfortunately it’s not as good as it looks on Google. Please think twice before you visit this place. I would give no start if I can.

Alright, So the reason I am only giving one star is because I cant give 0 star.Heres what happened. I purchased interior detailing coupon from Groupon one month ago. And booked my schedule for April 9th Tuesday. I mentioned that I have purchased interior detailing from groupon but the guy over there did not mention about there policy of only working on groupon bookings on friday. On April 8th I called and asked to confirm my appointment but not even that day they mentioned anything.When I reached on tuesday guy over there denied to work on my vehicle by saying some policy terms. I asked him which day and time will work for you, he said Friday 12th April 10 am.Now on Friday at 10 am exactly I reached to spot and person working there said We dont have enough time today for your vehicle. I waited 30 minutes to meet guy (probably owner). When he can he behaved rudely and before hearing anything he told me to cancel my purchase and get my money back.As I did not want to go through all the trouble I asked him one more time which day and time is possible to him. He said coming monday 8:30. Same story, I reached there dropped off my vehicle on monday and came home in uber and I received call from worker that we have power issue and we have washing liquid issue and etc.... So you will have to call owner for rescheduling appointment. I think this guy doesnt want to work on my vehicle may be you can guess the reason. I am international student and this situation wasted my time a lot.

Bought a GroupOn and tried to schedule an appointment with them since 2 months but always refused service after arriving at the location even after confirming the time beforehand. It was clear that they don’t want to honor Groupon deals. Why don’t you just take your business off Groupon then? I won’t even recommend this place to my worst enemies.
