I recently had my 2021 challenger detailed and the A+ package done and I am very impressed. Staff was very professional, the work was done in a single day and the I am very pleased with the quality the car looks better than when I bought it even after a week of daily driving. My car will only be detailed by great lakes chemical from now on.

Whilst some of the reviews for this service and company are a bit mixed, I can vouch for their service and I am very, very happy with their service.I brought in a decently dirty Acura MDX and came back with a very clean car. I am very happy with the service and while it did take a bit, I planned to not have anything bumping right up to this appointment, and the waiting room was comfortable.Happy with the service provided and would definitely come back here if I needed a detailed car wash during the colder months (since I wash my own car during the summer).

I had purchased a package when I bought my new truck and it came with coupon booklet used it for the first time. I was in and out in like a little over an hour. So my experience was great

Ruined my husbands brand new 2021 trucks paint job. Not sure why they had to buff a brand new vehicle out but they did and left scratches and swirls on the paint and plastic and then sealed right over it. It looks terrible. They didn’t even finish the undercoating on the truck, and the over spray was everywhere. The inside interior was supposed to be coated as well, they did the back seat and floors but didn’t remove the seat covers on the front seats, just coated the covers. When confronting them that we weren’t happy, they blamed the dealerships car wash yet they have a touch less car wash. The windshield coating lasted all of 2 weeks. Terrible job and terrible company to dealWith. Went back to the dealership, they acknowledged all of the damage and refunded us our money. The paint job is completely ruined.

My car looks the best it has. Great Lakes did a Ceramic paint coating, Rust Protection spray, and Sound deadening undercoat. Hands down the fastest and most professional detail shop I have ever worked with. Will be back for sure!

I get the Great Lakes buff and shine packages with my new cars. They are wonderful there. They do a great job and very nice.

Took my suburban for rust preventative treatment. I wasnt completely satisfied with the coverage of the protectant. They were very attentive and apologetic and fixed it quickly and free of charge. Very service-minded and great to work with. Highly recommend these guys - it is obvious they put customer service first!

Went there to see if a few scratches could be buffed out. Told me they were little too deep, but could remove 75%. Got me in immediately and only 15 minutes.

Did a great job on the ceramic on my vehicle and for many customers! And the rust proofing is a must have living in Michigan

When we bought our truck new in 2010 they offered a rust proofing which came with a lifetime warranty and now with rust appearing they claim that the warranty ended last year even though it clearly says lifetime to original owner, they also saw the date we bought the warranty and even claimed that was the date it ended, hopefully they can make it right if not dont buy a warranty from them

I paid $600 for rust proofing services on a brand new car and they didnt take of the stickers applied by the car manufacturer on the back hatch. They sealed them in!!!
