Our experience for an interior detail with That Guy went very well. The communication (with text and phone both) was great and Jose focused extra attention on the seats which was the main reason we brought our car in to them. Got back home not long ago and the car looks and smells good. We plan to return for additional services in the future.

A friend bought me a detailing from this guy on groupon for my birthday. That was a very kind gesture of her, little did she know... her money was pocketed and my car was never detailed. I tried multiple times to schedule an appointment. When I finally got ahold of him after a week of trying, he told me he was booked 6 weeks out. A week before my appointment I followed up to make sure he was still cleaning my car. Didnt hear back from him for a week. He asked me if I still wanted my car cleaned and when, I said yes and gave him a time and asked if that would work. Never heard anything back. He blocked my number. This guy is a scam artist.

The work this team did on my 2016 dodge dart was amazing. It looked better when they were done than it did when I bought it from the dealership.100% recommend

BOUGHT GROUPON FOR A FULL DETAIL OF MY VEHICLE. AFTER PURCHASING I TRIED CALLING TO SCHEDULE A APPOINTMENT AND THE PHONE RANG A FEW TIMES AND THEN WENT TO BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP, OUT OF SERVICE. I CANCELED MY TRANSACTION FOR ODVIUS REASONS. IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS YOU SHOULD HAVE A VALID PHONE # FOR CLIENTS TO CALL.

3 Stars for now because its hard to try the service if no one picks up the phone. I business where no one picks up the phone is risky no matter if others have gotten good service. Imagine if something went wrong and you need to resolve it.
