I contacted Pool Pro, because I had several stained areas in our Pool,they came and pointed out the problems and offered me two options.I decided to empty the pool and re-surface it.Pool Pro people came on time and did the work, on time and above all,they did ALL the steps that they had explained upon inspection. The workers were neat and responsible. I recommend this company (Pool Pro) very highly.

We just used Pool Pro to remodel our inground pool.These guys are totally amazing!Did exactly what they agreed to.Showed up when they were supposed to, and; their work was absolutely magnificant.They may not be the cheapest, but they are certainly the BEST at what they do.Id never use any other company!

Very disappointed. Ruth the office manager is great, knowledgable and friendly. Promised a lot, but did not deliver. They started a new guy the week after we started service with them. They did come every week, but I would check my chemicals a few days later and for one the PH was always very high. They send you by email a detailed account of what took place at the visit, which is great, if you can believe it. My first issue was it stated on my pool report they cleaned the filter, I was home, they did not. I sent a photo after he left, they said. I do not know why he said he did when he didnt. SO, I cleaned it put it back. Then 2 weeks ago 2 days after my service I noticed yellow algae, I spent 2 days brushing and vacuuming and cleaning the filter to clean it up. When the pool guy came on Monday I tired to tell him what happened and what I did, but he did not understand me, because he does not understand or speak English. I sent and email to the office with photos. The following Monday he came again, my printout stated. chorine 0. He added stabilizer and 2 bags of salt. Did not adjust chlorine level at all, 2 days later I had a major yellow algae bloom and a yellow cloudy pool. I called again, Ruth told me the owner Adam would be out that evening to treat it. I left town, assuming he would come. He did not come. When I got home Sunday I had a cloudy green pool. See below. I took care of my own pool for 8 years with great success, in a matter of 3 months they turned it green. Needless to say, I am back caring for my own pool.

We’ve been customers with Pool Pro for 5 years. I like communication with the email confirmation of what they do each week. I appreciate Adam’s quick response to all of our needs. We have an older pool and we’ve needed a lot updates. Whenever we have an issue he is quick to respond. Thank you.

We were very unhappy with Pool Pro. The management was terrible. There was $367 of unexpected costs added on my first payment that they charged to my credit card bc they require automatic paying. They claimed the pool required extra cleaning and gave me a new filter even tho mine was less than a year old. When i questioned the owner we got disconnected, he didnt call back, even when I called him back.
