They are the best. I called them when we had green pool. Others gave me one month cost as estimate to shock the pool plus monthly charges. Crystal pool started working on the pool for monthly service fees- no extra charges. They kept my pool clean on weekly basis. Weekly email report on my pool-listing chemicals testing and addition of chemicals and picture of pool. Changed filters when time came for minimal added filter cost. Would definitely recommend them.

I have had used several pool services in the past but Leo and Crystal Pools are by far the best. Leo is available to talk about problems by phone and he always responds to emails. My pool is in great shape and I highly recommend them. Quality of repairs is terrific and the price is fair.

Such great service. I am new the area and our new house had a pool. Leo was very generous with his time to come and see the pool, show me how the pool heater works and did a repair on it very quickly. They are respectful for your time and privacy. I highly recommend them.

Crystal Pools has kept our new pool clean and at balanced chemical levels! They have cleared out our filter before the scheduled time due to the salt build up from a new salt system. I have had several new pool owner questions and they’re always very informative and patient- whether it’s the owner or the women who clean the pool! I was house sitting for my grandparents in Jupiter, Fl for a couple of weeks when the pool pump started to leak. Being from New England I didnt know much about how pool pumps function so I called a professional. Crystal Pools sent a certified technician later that morning.
