I started with Nave Blue a few months ago after a very poor experience with another pool maintenance company. Navy Blue has always come on time, done a GREAT JOB with cleaning and maintaining the pool. I really like their email notifications when they arrive and depart with a summary of what was done. Ive recommended this to several neighbors and family members.

As a REALTOR, I tend to be involved in more then just marketing and selling homes. I had an issue with a clients pool and I called several pool companies that were either unable or unwilling to help me. But, when I called Navy Blue pools, Mark came right out, evaluated the situation and provided the best advice possible on how to address the problems we were having in the most cost-effective manner. I truly appreciate all the help and guidance he provided. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable pool company!

I started with Navy Blue and was ecstatic about the service. For over a year, it surpassed all other the pool service companies. Recently however, it has all fallen apart. My pool has algae, even after being serviced the same day. It took about two to three weeks of constant complaining and pictures being sent to the company and me going outside with the pool cleaning person and scrubbing it off with their pool brush, for it finally to be resolved. My pool was re-marcited within the past three months and Im afraid that it will be ruined.This weekend (Labor Day) however, my pool is dark green and absolutely loaded with algae. My pool was never serviced this week. I pay faithfully and there is no excuse for this lack of service.

After 6 years using this firm, I finally had to terminate. The pool constantly has dirty wheel lines, and theyve ruined our second spa/hottub by dumping too many pool chemicals into it, in spite of their repeated assurances that they wouldnt do so. They used to be good, but theyve had a revolving door with different staff all the time.I operate the largest property management company in Palm Beach County and know a good vendor from a bad one. This firm clearly doesnt know how to hire, train, supervise and manage staff. I will be taking them to court for the damage done to my spa. Avoid this business at all cost.Update: The new pool service came today to service the pool and found the filter badly clogged. It clearly hadnt been cleaned in months, yet I paid for it. They also found the chlorine levels too high (8), and calcium too low (100) which causes the marcite to deteriorate.Meanwhile, Navy Blue Pools doesnt respond to my calls or emails... just my negative reviews. If these guys were actually in the Navy, they mustve been dishonorably discharged, or theyd have the spine to talk to their customers.
