Price is great! The work and nail art was great also. The only thing that would make it better would be them offering drinks like a few other shops do. They were a little impatient bc it was almost closing time but they were still friendly and did a good job!! I WILL be returning!

My daughter and a friend both went in for a full set of acrylics. Both of them had very specific designs in mind and the staff worked with them to make their nails just right. Both girls are extremely happy with the results!

My girlfriend gets her nails done here. Everytime I see the finished product, Im left in awe and amazement. I sit and watch from time to time and I can see how passionate Amy is about her work. Everyone in there is awesome though. Its a really neat process to watch. Each time we walk in there, they always treat her like the Queen she is. She absolutely loves it!! Awesome customer service all the way around. You guys rock!!

I have been there 2 times, the first time they messed up my coffin shape, I want too upset by it but the 2nd time I wanted french tips and they some how messed up, they didnt put any gel color on they just put white tips and rushed to do it. I dont recommend, they are good for a last minute stop, but if u want good nails I recommend glow in joplin mo, or rockstar.

I always get the newest one there. Its usually a man. Idk why. I have been 4 times, I have never been satisfied. I know other people that always get good jobs. Press your luck, you may get a good person that will do a good job.

This is the best place in Joplin. Amy is amazing with free hand art work and they do fabulous job with dipping and gel as well as acrylics! Get the gel pedicure it’s so awesome lasts for 3 weeks! Eye brows with Amy are perfect every time. Thomas and Amy are my personal faves but they are all good. I love their skills and they are all professional, kind and will work hard and treat everyone very well.Look forward to seeing them, they are one big family and make you feel a part of it every time you go. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I went in today after being stuck in my house for EVER because of the stay at home order. I was so excited about getting my nails done and getting a much needed pedicure, I sat there for about 30 minutes, which is not bad but when It was almost my turn, 3 girls walked in and instead of starting on me the lady said go sit in the chair for the pedicure and someone would start on me shortly and she started working on the girls that came in because there were 3 of them! I will never go back!!

My favorite ladies are Jenny and Amy. Amy did this set for me. Their sets are always good quality with these two ladies ❤️❤️

Mom and I went last minute as a treat for her and they got us right in for full sets they were kind and engaging. The price was a bit more than Im used to but worth it to see the end product. My mother and I will be returning to then instead of my usual nail lady. Thank you pretty nails!

Walked in, and was told to pick a color then sit down in the pedicure chair pointed out for me. There were two people working, and the woman told me she would have her Son come in. There were 6 people sitting at nail stations. 45 minutes later with all 6 people still there, and no sign of the Son I decided to leave. She should Have told me it would be 2 hours before they could get me in so that I could have left to come back later!!! Very unprofessional!!! I also noticed they had started on 6 people’s nails by putting the tips on then stopped to start another persons nails. This I assume was to get everyone Started so they couldn’t leave!!! Did I say unprofessional??? Went to Glamour Nails, and they got me right in having a full staff. It was an amazingly professional atmosphere!!!!

Really nice staff...I got the dip nail and the top shiny coat started coming off a day later, I went in and they fixed it for free but it started coming off again that same day. I am new to getting my nails done but when I got them done at solar nails in joplin this did not happen at all, they lasted two weeks, so Im a little disappointed, maybe they just use a different kind of top coat..

She always surprises me when I come in with a new idea! Told her I had an interview and wanted to look a little classy. Confidence booster for sure!

I would not go anywhere else, one of the only nail shops in town that I can honestly say they sterilize theyre equipment. They ladies and gentlemen that work there are friendly and pleasant. The wait is short, and always speak up they are there to please us, thats all they want to do, if we are happy that makes them happy. I have been going here for over 10 years, I always tip my tech by 5-10 dollars. This is how they feed theyre families. They breathe that powder all day, it will take a toll one day for what?? Our beauty, lets take care of them so they wont mind taking care of us.

Unprofessional! The tech was on her phone where she would stop working on me to check notifications,text, and take phone calls. She drilled the sides of my fingers and they are extremely sore and red. My pinkie nail is crooked. Also, they look terrible! I told her they look awful and she said when you wash your hands they will look better. So I said really if I go wash my hands in your sink they will look better? She said no it has to be your home. What lies! Never going back!

Wish I had read reviews here before going to this salon. I have terrible issues with my right foot and told the lady who gave me a pedicure that I only wanted the nails done and did not want her to use anything on these very sensitive areas. After the third time of telling her nicely, I had to get very stern, and even then, she went back with some clippers to take off rough skin. I tried to reassure her that I appreciated her expertise (which she kept reinforcing) but repeatedly asked her to leave those areas of my foot alone. She would not. (She clearly understood me. I am convinced she was determined to win.) Additionally, she cut both big toe nails far down on the sides, and I am afraid I will end up with ingrown toenails as a result. She also presumed to lecture me about going to a doctor to have my bunion removed. Skip this place!

If you want your nails done right dont go here. The lady I got wouldnt listen to what I was saying and just started cutting away. Now my nails look horrible. My 10 year old daughter could have done better. Left in tears and hands in pockets cause they were so bad. Uneven and misshapen. I will be going back to kiss nails on main to get them repaired tomorrow. I am pissed I just paid 30 bucks for a really horrible job. Embarrassed.

Best manicure ever!

Absolutely Horrible service. I went for the first time and I will never ever go back again. I chose to get dip powder because that’s what I normally get. Already had dip powder on my nails and when they went to soak off the polish and it when it was off he then proceeded to take a bottle and a soak back up the acetone my nails had already been in to use for someone else.I was rushed to pick a color and then while filing my nails down they had no regard for my cuticles or the skin around my nails causing me to bleed. When I said “ow” he disregarded my comment and continued to do my nails. When he went to apply the powder and he only applied one layer causing the paint to chip one day later. Save yourself the time and energy and don’t go . Their shop is very small and does not look remotely clean.

Poor service, rude people. When I questioned why the color didnt match the swatch, I was told it was because I didnt get nails put on. Then when I said that I usually have gel polish put on at a different place and never have that problem, she then said it was the lighting. She also said they do nothing wrong. Then at the end of my service she didnt give me a clear coat, nor wipe them down to remove the tacky feeling. I was charged $25 on Tuesday for this service and it is now Friday, they have all peeled off. Worst service ever!

I typically went here for my go to because it worked for my schedule and I was normally satisfied until the last time I had my nails on for 3 days and one popped off and another broke the acrylic off the top! They shaved the broken one down after I requested they just refill it and for the one that popped off they drilled my nail again leaving it in agonizing pain and red! When they finished I went on my way but I could not handle the pain! THEY DRILLED A HOLE IN MY FINGER NAIL!!!!!! after that they have lost my business fully and will not recommend them any longer.

I come here for my pedicures every summer-they are amazing!!! I also get my brows waxed too. They are so sweet and great at what they do!

This place literally is the worst experience I have ever had. To begin with, I understand nothing and feel like I’m constantly being talked about. Secondly, my nails are not even good. It hurt soooo bad and im bleeding. My friends nails have polish all off the nails. It was terrible

Me and 2 friends went, picked easy design, yet still they were the complete opposite of what we wanted!!!!! THEY WERE SO AWFUL!!! My sister could do this😢😢😢😢😢 when 1 of my friends were having her nails done the lady and her mom was talking and the lady toke my friends hand and was slapping the living 💩 out of her

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! Decided to get a pedicure and the whole process hurt and turned out so ugly! Also, near the end of the pedicure a roach crawled along side close to my foot where the guy tried to quickly swat it off! Began to think, If they have roaches, that should indicate how clean their tools are also. 🤔 So gross. Never going back.

Guy that did my nails was amazing and dis an excellent job.

Very rude, constantly moving us from seat to seat. Was also rough and my fingers are so sore. I got black tips, just got them done yesterday and while putting my shirt on this morning, had a tip already fall off. The acrylic is all over the place (on the sides of my finger past my nail) and has tons of bubbles. Looks awful. Will never go back.

Went in for a pedicure. Had a gentleman that works there trying to change a lightbulb in the ceiling, when he was finished he couldnt get the tile to fit back in the ceiling properly so he punched the ceiling tile, broke it in half, it fell all over the floor . He proceeded to finish breaking the ceiling tiles by punching it two more times causing it to fall all over the floor. Dust flew everywhere . There was no apology, I was still charged for my service, I will never go back. Awful and scary experience.

My manicure was fine but my nails hurt really bad! My pedicure is painless but the paint job is really ugly.

I use to get my nails done on a regular basis at pro nails on maiden ln. But due to them being closed on sundays I decided to try this place. I have never had so much trouble with someone positioning my fingers to do them, until I came here. The guy was very rough bending my fingers different directions. He was very rude also in the way he talked to me, when he did even talk to me. Also he did not take the time to size the tips before he glued them on. Then when doing the clear coat at the end, he seemed to just want to hurry up and finish. I have so many air bubbles in the Polish, and it was not put on evenly, they just look sloppy. Also while he was doing the nails, he kept stopping to turn around and watch the football game on their tv. I am very dissapointed in my visit there, and will never be returning to this salon.

My friend and I went there to get our nails done today and they look HORRIBLE!!! The nails are a size to small, one is noticeably crooked and most of them arent completely covered with acrylic. My friends are even worse!! When we asked to have hers fixed the lady got mad and smacked her hand!!! I WILL NEVER recommend or go back to this place!!

Awful. The man I had was very rude, bending my fingers, he would get angry if I tried to lift my fingers out of his way, he was just very very rude, he was getting the nail polish off, he dug the tool into my skin and I jerked my hand back, and he rolled his eyes, and I said sorry and he said something about me not to move. He did a very poor job in shaping my nails, I would not recommend this salon to anyone and I hope they go out of business, very disrespectful.
