I went with two of my friends. We waited for two hours just to sit with a tech. I got a gel manicure with a thin French tip. The tech that did my nails did an okay job (bubbles, not edge to edge, uneven application) and rushed through it. I was waiting on my friends, so I had the tech fix two of my nails and they did a much more thorough job. The manicure was basic and didn’t include a scrub or massage which I expected for the price.

Minus a little confusion it was overall really good. The place was absolutely beautiful inside and I did a wonderful job on my nails. Definitely will start having to do this monthly

THE MOST INCREDIBLE NAIL SALON YOU WILL EVER GO TO- And it goes far past just beautiful nails. I took one of my friends to get her nails done here, and she was extremely nervous as she suffers from a muscular condition known as Dystonia. This makes it very difficult- sometimes impossible- to control her muscle movement. I took her to Lux because I was very impressed with my last experience and how sweet the staff was. I knew this would be a good experience, but I was absolutely blown away. My friend informed the lady working the desk of her concerns, and she made sure to put her with a very patient and sweet nail tech. The lady working the front desk stayed by my friends side almost the entire time, helping massage the cramps out of her hand to get them to relax. Amy, the girl who did her nails, was so so patient, and worked with her and encouraged her the entire time. Not only did my friend leave with the most beautiful nails, but she left with a touched heart. She was genuinely almost in tears from the wonderful experience, and I definitely shed a tear myself. You guys gave her the absolute princess treatment she deserves! These ladies truly were angels that touched her in a beautiful way. So so proud of this business.

They do a great job at whatever your wanting and they make you feel welcome. They do a great ombré dip!!!

The folks here always do an amazing job. They are friendly and always take the time to make sure they are even and smooth. This is the only place I trust in town to do my nails (this set is about a week old)

My fist time to visit this nail spa. Was a bit nervous trying somewhere new. Took my sister along. Even though I made appointments, it wasn’t necessary because there was no wait and there were a lot of pedicure chairs. We both got the collagen spa pedicure with gel polish. I am very pleased with the service! Probably the best pedicure I’ve ever received! The leg massage was amazing (thanks, Michael)! I will definitely back on a regular basis.

Took my daughter here prior to her sweet 16 party. Her tech was very nice, great attention to detail we all laughed and told stories the whole time. It was pricey but worth it. Next time we go I will have to make an appointment with her.

Great facility! Plenty of manicure stations and lots of pedicure chairs. Im glad I tried the deluxe pedicure package; the jasmine scrub and hot stone massage felt amazing! I did not feel rushed like I have at other nail facilities. Im already looking forward to my next pedicure here.😊

It was wonderful! I had a pedicure done. We waited quite a while which made me a little nervous but when we got started this was the most fabulous pedicure Ive had in my life. So much attention to detail! Plus they serve wine and morning mimosas. WOW

Lily did a great job on my nails, but 2 days later my dipped manicure had cracks running across my nails so I called in to get them fixed and got an appointment made to come in the next morning only for the ladies to tell me that they wouldn’t fix them because they didn’t see the cracks even though I can clearly see them and everyone I’ve shown my nails to saw the cracks as well…completely ridiculous if you ask me. We spent a ton of money for 3 manicures and 3 pedicures and they are losing our business now because of this

The owner refused to trim my nails because they were my natural nails. Left a huge gap between the tip and nail.and then charged extra for the length of my nails. Theyr were crooked and uneven. And when I came back to get them fixed she took customers before me. I waited an hour for her to just stick glue in the gap instead of fixing it. Did a quick file to even and didnt seal it. Then refused to refund my sisters awful nails.

I got my nails dipped.. And my brows tinted. The tint didnt last but 1 week.. And The lady took my picture (without asking!!!!) Then was on her phone.. Laughing away.. And honestly who knows about what. I laid there for 20 minutes in a room by myself the majority of the time. It was awkward.. My nails were dipped ombre And it was very pretty.. But the services was not worth $60 ..and that was with a 25% discount! The building is beautiful on thr inside.. Very elegantly done.. The lady that did my nails however.. Was very sweet and kind.. Actually held a conversation.

75 for a set. Didnt last 2 weeks. She slapped tips on my nails and did the dip. When they came off they split the middle of my nails. Very painful. Also bad design. Barely tell what it is

My grand daughter and I went over and got manicures and pedicures today and got very good treatment. The place was clean. The price was reasonable. This was a first for the both of us and we both loved it. I’m sure we will be back. Thank you Lux’s Nail Spa.

Took my girlfriend here, she came out crying because they didn’t do her nails right. Wrong color. Charged 90 bucks. People were super nice except the guy doing her nails.

Most unprofessional experience ever! I ask for just a polish on toes and nails. They tried to get me to upgrade to gel. I didn’t want gel but she kept on. I agreed on my toes. Long story short. I asked for a service and they seemed uninterested. I finally got someone to polish my nails. She never spoke a word. Then she left me at the table to dry extra long. Had to ask another person to check my nails. So very unprofessional! Do not recommend!

Waited twice as long as they said. As soon as the tech sits down she immediately starts talking to co worker. Wish they could understand I am paying them for a service which is not talking to co worker. Happens every where.

I dont get my nails done very often because of the cost. But when I do get them done I usually go to other nail places. This place though is the best Ive been to though. It was clean and my nails are exactly how I wanted them. The ladies are also sweet as pie. First nail place that hasnt made my fingers bleed. They are very gentle and actually take their time doing your nails. Like very thoroughly. ❤👏👏

The service isnt bad, but they are in desparate need of a receptionist. They are trying to work the front desk while they offer services and it doesnt work well for the client.

Nobody greeted my friend and I upon arrival for our first visit today. We checked in on an iPad. Many people had been waiting for over an hour. Customers who came in after we did were taken back before we were for pedicures. They have no idea what order people are arriving not do they seem to care. There was only one woman doing pedicures and 6 customers with their feet in the water. She stopped for a lunch break after one. There was no communication what so ever about how long we would be waiting. We ended up leaving with soggy feet and no pedicures. Beautiful salon I will say that.

I was super excited to go get my nails done and get a new set, the lady that did mine did good on the shape and everything but the nail art was bad. she didn’t do a color under the green art and the actual design was patchy and not pretty. i didn’t want to be a karen but i don’t wanna pay for something that isn’t good. a different lady fixed mine and was very nice about it.

Powder nails started chipping within 1-2 days of getting them done.Waited for a tech for 45 min to do a specific nail design on 4 fingers.Powder set with 4 finger design cost $80 and several fingers chipped on day 1 of vacation! So disappointed!

Waited for at least two hours before they finally started on my nails, It was irritating as it wasn’t that busy. the place was clean and the nails turned out alright but the price was a little high especially for me having to wait that long.

Sat there for two hours just have my daughter and three nieces nails to be done. They all four had the same thing done but all were charged different prices. Then one of my nieces was told she needed to change the colors she picked out to make things easier. Then when it came time to pay the guy didn’t listen. I will never ever go back there. I was very unhappy.

Today I had Lely do my nails with gel. She was absolutely amazing👍🥰. fast and perfect. Im so happy with this business. My step-daughter and I went and had an amazing experience! She got to sit in a cute kids chair, but still got a full big girl pedicure, with hot towels included. Amy was great with her. I also got dip powder done and they did the best job of anywhere I have visited! Such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere too! We will definitely be going back! ❤️

The wait took a min to because it was a bit busy but besides that the acrylics I got done by a man named jimmy did great and did exactly what I wanted for prom, and I got a pedicure that I love which are gel ! Would recommend

Me and my family went to go get our nails done and the first time she knew that the acyrlic was bad and still out the acrylic in my nails and they snapped off. The second time we went they did my nails and they snapped, the nails that snapped bled. One of my family members nails was lumpy and not the right shape. Another members nail was coming up so we went back to get itfixed and she took people in front of us and then just shoved glue under her nail.

This was my first time getting acrylic nails and i think they did wonderful, the man that did my nails was very funny and made sure to not put anyone before me. It was a bit pricey but so far seems worth it.

I always get my nails done here they do a excellent job went there today around noon for a fill and the man told me they were all booked up for today I could believe it so I went to Royal Nails there in Joplin first time ever going there they got me right in we’re very nice and their service was 20 less then what Lux charges for a fill.

If I could give it a 0 * I absolutely would. Not only did I make an appointment for a double mani pedi but they proceeded work on the same two walkins for over an hour and a half. only after I went to walk out they tried to do something about it. Wouldnt even recommend to my worst enemy

March 26th my DIL Leisa (Thank you) treated me to a pedicure, she had a mani/pedi. I have always resisted getting a pedi. I cant believe I waited so long. The whole visit was a delight and no waiting. The salon is clean and very nice atmosphere. Amy was wonderful! She is hilarious, the conversation was lively and fun. The pedi was a relaxing experience and my gel looked (still does) great. Thank you for a wonderful first experience Amy.

I came in for a pedicure and acrylics.First of she filed and cut my nails way to far and kept doing random things to it. I got to my acrylics and I had a picture reference and they did the total opposite and were rushing the whole time. He kept hurting me and told me to “not be so tense”

DO NOT GO TO LUXS NAIL SPA IF YOU EXPECT TO BE OUT IN AN HOUR!I was a walk-in, and was told it would be about a 20 minute wait. It was a Saturday afternoon and I expected to wait up to 30 minutes. After 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting, I left.

I showed the guy a picture of the nails I wanted and he did the complete opposite, also charged way too much for the length I got.

I had a dip nail manicure. My nails were not straight, couple had bubbles on them and they started cracking after two days. I won’t go back.

3 days after getting my daughters nails done her thumb nail fell off went back and had them replied then to have them fall off one by one till she just removed them all. They lasted little over a week for$ 65 is what they charged her

We waited a long time as they kept taking people who walked through the door before us. I know they all didnt have appointments because I heard a few ask if they take walk-ins. We ended up leaving.

Not a fan for many reasons

Me and my family decided to treat ourself a to a nail day. I chose to get a full set of acrylics with gel and a matte finish. The nails were terribly shaped, and the polish was streaky. When I said I wasn’t satisfied I got nothing but attitude. They did however redo my nails, but the tension could’ve been cut with a knife. We will most definitely not be going back.

I went to get a gel manicure done with a picture reference and my tech did a great job! My nails have never looked better!

My daughter and I got ours done together they took us right in and did a very good job good prices and very dice building and set up

I went in a week after their opening, on my birthday. $100 later and my nails needed filled within the same week. The pedicure I got was super awkward. Not much of a massage so much as a little Asian man running his fingers through my toes. I tried calling to get the price of a full set of acrylics, they keep on answering the phone and hanging up.Just save your time and money, and go to a shop thats been here locally, for years.

This is our new mani/pedi home! I’ve been able to do a girls day with my daughter & her friends & everything turned out exceptional & most of all affordable! Also great for an adult girls day mani pedi with some 🍷

Made an apt, because I have a busy schedule. Showed up 10 minutes early, was still waiting to be started 40 minutes later. Someone else came in to get one nail fixed from a prior apt, he told her she would have to wait 40 minutes. Had about 3 workers in the store. Complete waste of time.

Best dip manicure and nail art I have ever had!

I came in for an eyebrow and lip waxing. Left with wax all in my eyebrows and on my shirt. Will not be back.
