I have been going to this nail salon for almost 3 years now and in my opinion is is the BEST nail salon in Joplin, the staff is very nice, polite, it is very clean and they do your nails SOO good and take their time. I go here also for my birthday every year and the nails look JUST like pictures every time, just got these done, SO good.

Highly recommend! My friend got her acrylics filled and had a very good experience. I got a basic manicure and loved it. We were greeted when we entered but not hassled. The staff were friendly and my tech, Michael, was gentle, efficient, and kind.

They truly pay attention to details here and are so kind! Laura usually does my nails, and I would highly recommend her doing yours!I always get a dip with a colored tip and I leave happy EVERY SINGLE TIME! They have hundreds of colors to pick from, so you won’t be wishing for anything...they already have it!I highly recommend Royal Nails and don’t go anywhere else in the Joplin area.

I love going here. They do a really good job. The place is clean. They offer drinks while you are getting a mani or pedi.

Had a 1:30 appointment for 3, they started us at 2:15 one at a time. I didn’t have time being the 3rd person. Had walk ins walk in just before us and they were finished before we were started.

I tipped, and they charged my card twice. They hung up on me a couple times trying to get my money back, then demanded a receipt after a month of back and forth. I went to bring it when they said to, no one was there. Buyer beware.

They do a ok job but u better make sure u know the price of EVERY LITTLE THING THEY DO if not u will be over charged

Got us right in. The guy did an excellent job and was very friendly. My wife loves the nails.

They do take walk-ins but if someone makes an appointment they honor this appointments first. Very professional. They do not constantly pressure you to upgrade like some other local places do. Very laid back and relaxing.

This place is hands down my favorite.

I visited today and Ruby did my nails. I was watching what she was doing because I want to learn this for myself. She only dipped my nails in color 2 times but insisted she did it 3 times. Im watching, shes talking to her coworker the entire time. I wasnt happy with the color...there was no color...so we did 2 dips of another color but she only put activator on one hand and told me she did both...no, she didnt. She was flustered that I was taking up more of her time. Sorry. There was one other woman there having her nails done by Tam and she wasnt thrilled either. She was told to come back later and see Laura. I was also told to come back later and see Laura. They are right Laura is the best! I have had her in the past and she does a fantastic job. I give her 5 stars!

Those who know, I am completely picky about my nails. My first experience here was amazing. They took their time during my pedicure and I was very relaxed. Dannys attention to detail was amazing, I didnt have to critique him at all. He went above and beyond and they have earned my long term business.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. It was my boyfriend and I’s first time coming in and we had no clue what to do and we stood up front for about 10 minutes and none of the employees spoke. The only way we got checked in was because a customer getting her nails done told us. Would not recommend.

I love getting my nails don’t by Laura and Mary! They are always so kind, welcoming and give me exactly what I ask for! They often give 10% off and take extra good care of their customers.

The employees were so sweet! The guy took his time, made sure I really liked how my nails turned out, and made my nails look like they were something you’d find on Pinterest for ideas. I am highly impressed and will be going be back again for sure!

I am a cosmetologist and live about 60 miles away. I wanted a pedicure and my nails done with my own nail product. Tim gave me a fabulous pedicure and then Tami did my nails just like I wanted. I will be back. Very friendly and very clean.

Went to Royal nails to get my nails filled. It was fantastic. The service was excellent, i asked for a design on my nails—i thought it was a bit “out there” but they knocked it out of the park!! I had my 18 month old son with me and he sat in a stroller and munched on snacks—they talked and played with him. He got slightly fussy towards the end, but they just smiled and acted like it was no problem—mentioned they had kids and that it was just what kids do. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was offered something to drink as part of my service, which was refreshing! I will be going back!!

This was a awful experience! I just went in for a pedicure and the polish came off almost immediately, I called the next day to have them fix it they said they would so I went and they told me at least 45 min wait. I will never go back!!!!

I do not live in Joplin. My first visit there & to this nail salon. I had a great experience. The owner did my nails. She was quick, friendly & professional. Cost was very reasonable. If Im ever in the area again I will go back.
