I was the only person inside the VIP NAILS which felt awesome cause i didn’t have to worry about social distancing but I was wearing my mask so was the girl doing my pedicure, but the lady at the front wasn’t wearing a mask until I got my manicure (I’m assuming cause I got closer). But no complaints here good manicure and pedicure. 👍🏼

So I went here Saturday to get a fill because the power was out with my regular nail shop. The lady who did my nails wanted me to soak my nails off and get a new set because she seen water under my nail and I will get finger nail fungus.Sunday morning I realized my paint was starting to chip off. Called to get my money back and she just offered to redo the paint. I would not recommend this place if it was the last one open. Definitely would not be going back.

Very nice people and very clean. Ive seen their gel work and it is beautiful. However, if you want dip, I would suggest other places. My toes and fingers dont match, my fingers are messy, uneven and one finger has a spot that I tried to have her correct and she just tried to sand it a bit. The dip is thick and bubbly.

The quality of the service my daughter and I received is very poor. Our nail tech was nice and she tried, but the skill is just not present in her work. Both of our nails were bumpy and uneven and went straight into the cuticle, making the nails look even more lumpy. The tech did try to fix mine but they still look awful. She ended up taking some of our total cost down, but that doesnt fix the issue. I appreciate she tried to fix them and was polite but we wont be returning. I went home and used my own dremel to even them out and that took 40 minutes of filing. She also did not sanitize her equipment, station or hands between doing my daughters nails and mine. I dont know if this is common or not as this was my first visit.

My wait time was a little long tonight, but my nails look great! I really like the dips. They last 4-5 weeks and look great. They cost more to have done, but it evens out as I dont have to get them done so often.

The lady filling my nails did a horrendous job. If you look at my pictures you will see where she didnt even check the bottoms of my nails for acrylic. Then she not only burnt my nail off with the Dremel tool, she also made me bleed and you can see that in the picture of my thumb. The tops of all my nails look scratched and are textured under the top coat. I also tried taking a picture of a hair that is under the top coat. They are horrible, dont waste your money. This was my second visit and I will never go back. Looking for a good salon that can do white tips. I will be going constantly because I need nails for my profession.

I went in today and got a pedicure and dipped nails... I wanted both my nails and toenails to be the same color.... they realized half way through my manicure that the colors didn’t match and continued to go about the manicure and still charged me full price... my nails are different lengths and not even smooth... you can see my nail where the paint doesn’t go all the way to the side... the shop was very clean... but they were very unprofessional and did a horrible job for the price I paid.... I will not be returning!

My sister and I just had our nails done here. Both look absolutely terrible. My sisters don’t even cover her real nail, are super uneven and not even close to the same shape on each nail, one nail sticks up and is super thick. My paint job looks like my 7 year old daughter did them blindfolded.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, wanted to give the new shop a try and heard it was $30 for a set of acrylics so I thought it was a steal! I went in, asked for basic white acrylics, the lady never said a word to me after telling me to sit down. Ended up getting French tips (totally didn’t realize she was done, also very cricked) she asked for my card, gave it back, and walked away. I wasn’t too mad because I like French tips also, maybe I wasn’t clear enough yknow. ONE DAY later, A NAIL POPS OFF. Ended up taking all of them off, bruising all over my cuticles and under nail. When I go to Glamour they stay on EASILY 3-4 weeks like are you kidding?! ONE DAY. Will not be coming back.

WORST pedicure EVER! Patrons not wearing masks and made an appointment for two and they didnt have enough staff to accommodate two at once. Aside, no callous removal and terrible job overall. Go to Rock Star.

This is our go to place for nails. All the ladies are so friendly and professional. I took my 6 year old for the 1st time today and they made it such a special event for her.. she was all smiles and couldnt wait to come home and show off her nails to her daddy.

I have been coming to this nail salon for 3 years now. They always welcome me with a smile. They do a very good job painting my nails even when I fidget and mess it up. If I break a nail they always fix it for me. Would recommend them to anyone who enjoys a good mani or pedicure.

A little bit of a wait but definitely worth it. she did a fantastic job on my nails at a very reasonable price. Ill definitely be going back!!

I have been going to VIP Nails for about 2 years and have had only the best of service. Each technician has been friendly and the price is a good value for what they do. My feet feel and look great. They are 5 Stars in my book!!

Yesterday was my birthday and my sister took me to get my nails done. I usually go to fabulous nails but vip was a convenient location. For starters the two ladies were just talking to eachother the whole time, the lady didnt ask me what shape i wanted, so she gave me square, kinda, it gets wider in the tip. My nails arent even the same length as eachother and the nail doesnt cover my nail. Terrible terrible terrible!! Birthday ruined.

I really injoy vip nails and I really do feel vip but you do kind of have to communicate very well before your nail polish otherwise sometimes they don’t understand what you want on you nails

So rude and lazy! Always understaffed, they laugh and talk about customers right in front of them (in vietnamese, which I happen to understand), they are always forgetting steps to a pedicure, omitting steps (thinking the customer wont notice), their chairs arent working half the time, and if you point out the omitted steps or services they sneer and start gossiping and laughing at you. A very terrible experience. I began going there 6 years ago and it has only gotten less and less professional. Dont waste your time or $$.
