I called multiple places in Joplin to see if there were openings and this place was the ONLY ONE who was nice when they answered the phone. Kim was absolutely amazing. I brought my Grandma to get a perm and she really enjoyed this place and was beyond satisfied with her results! I highly recommend this place.

Ive been going there for many years. Sherry does a great job with my hair. The other hair stylists are friendly and knowledgeable.

Im not sure about all the previous negative reviews because I just left there and had a GREAT experience! They got me in last minute. I brought my two small boys (1 & 3) in for haircuts and they turned out awesome, especially since my 1 yr old was not cooperating! One of the ladies even came to help watch my boys while I got waxed.... I will recommend them and will be back!

Worst experience ever! Safe your self your time and money. Dondi told me she had been doing hair 12 years and was excellent at color. Wrong!!! My hair was the worst ever. I had blond showing through the black die. My roots showing. The new die was not even. What should have been a raspberry color looked more like a faded pink color. I asked for a refund or a partial refund. At first she was going to mail it to me. I told her no I would not give that information to her. I was told by her that she would only re color it. Why would I let you touch my hair again when you already messed it up!!!! I contacted the owner only thing she could do was fix it her self. Yea thank but no thanks. You let stylist that do horrible work, work out of your salon why would I let you touch my hair either. Dondi got very unprofessional through messages. Telling me that it looked good why was I complaining. Their always has to be one who is not satisfied. She went on to tell me pretty much thanks for getting her fired. I finally had to tell her to stop messaging me I was done with the Conversation. I still have all the messages and pictures of my hair I would love to post. Please save yourself and dont use this salon.

Michelle Johnson is the worst stylist ever. she chopped my hair way shorter than I wanted and I hate it. I also was gaggging every time she raised her arms becaise she hs horrible bo. Like her pits stank. Bad
