Decent prices and quick to fix once they got to my truck
Its okay if youre there in person,But on the phone or online good luck with that !
Scheduled an appointment, showed up at the appointment time only to wait in line like I didn’t have one. Then the Rep (Christian) had a terrible attitude with my daughter because whoever booked it listed my car instead of hers.We waited for over an hour and went back to see if it was done. I waited for 35 mins in line again because the same rep was the only one working the line of people.Walmart customer service always sucks but this trip by far to the tire center was the worst ever. The employees don’t want to be helpful and they are rude to customers.
Honestly would do negative stars if possible. Went in for an oil change like we always used to do (never again) and came back to our car sounding a little weird. At first, the car is a 2003 we expect a few noises when things are messed with, but with in two times of driving it (not far) the sound got horrible. Took it to our trusted mechanic and he said the front alignment was way off and it couldnt have just happened that way, not unless we were ignoring a constant wheel shake for months. Luckily our mechanic is great and he fixed everything up for us, but when I called the auto centre to complain, they basically BLAMED me. We dont do alignments so it isnt our fault. They refused to do anything about it. Never going there again. If you value your car and actually rely on it to function, take it to a real mechanic shop.
Fast service thanks
I swore I was never coming back here after the last experience, well I had to use this one because of other circumstances, came for an oil change, I was told 45 minutes it’s now been an hour and a half. Which is fine but it wouldn’t be so bad if I weren’t watching these people stand around my car talking and laughing through the window and not working on my car. I mean honestly come on. I will NEVER come back here and I will be calling the district manager. This is UNBELIEVABLE.
Mgr explains that # of techs on duty and hours are based on previous year business. Explains why there had been a consistent 2+ hour wait whenever we inquire. Cant get any busier this year if you were turning business away last year too. Doesnt help that people stand around.
Awful customer service, these individuals had given me really poor service for a tire replacement. They reached out to me and told me they would call me back after i had filed a complaint. It has been two weeks and i had recieved no phone call back. The customer service manager is really rude and quick to get mad over the phone. I do not recommend going here for any low-level services. You could easily get better service anywhere else in the area. STEEER CLEAR.
Guys in the shop dont know what theyre doing but besides that I go in this walmart to get automotive stuff like automotive wipes, oil, wipers etc. I go to checkout at the automotive section and the employee tells me if I dont have a car in the shop I cant checkout at the register because theyre not cashiers. I told the employee I understand that but I parked in automotive parking and Im buying automotive products.
Had a leaking tire fixed in March. 4 days later its still slowly loosing air. I have stopped multiple times and days to correct the problem. Every time its a 2-4 hour wait or we cant get you in today, and no we dont schedule appointments. So what am I supposed to do with this tire? Very unprofessional not standing behind your work. I will never come back!
Very good tires, plus the people working there are very helpful & friendly ..
I went to get my oil changed and the wait was an hour- an hour and a half, which was fine. However, I went back after an hour and waited in there little waiting room for another 30 minutes giving them that hour and a half window after that time I asked about my car and it has already been done. My paper work was sitting right on the desk. Nobody called like they usually do and nobody said anything while I waited in the waiting room. Waste of time.
Never again! NEVER!! My first and last experience with tire installation. First I was told it would be about 2 1/2 hours for 4 tires to be mounted on my 03 Neon, so I decided to get my shopping done. I went around and took my time, paid for my groceries then went back to see if the car was done. I looked outside and saw it sitting in a different spot so thought yay I can get out of here. I was told they couldnt get the wheels off to install the tires, so they declined to do it. I was like... Okay... my husband just had the wheels off of it about a month ago to put brakes on it and he took the wheels off with a hand wrench and you guys cant get them off with an impact wrench.... really?! He said we were hammering on them with 150lbs and couldnt get them off. Okay, my husband is strong, but theres no way he put them on there so tight with a hand wrench that those guys couldnt get them off with an impact wrench. I will never ever, go there for any sort of automotive work again. Never.
Here for an oil change, was told about an hour, now its been over two. Only have one person doing all the oil changes. I could of driven up here bought the stuff for the oil change drove and had it done before they get done here. Looks like Jiffy lube for me for now on
Ok, it was snowing and my truck started sliiding and I hit the curb ever so gently. It was freezing that day and we got out to check the tires and heard a hiss. We had to go shopping anyway so we dropped it at the tire center. Came back about 40 minutes later after shopping and the truck was fixed. The guy said the bead had just been broken from hitting the curb and I think we had a very minimal service charge to take the tire off and re-seal it. Most places would have slammed you and said on you need new tires or more. These guys were great. Honesty is the bet policy and the truth is the more customers you please at a high or low cost the more you get.
They doesnt deserve even 1 star. in simple word they sucks.i went there 3 times for my oil chage, they alway tell me booked for a day.
Guys were very nice and friendly. Didnt have any problems.
They do an excellent job here
Piss poor service been waiting now 3 hrs for my oil change the.need more help
I took my SUV in simply to have my tires rotated front to rear. They asked if I would like to have the tires re-balanced as well. It was only $9 a tire, so I agreed. Very bad weather was on the way and I wanted my 4X4s tires in top condition. I like to keep my family safe. They took a reasonable amount of time and they did do the work exactly as asked. HOWEVER, when I started driving off, there was a really obvious clunking sound and a constant slight jarring in the slightest of turns. The thing is, I DONT believe in magic. I knew that they had done something wrong, but it didnt seem that bad and I felt I needed to get my daughters home before the weather got really really bad.Just before I got home, I hit a small imperfection in the road in a slight turn. It literally felt like the whole front end almost came loose! I drove very slowly the last few blocks home, now very VERY concerned for our safety.Well, the bad weather came. The next day there was a two hour school delay due to snow, extreme cold, and ice. Out of fear of death, I checked the lug-bolts myself, then (once I got my children safely off to school) I drove very slowly back up to WalMart. I went in to the automotive department and tried to explain what had happened.I was told that my SUV came in like that, which I knew it didnt. I was told that my tires were really warn and pitted, which they werent (they had just passed PA inspection). I was asked if my rims were factory and told that they needed to be replaced, which they didnt. I was told my front end was damaged, which it wasnt. The guy had even noted on the paperwork that my SUV needed front-end work, which I now had to disprove!!!I was also told that they could not have caused the problem, that my SUV didnt need to be rechecked there, but that they would re-tighten the lug bolts for me... for free.It became glaringly obvious that I was getting nowhere fast. After being informed that they didnt have the equipment to diagnose or fix all of the problems they said my SUV had, I was told that I should go elsewhere and get it checked.Well, I did... simply because I knew one of two things was going on at WalMart. 1.) I was being lied to so WalMart Automotive couldnt be held responsible for knowingly damaging to my SUV, or 2.) The tech had no idea what he was doing or what he was talking about and was just making stuff up that he thought I would accept as the truth. Neither option was good, and I knew that my disproving what the tech said could be very problematic. So, I took my SUV directly to Sears Automotive. I explained what had just happened at WalMart, and Sears found the problem in less than two minutes. As it turned out (no pun intended) the cheep weights that WalMart put on the tires stuck out so far that they were striking the control arms when I was taking turns. The huge impact the night before was probably from the weights striking the control arm on both sides at the exact same time while hitting a small bump in the road.Anyway, I paid Sears and quickly returned to WalMart with the day-old heavily damaged weights in hand. I now had my proof. I was offered a refund for the work that WalMart did. I was also reimbursed for the work Sears did. It was all I could do to remain nice/polite and not ask to see the store manager.Hello WalMart. When you have a professional telling someone they have a multitude of problems with their vehicle... they had better be right. NOTE: If you think your costumers are liars and con-artist trying to get free work, simply put a policy in place where your techs drive the automobiles BEFORE they are worked on. This can even be done with the customer as a ride along or as the driver. Then, if there is a problem, it can be brought to the costumers attention BEFOREHAND!Needless to say I will not be back to your shop for the slightest repair...
Plz dont even go there. After waiting for 25 minutes, the associate told me they are booked for day 😈😈
Been waiting for 3 hours to get my tire looked at and they took a lady who just came in immediately. This is the last tire I have that is from walmart, and when it is gone, so is this customer.
