I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. The staff there went above and beyond by fixing a small issue that they noticed and keeping me informed of all the maintenance needed before starting. Excellent service. Ill definitely be back!

The employees are great service was wonderful.very fast and efficient. Honestly a great place to go if you dont have time to wait around for a garage. My only concern is that they say that my car had been vacuumed and the windows were washed. They clearly did not do either item and the receipt said that they completed those task as well. I was not charged for the extra services however. I dont think they should include this service on the receipt or say that it was done when it wasnt. I do however recommend jiffy lube. Again very friendly fast service.

Everyone was amazing in how quickly and efficiently they helped me. I knew my vehicle also had bad brake linings and they did the oil change and brake linings so fast. In any other garage, it would have taken three times as long. Everyone was so polite and had an incredible work ethic! Awesome job, Johnstown Jiffy Lube!!!

I was really looking forward to go to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed and I had a coupon that ended up not being valid which was absolutely no problem because I didnt even expect to use the coupon they were the ones that suggested it but I did they change my oil they said they had vacuum my car and like the interior windows and I was super excited because I didnt know that was excluded only to find out when I got my car that they didnt document or wipe anything else but when I went back in to ask why they said they did but they didnt they said they just got busy and if I did want to have the vacuum I dont have to get in line Andre wait after waiting all ready for about 30-40 minutes to get my oil changed to have vacuumed L and they werent very nice about it they didnt try to accommodate they didnt apologize I didnt really care it was such a sad experience

Fast service was in and out in like 10 minutes. Dont usually have vehicles that require full synthetic oil changes so had a little sticker shock at 75.00 but after some research seemed fairly reasonably priced.

This was my first time using Jiffy lube. My experience was very pleasant. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.The oil change was done very fast. I will definitely be visiting again.

APROXAMATLY 3 weeks ago I had my vehicle oil changed with pure Synthetic oil and the related services costing about $70.00.I was completely fine with the cost and the service. I explained to the tech that I drive 6 or 7000 miles a month. I asked if they did filter and top off and was told yes. Its been my habit to change the oil and filter every other month, and the filter only and top off the needed oil every month. My Mitsubishi has 241949 miles and I have followed this practice for the last 2 years.Today I pull in for service and am turned away unless I spent $70.+ on a complete oil and filter change. I explained to the tech and offered the invoives showing this was my regular habit. A VERY young man claiming to be the manager was absolutely no help.Well moving into the Johnstown are theres only one Jiffy Lube so I am now inconvenienced in having the work done at another along my travels.What a LOUSY way to do business. First say yes than midstream say no.

Nice people, service always seems to be super fast. But they dont always do everything they say they do. Last time I went for an oil change, I was in and out real quick. At the checkout the guy went over the list of things that were done. Topped off fluids, cleaned windows, reset oil light, vacuumed floor boards. The whole list of things I cant remember, but he said that was all done. I leave and go to get gas only to find that my oil light was not reset, fluids werent topped off, windows werent clean, but the floor boards were vacuumed! Haha. Im not trying to be a pain customer because I didnt get all the little things they mentioned. I didnt go back and tell them they didnt do that stuff. And I will be going back in the future because its easy. But if youre going to offer something, and say that you did everything you offered, you should do all of the things you offered.

I went to jiffy lube today after my dealership told me it would cost over $500. For my front rotors and pads.... I stopped in...asked if they did brakes... etc... yes... they examined my Hyundai Tuscon AWD ... I only needed pads... not rotors... I was out with in a hour and spent less them $200...The guys were nice... showed me what needed changed...said my rotors were fine... asked if I was having issues with them pulsating.. I said no...they told me all I need is pads...Thank you guys for your honesty and professionalism...

Needed to get oil change. Before going on trip. Went to Walmart out of last minute need. They told me that I had to wait 3 hours!? Drove to jiffy lube. Got in immediately and out the door in less then 25 min. Super cool manager, and very professional. Told me all I needed was the oil changed. everything else looked great. Thank you so much! I was shocked to be in and out within 15 mins. Kinda scary actually. I was thinking they missed all kinds of stuff.. like changing the oil or not replacing the filter. Ect ect. Ive never used a Jiffy Lube before. I was shocked to see all of the great reviews at this location. And now I know why.. and also got to use the 7 dollar off coupon from there website. I didnt catch the names of the 3 young men in the bay or the name of the manager on duty. But you guys were awesome and you were part of a great Fathers Day that day.

I don’t have to make an appointment. They change the oil quickly. Everyone is friendly and professional. I like that they top off the fluids, check the tire pressures, wash the windows and vacuum. That’s going the extra mile.

The staff at the Johnstown, PA location are always very attentive, good about explaining what needs done and providing excellent customer service. They always get my vehicle in and out with a minimum wait time. I’d definitely recommend this location

Went in for an oil change, they broke the cable to my mass air flow sensor and tried to cover it up. My check engine light was on when it came out and they tried to say it was like that when I took it in. I took it to the Jiffy Lube on McKnight Rd. in Pgh. they said it was a common mistake, they hadnt disconnected it before checking the air filter. Very unprofessional. Would suggest avoiding this location. Most other Jiffy Lube locations Ive used have been much more professional and the one in Pgh. on McKnight is top notch in customer service.

Went in to get my brakes changed...an easy enough job to DIY, but I was in a hurry. Costed over $100 to change brakes and put in an air filter. Over priced, but thats not the worst part...A day later my driver side tire starts shaking vigorously and sounded like a helicopter. Turns out they never even screwed the lug nuts on the whole way!! 3/5 were on their last threads, ready to fly off. Theyre lucky my tire never came off while being operated.
