Before hiring them, my car was a mess: food everywhere, puddles of grease in cupholders (my sister isnt allowed to eat in my car now), animal hair, copious amounts of dirt and grime, etc. I couldnt get it clean at car washes and when I got pregnant I couldnt even attempt that. I wanted my car to be completely clean before my daughter is born so I decided to get my car detailed.After calling a few places I decided that this place was top of the list. My husband and I went by the shop and the man we spoke to was so nice and helpful, and very patient when answering questions. I was able to schedule a drop-off for the showroom Condition Package ($125, before tax), and they were professional.I honestly had a bit of doubt about it after seeing some of the reviews, but after picking up my car 6 hours after dropping it off, I was amazed! It looked like a brand new vehicle (interior and exterior) and didnt have any sort of chemical/cleaner smell. There was a speck of shampoo on the seat but I just wiped it off, no problem.Ive recommended them to my mom and friends and if I ever needed to get my car detailed again I would go to Tri-city Auto Detailers first! I highly recommend them above all others in the area.

We went to ohio and of course it snowed and when we finally got home it was so salty and nasty and I called the day I had hubbys truck to surprise him, they fit it in that day for me and did an amazing job. I wish I would have taken a before and after ! This was a quick wash and they did awesome. We have also done the full detail also on both our vehicles and they did amazing! The prices can not be beat !!!

Took my 2004 Toyota sienna van for a detail did an excellent job

I hate leaving negative reviews but this was very disappointing. There was towel fuzz all over everything and so much left not cleaned as can be seen in these photos. So much armor all was lathered all over; it got into the o/d button, caused it to stick, and almost made me crash. The people are friendly and act like they truly want to be helpful. But the work is subpar and very disappointing.

The guy tried to fix issues but mostly made excuses after second trip out. Full detail is not detailed at all. The interior did look good only reason for the 3 star.

Tri-City just finished my 2018 Hyundai Tuscon. They did a fantastic job....the outside is spotless,...had a few scratches...GONE!!!...tires look perfect!!!...ENGINE 100% clean!!!...INSIDE...WOW!!! Leather waxed!!!...carpet is spotless...even waxed my Weather Tech mats in front and in the cargo hold!! Every nook and cranny looks BRAND NEW!!! Best $150 spent EVER!!!! I recommend these guys with NO RESERVATIONS!!!!!

Excellent experience! My son was home from college when the COVID situation hit our area and we ended up taking his insurance off his car and parking it to save money. After sitting for a while we discovered that mold / mildew had formed on the seats and other areas. Ive never used Tri-City Auto Detailers and usually clean my car myself, but I felt that this needed a pro. These folks did an excellent job and the car has never looked better. We only had the interior done since the car is old and the exterior is less important to us. I highly recommend these folks and plan to use them again myself.

I don’t often post reviews, but felt compelled to acknowledge the quality work these guys did on an interior detail of my wife’s minivan. After 3 yrs with 3 young kids destroying the car, I thought it would never look good, but after a trip to Tri-City Auto Detailers, the interior looked better than the day I bought it! Price is very reasonable, highly recommend!

I was getting my Fiesta hatchback ready to sell and took it in for the showroom package. It looks great. I’ve tried detailing my own car in the past, but the amount of money I spent on cleaning supplies and the time I spent just wasn’t worth it, and it didn’t look nearly as good as it does now. Leave it to the professionals at Tri-City Auto Detailers. They worked me in on short notice even though it was already a busy day, and it’s obvious that they didn’t rush or skimp on any details. They even found some personal belongings I left in the car and put them in a protective plastic bag while cleaning. The interior, exterior, and even the engine all look sparkling new. I couldn’t be happier.

They did a great job on my car. Even though its a 10 year old car and not particularly stylish, they were careful and thorough and quick. It felt really good to drive it home all clean and shiny. And they are really nice people, too!

I had my first experience with car detailing and with the service I had it will be my last. I had my new to me car detailed when I got it back I was at work so I couldnt check things out completely. When I got off work I went to my car and there were water marks all over my ceiling and my floor was soaked. I then decided to check the car over completely and when I opened the sun roof I could see immediately that the window was still dirty, the handle area where the hatch opens was not even touched as the previous owner lived on a dirt road and the entire car had a brown dirt tint and after the detailing it was still there not even wet. I also noticed a lot of other places where it looks like they went over the dash with Armorall or some kind of wax but they left a residue and it looked worse then when I first took the car. I called and he said I could bring it back the next day so I drove my car 30 minutes to drop it off again for them to clean what they missed. I picked it up and by this point I was just over the whole thing. They kept making excuses as to why my car was like it was. Then I got it home and parked it. I didnt use the car on Saturday but on Sunday when I got in it to go somewhere the car smelled like wet dog. It was where the floors were so wet and it sat in the sun and started smelling. I called Monday morning and left a message asking what could I use to get the nasty smell out of my car. By 2:00pm he never called back so I called again and he said that there were so many food particles that the bacteria is what was smelling but it was just a wet cloth smell . He said he would bring me some spray to kill the smell. He knew I left work at 5:30 and he didnt show up. I called again and he said that he just didnt have time. I told him at this point I was just over it and if he at least would have apologized I would have felt better but all he ever did was make up excuses and never apologized even after I mentioned it. I will never go there again.

They’re able to get my 4dr dually truck in by the next day and have it finished by that afternoon. Would definitely recommend!

Didnt really do anything other than spray Armor All over the entire car and put 2 rips in my leather seats then when i asked about the rips the owner or whatever you would call him got upset and Acted like I was in the wrong for bringing it up. Then since they did such a good job he knocked off a 130.00 bill and told me to (just get out of here ). So if you want your car Soaked with Armor All thats the place to take it
