I took my Hyundai here based off a recommendation that ETC is the best around. They were professional, friendly, and kept me well informed on the process. The job was quick and painless. I was given great care instructions as well as told that it is natural during the curing process of my tint to see bubbles come and go. Everything was very detailed about after care and warranty. I am super happy with my tint job and overall experience here. I also enjoyed the little shop kitty that visited us while waiting. Highly recommend.

Wow! Is all I can say.I purchased my Ford Fusion in 2015 and have kept it rather clean since. I do transport my dogs from time to time and it can get somewhat hairy. I decided on a detailing before we welcome our first child; I wanted everything super clean.The team did an incredible job! My car is now immaculate. They did a WONDERFUL job on my interior. They said they could get 95% of my dog hair out but I’m convinced it was 100%! Very happy and worth the price!

Always go above and beyond! They are great! Have taken care of multiple vehicles for me (tinting, derailing, and ceramic coating). They do a wonderful job! I get compliments all the time after I’ve taken my car in and they’ve cleaned it up. Been other places and the quality is not nearly as good! In addition to their quality being better, their prices are better as well. Stop looking for someone to detail/ceramic coat/tint/etc...just go see East Tennessee Car Detailing, they will take care of you.

Ive used them before and the quality of the the job was awesome, but the guy I talked to on the phone and in person this time was rude and he appeared to be put out that I actually had questions. Id recommend for the quality but not for the attitude. I went somewhere else this time.

Took my wifes Equinox in today for a full detail for her birthday. These guys did a wonderful job! Car looks like it came back from the dead! Interior cleaned out, seats shampooed, and dog hair removed. Exterior washed, clay barred, and a fresh wax. She is incredibly happy. They were honest and up front about everything before they even started. Ill definitely be back again!

I am happy with the detailing job that was done on my car. It looks as good as it possibly could. The headlights were also defogged; they look like new.

This is my second experience with ETC detailing, My first was to have my Crv windows tinted which turned out great and still look new a year later.Today I had the Medallion service done and my car looked like it was new when I picked it up. ETC is the best! They have done all the tinting on my vehicles and installed my subs for me. Great work and not overly priced. We also suggest them to our body shop customers whom need detailing, tinting, etc.

I have had a couple cars tinted by Mike and am VERY particular. He has done a great job every time. He even did my racing stripes which came out perfect. We liked him so much that we took my fathers car there for a fathers day gift.Having been in the detailing business previously he and I talked extensively about some of the hints and tricks. He knows his stuff. If I was ever in the market for someone to detail my car, I would call him in a second.

He did an awesome job tinting my Nissan Rogue. Looks as if it came from the factory. He gives you great advice for maintenace of the tinting upon completion...and it really helps. This guy knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

I always get my window tinting here. They always do great. I am very happy with their services and also great guys.

I made an appointment to have the inside of my car detailed and was told if I dropped it off by 8 that it would be ready by 12 and that it would be $85. After sitting a while, I was told at 2:15 that it would still be a few hours because the inside needed to dry. I planned my day and my transportation around the car being ready by 12 so I inconvenienced a friend repeatedly to make 4 trips there, I had to pay for a full day at day care since I couldnt make it back by the cut off for a half days charge, and I was late to a 3:00 meeting. He said that he gets so many phone calls that he forgot I only wanted the inside done. He apologized for the misunderstanding but said that since they had detailed the outside too, that they needed to be compensated for it. Therefore, even though the appointment book clearly said $85 he said my balance due was $130. I pointed out that it was not a misunderstanding because he understood what I asked for, and that he had simply neglected to do what we had agreed upon. In addition, I had a photo album of my deceased grandparents that I was carrying in a GAP bag and he made some snide comment about how I should return to the mall rather than waiting for the car. I was fascinated that he felt he could ruin my schedule, insult me, perform a service I specifically said I didnt want and then try to charge me $45 for it. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

I took my vehicle to have the Medallion cleaning service performed. I was somewhat skeptical because I had taken my car two other places in Johnson City since moving here- and both times I was very disappointed. But, I can tell you that I was SO pleased when I came to pick up my vehicle. Number one, they finished before the time promised- when I had last minute changed by requested time of pick-up. Secondly, my car is extremely clean! Even the headliner was spotless. I was so pleased by my service there- and I felt like the owner was transparent about cost etc. The price included tax and tip. I would definitely recommend them.

First time ever getting my car waxed and detailed. Very disappointed. Instead of cleaning the bugs off the front of my car they waxed over the bugs. My rims were not cleaned well. Not sure what they used on my leather seats but I doubt it was leather cleaner.Very disappointed 😔

Ruined my rear window defogger when he retinted it. Then told us it wasnt his fault, was to be expected and insists he did me a favor while screwing it up.The notion that warning a customer BEFOREHAND that he would likely destroy the defogger, is not a concept that he is capable of processing.My husband has scheduled the replacement of the window and retinting, by professionals this time.

A++Very good service, my windows look great. Prices were cheaper than any other window tint places in JC, but tint quality and material quality were top notch. I highly recommend giving thise place a try if you need your windows done. They have a waiting room if you need to sit and wait (tv wifi) also the guys were nice and tint came with warranty.
