Recently, I took my 2014 Cadillac CTS to Dan and his team. The car is black, and as you can imagine, it had some swirl marks and minor scratches. I am in sales, and the car is my daily driver. Dan recommended a 2 step paint correction process, followed by a ceramic coating. I agreed to the process and dropped the car of the following week to have the work completed.When I picked up the car, I could not believe how great it looked. Without exaggerating, the car looked like it had been repainted. This was the most dramatic improvement I have ever seen to a cars finish. When I arrived home with the car my wife commented “I looks like a deeper shade of glossy black paint.While picking up the Cadillac, I made an appointment to drop off our black Corvette for the exact same treatment. I brought my new truck to Dan and his team to have it detailed because they had such good reviews compared to the other options here in Johnson City. They charge 225+ for a truck detail, which I’m fine with, for a well done job. I made an appointment for 9am to 1pm and put a deposit down. I dropped off the car at 8:30 expecting to pick it up at 1. I called the shop to see if it was done and they never answered so I drove over to pick it up and it hadn’t been touched...it was still where I parked it that morning. I talked to Dan about it and he apologized and took half off of the price to make it right. I thought that was fair since I had to have the truck to tow something that afternoon and couldn’t leave it any longer. The next day I brought it back to have them detail it and I had set the same 9 to 1 appointment time. The vehicle wasn’t done until 3 and then when I went to pick it up, there were still bugs in the grill, the mirrors weren’t cleaned, the leather wasn’t clean, they just straight up missed washing one of the fender flares, they hadn’t touched the windows, etc. Dan apologized, gave me my money back, and said that if I’d bring it back that they would do it again (correctly) for free. I took it back and it was better this time but they still missed some stuff on the inside, the backs of the mirrors, and it came out still somewhat wet, which makes me think that it wasn’t waxed. Dan is a super nice guy and I think he knows what he is doing but his staff just isn’t cutting it. I appreciate that he tried to make it right but after all that time spent without my truck, I still didn’t end up with the job done entirely right. The customer service is a 5 star rating but that is the best thing I have to say about my experience with this place.

I just had my TRD Pro 4Runner coated in the Modesta BC-04 paint protection! The 4Runner is Super White in color and with the addition of Modesta it is truly SUPER White now! I will definitely bring other vehicles here for paint protection and detailing!

All my interactions with these guys were positive. They did really great work on the window tint for my 2016 Outback last year and did it fairly quickly. As far as tinting goes, their prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend these guys and will use them again on any future cars I may own.

Let me begin by explaining that I recently ordered a new Land Rover, but when it finally arrived from England, much to my dismay, the weather was atrocious with deep snow and heavily salted roads. While I couldnt wait to take delivery of my new vehicle, I couldnt bear the thought of driving it home unprotected. Unique Kar Kare came to my rescue! They worked to fit me into their busy schedule and prepped the vehicle within a days notice. I had a full front clear bra installed, as well as a whole-car protective coating. I have had many vehicles detailed and prepped in the past at different detail shops, but this time was different. Unique went above and beyond expectations, not only with the quick response time, but especially with the attention to detail. Im talking about them going so far as to remove the lettering and washer jets prior to the install, so that the job was done super cleanly and unnoticeable, while providing the utmost protection possible. For anyone looking to have there vehicle protected I would not hesitate to send the car to Dan and his guys to have the work done. They set the bar high so you can be guaranteed the work will be top notch. If you dont take your car to Unique you are truly missing out. The whole experience from the consultation to picking up the car is very professional and a great experience.

Could not get ahold of anyone on the phone to make an appointment. Forced me to make it online and prepay for a poor service from a business that is known for high quality. I guess unless you have a Tesla, you get basic service.

So for anyone looking thru here I can honestly say I was price shocked an went to someone cheaper Nick Lester an my truck look very bad most people wouldnt even try to fix it but Dan did an he took it and try to make me feel little better about it all an yet its not perfect now it looks really good there is only so much clear coat an they done a great job I cant stress enough if you want this work done dont use the cheap hack bring it here an get it done right. Huge thanks to Dan and the team!

Took my van in there to get detailed after having little ones in it for the past five years could not have been happier with the service they provided. Bonus being when we called around the area to get pricing they were also the lowest of everyone but dont think the lower price affects the quality of work 110% satisfied.

They washed my truck with a pressure washer and blasted a large chip of paint off the side. My backup camera now has moisture on the inside of the lens and is useless. Again from the pressure washer. They didnt even wash all the brake dust off my chrome wheels. They will never touch any of my vehicles again.

David is professional and creative in his approach to suggesting a unique package to keep your car looking great, longer. I brought my Audi S4 in for a full detail but after speaking with David I ended up getting a full clear bra to protect the paint from rock chips and some sort of paint coating on the wheels for easier maintenance. I didnt even realize things like this were out there.David was very knowledgable about the products and reccommended this custom solution for me based on my needs. (I cannot stand washing the car on my own so the coating he reccommended on the wheels makes it SO much easier to keep them clean)Highly reccommend Unique Kar Kare!!
