I took my car to them for a full Auto Detailing. They did a fantastic job even did a few extra things I was not expecting. Hands down the best detail I have ever had. They were very professional and great staff. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

This place is GREAT, the staff are pros, called and they worked me in same day. In a matter of no time I was given a brand new car, but they said it was the one I brought in. I dont think you could have one built to look as new as it did. Price way lower than I ever thought, I will be back no question !!😂😂😂

I came for a quote and they worked me in within two days. Extremely fair price to buff out some scratches I stupidly put into the hood myself, and they also cleaned interior beyond expectations! Highly recommend.

Johnson City Detail has to be the BEST automotive detail shop in the Tri-Cities. They never fail to go above and beyond the common cleaning needs of any vehicle. I have personally taken them anything from a Luxury SUV to a muddy construction truck and Johnson City Detail made them look new again. They did a wonderful job on my car. They were able to schedule an appointment in a short period of time and made the car look like new. When I went to pick up the car, they had not done the trunk, but immediately took ownership of the mistake and made it right. Also, my headlamps were badly fogged over - to the point they were dim at night. My car dealership wanted hundreds of dollars to regenerate the headlamps. JC Detail did the job for $50, and the headlamps look new. Very reasonable prices for for professional services. My family and I will always use them.
