Tammy Cornett she is the best she is so awesome shes the manager she did my hair for me I highly recommend her she treated me more like we was best friends than a stranger I mean she is so awesome I would highly recommend her and I look forward to seeing her again when it comes time for my hair to be done again anybody looking to get their hair done should go to Hair Plus and ask for Tammy you will not regret it I promise you you will leave there very very very pleased

My 70 year old mother went to have her hair cut today. Walk in appointment. We came at 3:00 on a Sunday and were told to return at 3:45 for a cut wash and style. We returned at 3:40 to be told the lady that was going to cut her hair had given her appointment to another walk in request. We were early to the appointment, but the lady had scheduled it at 3:30. It was overly obvious the stylist had no interest in cutting my mother’s hair even though we had waited 45 minutes for her to be ready for our appointment. We left with a small complimentary hairspray bottle for their mistake. The lady with pink hair that made the appointment was very apologetic for the mistake they made. I have no way to describe the other lady. She was a very fat, lazy, and rude woman that has the station behind the register. I wish I had gotten names, but I was so upset at how my mother was disregarded as insignificant. We will never return.

Honestly I told her to cut style and dye my hair how ever she wanted to and wow she did not disappoint I love it recommend 10 of 10

Worst hair cut Ive ever had. I specifically showed the stylist what style I wanted, discussed the details and length. She cut it much shorter than I ask and gave me a blunt cut, no layers, angles, or anything. I literally could have stayed home and just chopped it off with scissors myself. With my thick, curly hair, it makes it frizz and stick out. Just hoping I have enough hair left to fix it!!

I went and got my hair cut and highlights, it was not what I asked for I wanted caramel and blonde highlights instead it was just a few small streaks of caramel, you can hardly see it, I was very nice about it and asked them to fix it after I went home and thought about it. They told me I have to come back Monday to get it fixed for free or pay again to have it done. which was ridiculous, so I asked for a refund and they told me that it would take up to 5 business days to get it in the mail. well its been 3 weeks and still no refund. with all honesty I was a regular customer and they treated me badly even though I was nice about it and later of course I had to be mean because they still wont fix it, nor refund me.

My daughter got her hair colored by her manager. The picture vs. results was wayyyy off. My daughter left the salon in tears. I called the manager and informed her $130 for what she received was a rip off and I demanded someone above her. I was told she would have her DM contact me. About 5 days later she calls and advises she can either redo her hair or get a refund. She also advised me since she fried my daughters hair she would provide her with a conditioning treatment to help it. In my opinion she deserved both but I was very insistent she would never touch my daughters hair again! My daughter went to the salon to get the refund and thr manager was very rude. Insisted she wouldn’t give her a treatment to take home that if she wanted her hair redone they would include a treatment with it, which was not what was told to me. She then gave her a used bottle of “treatment” with maybe 1 use left. During the waiting game I emailed Hair Plus and was informed someone would contact me. Since no one did, besides the manager who messed up my daughters hair, I emailed them back informing I would go above them if I didn’t get a call back. A DM finally called me and he was very condescending. I advised he should have contacted me to begin with instead of having the manager call me since my complaint was about her. He then tells me to send him pictures of my daughters hair and a pic of the color she wanted and showed them at the salon. He also told me that he would fix up a treatment kit for my daughter when he was in JC the following Friday and would let me know so she could come by and get it. Needless to say, that has been almost 2 months now and I haven’t heard from him. I wouldn’t recommend letting the manager color your hair at all!!! I have no idea how she is even a Salon Manager. I have colored my own hair for years and have done a heck of a better job than her. Never again will we be fooled!!!

I went information or an appointment and the lady told me I was next. 2 hours later I finally got in after she proceeded to cut 3 more peoples hair. It was the girl with the dark curly hair and shaved on one side.

The cut isnt what i asked for and she over dyed my hair and it was also the wrong color. I specifically asked for a light brown for a root touch up and it came out black with a 4 hour process. I was charged 103 dollars for something I was unsatisfied with and didnt want.
