April is the best! She is the only hair stylist I have ever repeatedly came back to and gets me and my hair, I will never change as long as she is here. She is always so nice, understands what I want with my color and style and is professional and fun! 10/10!

April never lets me down! Always pleased with my haircut even this one that was out of my comfort zone! She did amazing!

My husband just needed a a hair cut & shape up. His appt was scheduled for 30 minutes before they close and the lady didnt get his neck even. He wanted a fade & thats definitely not what he got. She didnt even attempt anything else. Not happy.

Went for a cut and am very happy with it. Stephanie is a great stylist and has a wonderful personality. I hope she is working the next time I need a haircut. No drama here like last place. Clean place & friendly employees. What more do you want from a stylist?

The lady that cut my mother in laws hair was wonderful. They let us bring in her scooter cause its hard for her to walk. Helped in and out of the chair. Made sure the hair was off the floor before she stood up so she didnt fall. Wish I got her name. Great lady

They did a wonderful job with my perm and then I went back for a hair cut and they were very good.

Always happy been bringing my grandsons for years. All of the stylists are great with kids...even those children with special needs. No rush, great cuts and lots of fun. Today they even called Santa in for a group pic!!!

Great styles

My original hair dresser left, so I saw the only hair dresser available. I asked to have my hair layered. She cut 1 1/2 inches of the back, then asked did I want the front cut. She spent little time on my haircut. She did not pull the sides together to see if they were even. Next thing I know she is finished. I met my mother in the parking lot, and we decided it was a choppy uneven mess. I had to go directly to another salon to have it fixed. But it was so messed up, the new hair dresser wasnt really able to do much. My front long layers were gone. It was unbelievable. With blending, shaping, cutting, she was able to make me look somewhat respectable. I feel stupid because I left a tip at smart styles. Here is a tip for you. Go somewhere else.

Always had my hair cuts here. Very friendly ladies as well. I have long hair so definitely recommend here.

They do a good job...but some of them need to work on be personable..makes the experience way better and makes people wanna come back. Just my opinion.

The manager Mandy at SmartStyle was amazing. My cousin who has prom Saturday was scared to get her hair trimmed because of a bad experience in the past but Mandy explain how she would cut my cousins hair and why the way she would cut it would look better. So by the time my cousin sat down for Mandy to cut her she was confinent in Mandy and it turned out wonderful. Our while family needed a new stylist.... I took me and my grand daughter there at the walmart location on market street. The old woman there chopped off almost all my hair and I wanted blue and purple highlights and you could not even see them! I asked for my grand daughter to have just a few pink highlights and they did her whole head! Her parents were pissed! I will never go back to this one..they ruined our hair and showed how in experienced they were!

No, horrible horrible job . Not only rude but I ask for highlights and now I look like a zebra, my hair feels horrible and I spent $100 never will I never even look at this place it needs to be shut down.

Most are inexperienced.I wouldnt ever let them color,or cut my hair...no way. I buy products there and hair my hair flat ironed once and it wasnt right.
