Great place! Felt right at home in there with like-minded people who gave a great cut and beard trim/shave. I first went there 2 weeks ago, and it’s one of the first times I’ve felt a return to normalcy in the last year. No one in there was wearing a mask; you could see them, talk to them, and it was just fantastic to go to a business owned by local people. (It it’s important to you, they will wear a mask according to them). I would have gone 8 months ago had I known. A+

This barber shop is awesome! Love going there! They are kind and professional and always do a fantastic job! Unlike other barber shops in the area, they don’t charge an arm and a leg! Great place for people of all ages to go. Then when your done you can go through an adjoining door and check out their gun store.

I am new to the area and went there for the first time. I got a haircut and hot lather straight razor shave. Place was inviting and the barber was very friendly and I got a great cut. I will definitely be back as I now have a new neighborhood barber shop.

Daniel does more than amazing! He has been cutting my sons hair for over 2 years! My son has autism and moves the whole time. And his haircut is always on point! The best fade even while moving constantly! There is a bogus post where a guy cut is hair and falsely accused Daniels shop of doing that! Wrong wrong!

Ive brought my two boys to Gray City Barber Shop for 20 years now. No one else touches their hair. Daniel is the only barber who can cut my oldests crown area without it sticking up. Also, my youngest has cowlicks in front & at nape of neck- Daniel gets it right every time! I also referred my brother & his two boys as well. Very clean shop. Very courteous & professional owner & employees. Prices are very fair & afforbale.

I found the barber rude, unskilled and too expensive. After cutting my sons hair he asked what I thought. I replied that the hair was still too long on top. He told me its shorter than it was and took the towel off, told me that would be $15... for 10 minutes to trim a childs hair... plus a dollar for using a debit card. Ive never seen a worse haircut. I could do better with a weed eater. Ive never felt so unwelcome and unappreciated. Will not be going back. Do not recommend.

Gray City Barber Shop is the best Barber Shop in the Tri Cities area. Every single Barber here is extremely friendly make you feel welcome. Very quick and proffesional. The owner Daniel has been cutting hair for 23 years and can even cut cool designs/pictures in your hair. Extremely good with kids. Tons of people show up to see him daily.

Went in for minor surgery. Turns out they dont even offer any type of bleeding or leech services. But I came out with a fantastic haircut. Would definitely recommend for haircuts, not so much for blood letting.

Took my husband to this Barber girl did his hair not good left a line also looks like its choppy on one side and not the other, mid haircut finds out guy before hand got his hair done for free from owner per she messed his up too.

Super-friendly, these folks are actual Barbers and stylist. They werent selling Insurance the week before. For a barber shop, the place is surprisingly clean. Plus they do the straight razor shave on the back of your neck, which I really like. Great pricing and everyone is so personable.

Just a walk in and didnt know what to expect. The barbershop was fantastic!! The barbers were fantabulous!!! My 4 year old grandson got the best treatment and a very sharp looking haircut.

Im a Gray resident and I visit this shop every couple weeks. Im also a local business owner in Gray. If you havent been by since they moved into the larger space, come on! They now have have more chairs and the whole shop is a really nice area. Ive never had to wait here and the prices are very reasonable also I very much enjoy the steaming hot towel and straight razor shave. They have very reasonable prices too. I hope you will support this locally owned business, so you can keep your money in the Tri Cities versus Manhattan, Seattle or Where-The-Heck-Ever.

I went in on a Friday afternoon and there were three people queued ahead of me. It only took the two employees about 20 minutes to get to me. The lady did an excellent job on my hair, high and tight, to the skin with a razor, and did so in less than 15 minutes. There were five additional people in queue when I was done. 12$. Very reasonable for the service provided. They keep Gray looking great!

I consider them family.City Barbershop is a proper gentlemans establishment. Gentlemen, do yourselves a favor and avoid having your hair styled by a beautician. You may end up with shorter hair at a salon, but you wont meet your full dapper potential. Youre men. Visit a proper barber shop. Its what gentlemen do. Get a clipper trim and a straight shave, and meet some new friends while youre there.And for goodness sake, dont try to cut your own hair. Just dont. @Robert Goodman: Next time you get your hair professionally cut, I strongly suggest communicating your concerns with your barber. I gather from your dubious grammar that communication isnt your strongest talent. Maybe your Flowbee skill is?

Moved to the area almost a year ago now and had a hard time finding someone to do my 5 year olds hair (he has special needs) after meeting the owner Daniel and having him cut my sons hair I will never go to another barber shop again. They have me, my husband and our 4 kids as customers for life now. All of them there are great! I tell everyone I know about this place and encourage them to go there.
