One of my favorite business in downtown. Everything done is professional and the barbers are friendly and helpful. Many talented barbers, more of an art place then anything. Due to how good the quality of haircut is. This business knows how to cut curly and hair with waves. Not only due they know they have the best game in town! Will come back in the future!

Always clean and did a great job on my 8yr old little boys hair. He has that Arab Egyptian curly thick hair, Jess made it look fresh - they cut all hair types. Good environment and great art work! great location

The barbers at Craigs Crown Cutz are a 5-star crew, very professional, knowledgeable, the barbershop has a very attractive scenery, walls,floors and ceiling, are pleasantly appealing to the eyes.

I have been coming to this establishment since 2004, when I was 9 years old. Growing up in this area, more specifically Hawkins County, there arent many people that my family trusted to cut hair and Craigs Crown Cutz never failed. The atmosphere is great, everyone interacts with one another like a family. The barbers make you feel comfortable and are knowledgeable about the picture you have in mind for your haircut. They cut everyones hair, exceptionally well. Dont think because its a black barber shop they cant cut your hair! Art is art. Give them a visit!

Nice place. Bobby is my barber. He is truly a professional, takes a lot of pride in the details. I have conversed with the other barbers down there, they are all a joy to be around and the barbershop conversation can get very interesting sometimes.

The barbers are talented and provide great haircuts. However, everytime I have visited this barbershop over the last few years I have experienced long wait times. Additionally, I often become frustrated waiting as the barbers will not acknowledge that you are waiting, not inquire if you are waiting on a haircut, and will take customers that walk in after you appearing to go in no order. Again, while they provide quality haircuts, I will opt to go another barbershop where I am acknowledged and dont leave irritated with the lack of customer service.

Have been pleased with every haircut at Craigs and always walk out feeling like a million bucks.Ive been in Montana for 3 months and have yet to find an equal to their quality. Let me just say that I like Craig,but he cant cut, and bill cant cut. I stop going there months ago,now I go to Knoxville yes Knoxville.theres real barbers in Knoxville, that put pride in there cuts. At Craigs I feel that Im throwing my $20.00 out the window, when I leave Craigs I leave with a half ass haircut, EVERY TIME!!! The best barber there is the guy in the middle with the Beard,its hard to get him because he is always filled up,hence theres a reason for that. Bill just cant cut, I rather go wolfing than sit in his chair. Lol. Hey this is my experience you have yours I have mine.

Horrible service and wait time ..first sat there watching and barber play on his phone for 10 mins with customer in chair .when I finally came my turn I only wanted a beard trim keep length all way around just square it off and cut little off stash from curling under my lip .. instead I was given a pencil thin stash uneven sides of my beard cut 75% of length off front stayed same except underneath one side is shorter than other .def definitely not what I asked for barber didnt take his time or take pride and all this done with owner standing beside me .last time Ill go

Most of the barbers are not very good except the guy with the beard who is always booked. Its just a waste of $25 really
