HORRIBLE job. I could’ve one a better job painting my nails and not for lack of trying she cleaned my nails up and tried to do a good job but she just couldn’t. The pedicure was even worst she left nail polish on my skin an when I asked if she was going to leave it like that she said yes I’m done

It was fine until he started painting. He didn’t paint the full nail and his french tips are all uneven and look different. The paint is blotchy too. I only gave it two stars because it was cheap and i can repaint it.Edit: I took away a star because i had to go get them professionally fixed because of how bad they were. Not only was the paint wrong the acrylic wasn’t done all the way to the nail and it already required a fill in simply because he didn’t do it right. There were chips in the acrylic that had been filled in with paint that i didn’t even recognize until the people who fixed my nails fixed them. I had to get them shorter. Ruined my back to school nail experience and are the sloppiest nails i’ve ever gotten done

My nail artist was patient and creative. She always made sure that I was okay with the work. She took her time perfecting the nail art. Very happy with results! Over the years of getting my nails done this is the best place to go.

It was so relaxing. The place is pretty, clean, and much larger than the last place. While I was there I noticed a lot of the technicians had relationships with the clientele and I loved seeing that.

Worst place I ever been to. Sloppy work. Never again

I am new to the area and went because a friend suggested it. The staff/owners are funny and welcoming and I really wanted to like them...but the product was not good at all. I got a fullset, pedicure and my eyebrows wax...he did not clean up the nail at all even after I pointed it out. The nails were thick and it wasnt a clean finish. He did a decent job on my eyebrows...it was ok for the price but I would not return.

Paid $35+tip for acrylics that looked like someone’s first time trying. But it was literally the owner, Harry, doing my nails. I went back in and he fixed the polish so it was even but my cuticles were a mess and bleeding. My nails were also all over the place and uneven. Feel free to check out the pics I posted too for reference. I had the white nails done.Update: so it’s exactly a week later and I paid $35+tip for nails that weren’t even gel because my polish is chipping all over the place already. I’m not posting a pic of the set now because my nails looks gross and the cuticles have still not healed from the cuts. Just know don’t come here and go to the one next door.

Only 1 person really does a good job at this place. That person is Trina. She is great! Everyone else is horrible. Because she is great, there is alwayssss a long wait time. Harry her husband, he tries to be comical and entertaining, but instead he can be very rude at times. He doesnt seem to know when he has pushed a joke a little too far!!! Lastly, they are always late. One day I was there at 9am, the time they open. They did not arrive untill 10am. They didnt even have the nerve to say sorry. Nor did they have a care in the world that I had been sitting outside for 1 entire hour.

I went here because some reviews said Harry did a good job but smh!! He cut up my fingers and the ones he didn’t cut just hurt like crazy. I was okay with the shape until he put two insanely thick coats of gel on so now I have lumpy and No longer coffin shaped nails, plus he got gel ALL over my fingers and hands somehow and didn’t even clean it off. And just 3 days later one nail is already lifting ... do not go here !!

They have great service & are very understanding, helpful and friendly. This is the only place I trustvwith my nails. No matter the occasion, they get the job done. Love love love Trina & Harry; the only 2 I let touch my nails. I’d definitely recommend them.

Theyre very friendly and adapt to the personalities of their customers. Their prices are responsible and fair. Ive been with them for over 15 years, from Montgomery Street to MLK Drive JC.

Trina is the best if you want nails done the right way that will last even a month go to Diva Nails and if you want your lashes perfect ask for Trina shes the best.

I was near the area and a friend recommended this place also told me bad things about the salon next door. I had to wait 45-60 mins to be seen. Once I was sitting in Harry chair I was comfortable while he made small talk and seen a lot of his regulars. But while filing i felt cuts but didn’t pay much mind to it. The next day I have cuts on 5 of my fingers and have bruising/sharp pain on my fingers. I paid $35 for a full set and gel polish.

I stopped in here after reading a few reviews claiming this was a good place ummm no this place is terrible the woman who did my nails was so rude. She did a spa pedicure without even asking if I wanted that so of course I got charged for it and then she did my full set all wrong my nails were crooked the acrylic was so heave and not filed correctly. I will never ever go back there

Waited 2 hrs for what I can consider to be the worst nail job I have ever gotten! This was my first time and I wish I would have read the reviews prior to wasting my time and money. When i arrived there were only 2 people ahead of me. For my first hour I watched as only 2 out of 4 staff members were working. The 2 not working were having breakfast and entertaining other non clients in the back. Once I got to the seat for my turn, they didnt have any sample nails for the dip powder...she literally took out 3 boxes of dip powder and asked me for my favorite color. By the end of my session, I had nail paint all over my fingers, under my nails and it just looked a hot mess. I dont recommend this place, wont be returning.

Only gave a star because you to in order to write a review.. My daughter went to do her nails and they were a mess, some nails were thick some were thin some were long and some was short. They werent painted right at all. How are you the owner and cant do nails right.. Dont waist your time coming here.

They suck they always hurt me and burn my finger with the machine.. It never fails .. My nails never last longer than a week here . I prefer Lydias nail salon in the square across the street from Hudson catholic the guy does so well my nails lasted a entire month !! I love them. Divas nails suck!

Poor poor customer service. I WAS a long time customer since they were down by Montgomery street. However, lately the wait is 2 to 3 hours for Trina ( the head tech/manager) with customers arriving for so called appointments after she tells you its a 30 or 45 minute wait. Also, if you come in with a child that is getting serviced they will take a adult that walks in after you guys and make your child wait even if you were there first and youre paying for services for your child. Then if youre like me you get tired of waiting and try a different tech but they burn you consistently with the buffing machine. My last 2 visits the heavy set tech who does do good work and takes her time continued to hurt me after I asked her to stop and move on. She became fixated on meaningless parts of my cuticle and literally burned my fingers and caused 1 to bleed. This same day I thought it would be nice to try lashes for the 1st tine. The room was dingy looking and a old no longer white sheet covered the table although she did lay down paper. Long story short when she was done one of my eyes was glued shut. She painfully just pulled them apart. When I looked in the mirror the lashes looked unnatural and were loaded with glue. I could see both black glue and clear glue! I never had my lashes done but this did not seem right. Nonetheless I left and here I am almost 2 weeks later and Ive tried steam, Ardell lash adhesive remover, coconut oil and coco butter! Nothing will remove them! Just when I was beginning to think she used some weird glue I just read another Facebook post complaining about the same problem. Apparently, word around town is she mixed lash and crazy glue! Insane, I will not be back.

I got my nails done on the night of Tuesday, May 14th, 2019 (so this is a pretty recent review that can be used to gauge the current setting of the place).Long story short, I had an important event coming up the following day. I decided to go get my nails done at this shop (despite reading some negative reviews) due to its close proximity to my house and overall convenience. Typically, I would go to a nail salon up in Bayonne, but that was not an option for me at the time.The first warning sign that I should have gotten was the rude attitude with customer service. I had called ahead to ask about wait times for service and the typical prices. Harry (the owner?) was mumbling and when I asked him to repeat what he had said, he hung up on me. I decided that this was something I just would forget and still go the nail salon as I needed my nails done for the next day.THE PRICE FOR MY FULL SET OF ACRYLIC NAILS WOULDN’T BE A PROBLEM IF YOU IGNORED THE FACT THAT THE BASIC PRICE WAS $28 AND I WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA $2 FOR TURNING MY SQUARE TIPS INTO COFFIN SHAPED TIPS!!!! $2 for that, really? I have never been more inclined to say I was cheated out of my money before.In terms of service once I got there, he did an okay job until it came to the filing. After he as done, the skin on the sides of two of my nails (one on each hand) was cut and bleeding. The overall job looked about a 7/10 at best, which angered me as I paid for what I thought would be a 10/10 for the price.ALSO, AS I SAID EARLIER, I GOT MY NAILS DONE ON TUESDAY NIGHT... IT IS CURRENTLY FRIDAY NIGHT AND THIS MORNING TWO OF MY NAILS SPONTANEOUSLY POPPED OFF MY HAND (I WISH I WAS JOKING, BUT MY EYES ALONG WITH THE EYES OF MY FRIENDS SAW IT HAPPEN)!!! Im from NY so I have to say I was nervous to go to a nail salon in jersey . After living in nj for 7 months, Ive finally found the guts to go traveling for a spot . lol .. I luckily found this gem, I got my eyelashes and eyebrows threaded and,I didnt leave disappointed .She did a wonderful job and, I look fabulous !
